Went here for the first time in years a few days ago. Quite hot, and ice cream seemed like just the thing. I had a scoop of the dolce de leche and it was delicious, hit the spot. My wife went all in with the two scoop warm cookie sundae and found it good as well. Service was friendly and efficient, none of the problems remarked on in some reviews. One item of note: there are only two tables for indoor seating. When it’s 100° outside, like it was the other day, this can be an issue!

Not only were the employees unfriendly, but also they were bad listeners. My biggest complaint is that our ice cream tasted like bananas. That’s right, bananas! We ordered three ice creams of various flavors, and they all had the recognizable, yet disgusting taste of bananas. We mentioned the taste to them as we left, however, they clearly didn’t care.

We typically love coming here unfortunately the employees are very rude or should say the shift leader Odie. Very unfortunate as we tend to be regular customers, not sure if will be coming back.

I presented a card that entitles me to a free cappucino blast(frequency card) and the employee showed it to the manager(who was doing paper work on the table) told me that he cant honor the card because it has expired three months ago(it does not have an expiration in the back) in fact I just used another frequency card at another location and they accepted it and even gave me a new one even told the manager that and he kept insisting it was already expired so I just threw that card but still purchased the cappuchino blast… bad customer service

Although I love myself a little B&R, I cannot believe the prices at this location! $ 7.99 for a large shake or smoothie? Are you kidding me? $ 3.00 for a single scoop of ice cream??? What’s going on? I’m all for a business to make a profit, but this location has serious greed issues! I’m definitely not coming here again. The location downtown Concord has way better prices for the exact same stuff!

Has ice cream always been this pricey? I spent $ 15 on 4 adult single scoops and 2 kids scoops. Hmmmm. But on a cold, below freezing temp nite I was determined to satisfy my ice cream need! After being duped out of our ice cream at our sushi dinner spot(Thanks My Sushi), we headed here for some pick me up. A great choice for the kiddies as you can imagine their faces upon walking into the store. So many flavors to choose from how can you decide? I applaud the worker with his patience and kindness bc when dealing with kids at an ice cream store it can be a headache. Ohhhh ice cream! Vanilla w/m&ms, Mint Choco Chip, Cookies&Crème, Jamoca Almond Fudge and Caramel Praline :) Note: $ 1.99 on Tuesdays for single scoops on waffle cones!

Although I’ve patronized this Baskin Robbins for more than 20 years, and his other store on Treat and Clayton, the Owner would NOT allow my 12 year old son to use the restroom. My son just had dental work done and really needed to go. We were there to buy a cake, clown cones, and milkshakes. The owner treated us like we were not worthy of his bathroom. I will go to S.F. creamery for my cakes and ice cream from now on. I just purchased a cake for Easter at this Clayton Road location and although I paid in full on the phone, when I went to pick up the cake I was told I should have had to pay $ 5.00 more because it was all chocolate, and I didn’t order within a proper time frame… wow…thank you too people!!! Although restrooms may not be for customers, I do feel a better judgement call should have been made. Terry, the owner just lost my business.

My mom and I came here to pick up a birthday cake for my little cousin and they did an amazing job on her Disney Princesses cake. The cake was, like always, super sweet so I didn’t quite enjoy it but it seems like she loved it so that’s all that matters.

Pretty standard-issue Baskin Robbins here. After school or after soccer games, you’ll find crowds of kids here with harried parents. If you want a chocolate milkshake, ask for the chocolate fudge ice cream instead of the regular chocolate ice cream — it makes for a richer shake. I learned that lesson at this location, but you can apply it to whichever BR you visit.
