Wendy’s

This review is specifically for the Power Mediterranean Chicken Salad that I got at this Wendy’s location. Loved it! Take this nationwide, please! I went to the Wendy’s near my house the next day to get one and was so sad that they didn’t have it. For those who are unfortunate enough to live in an area that is not serving this salad, it has grilled chicken, feta cheese, hummus, sundried tomato, quinoa, roasted peppers and zucchini, chick peas, onions, and is so delicious!

I’ve always liked Wendy’s more than «Old McDonald,» not trying to sing that but Wendy’s does please the masses. In my last review I just wrote up I mentioned I was not a lettuce snob which is entirely true.
So based off those words when you hear a restaurant is going to make you a «fresh salad» you start to get excited. I have just now only been doing their drive thru. Just because I am always in a hurry now, but I feel others can relate to this lifestyle of being in a hurry.
My experience today was just that, the staff were backed up and so when I ordered the BBQ Ranch Chicken Salad they had to freshly make it for me, which I definitely did appreciate. I would have to admit I like the Spicy Chicken Caesar salad more because it has the right «zing» for me.
I think Wendy’s is always trying to do something new with their menu and commercials as you can tell. They are looking at what customers like and try to market it through the advertisements on TV with the ciabatta bread or whatever it may be. It works if you are a person who likes to try new items on restaurant menu’s.
In all, Wendy’s is a great «pick me up» meal whether you want to eat it there or to go.

Wendy’s Old Fashioned Hamburgers, I would love to voice a complaint over the size and juicyness of your burgers. But that would mean I’m living completely in the past when you introduced that big square patty of sizzlin’ meat in 1969. I don’t live then and I confess no fast food shoppe of burger-​ilk can claim their meat is bigger now than it was when they went through a grand opening. Now… onward.
I think Wendy’s does it better than most. My preferences lean towards their salad menu — personal favorite being the apple pecan chicken salad. I purchased one today and was totally satisfied. I also have found my favorite $ 5 COMBO meal. The order is a small chili (no cheese), a garden side salad and a plain baked potato. If you gouge out a large portion of baked potato and only eat the skins this meal comes in at a miniscule 358 calories and is filling. I had this yesterday, same store, and everything was good including a über-​hot potato!
GREAT NEWS: This Wendy’s inside is immaculate. Because of its location, easy to see on Sawmill but a little painful to get to, most of its patrons are drive-​thru. Do yourself a favor and take a load off. Go inside, relax and eat. It’s a very clean restaurant.
PS: Don’t substitue spicy chicken for grilled chicken on the apple pecan chicken salad. It only belongs on the Spicy Chicken Caesar,… in my humble opinion.

I enjoy Wendy’s, but the last couple experiences I’ve had at this location have been horrible. I just got home after ordering two hamburgers, two chicken sandwiches, a fry and a drink. The screen on the drive-​thru was correct and when they handed me the bag I had four sandwiches so I didn’t question.
I get home only to find out somewhere they gave me four hamburgers (two deluxe and two double stack). They even have the receipt changed with this on it as if I ordered it.
I would not recommend this location to anyone. This is the third time something like this has happened to me.
If you want Wendy’s, go somewhere else!!!

Best Wendy’s Ive been to. seriously…nom. I really like Wendy’s spicy chicken sandwich and I’ll get their cheeseburger once in a wihle. I still hate their fries though. I’m all for ‘all natural’ food, so the sea salt is a plus, but their fries are just dry and well. icky! No one likes soggy fries.
This location get very busy at lunch, and you dont save time by going inside.sorry.
