We stay at this hotel usually once a year, it’s always clean and affordable. They pool and hot tub, along with a very small workout room(that is the one area that needs an improvement). The breakfast is good.

Do not stay here. They still LIE to you, and they DONOT care. Please, please stay somewhere else. This place is horrible and all of the employees we interacted with were idiots. I beg you, do not give people like this your business. Stay away at all costs. Avoid like the plague

Rooms were clean, though a tiny bit dusty. As a former room attendant, I pay close attention to the cleaning guidelines — I found a hair on the shower curtain and the taps were not polished adequately but we had plenty of towels, toiletries, extra toilet rolls and tissues so I can’t complain too much. Comfy beds and I particularly liked the fact that firm AND soft pillows are issued as standard. The shower pressure was pretty good. Very pleased that the rooms were equipped with both a microwave and a refrigerator! The heating/cooling unit was very responsive and it was rather quiet, not intrusive at all. The rooms had wi-fi and wired internet included in the room price, but I didn’t née to use it so I can’t comment on the speed. The gym was very basic, but clean and I must say that the treadmills there are of a higher quality than at the gym I go to! I didn’t go swimming, but it did have quite a good sized swimming pool and hot tub. I enjoyed the breakfast items — plenty of variety re: hot and cold items and beverage options. I would have made waffles if I knew where the batter was kept, but no matter. The coffee was of diner quality however. All in all I found it to be of great value for money. Bonus points for it being so close to a miniature golf course!

Second time staying here when in Grand Rapids for a concert. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, and breakfast is decent, with hot and cold choices. The trick is finding it – pay close attention to the part of the directions where it says to turn at the Burger King, because you can’t really see the hotel from the road; it’s up a hill behind some houses.
