Third time this summer I’ve come in for a milkshake and they were out of milk. They’re 50 feet away from the Safeway store for crying out loud. Can’t someone walk over and buy a quart of milk? I’m done.

My daughter really wanted ice cream. It was 9:35 and everything I looked up said they were open until 10:00. When we arrived there was a handmade sign written on copy paper saying that they were «Closing at 9:30 tonight». Thanks for nothing and a waste of gas.

5 stars for Berto! First off they close at 9 on Sunday and Unilocal says 930, fix it! Berto being the good employee he is, let us in 5 after 9 and made great ice cream for us! Thanks Berto!

How is it there website says there open at 11am and when you call the answering machine says they open at 11am?
I waited for this place to open, after I got off work. Thinking they will be open as there website and answering machine says.
So I walk up on the door its says on the sign they open at 12p. Thinking they made a mistake with the hours, I go back to my car and call.
Someone answers the phone and tells me that they don’t open till 12p. I asked when is your manager going to be in. She states its not the manger’s fault is the owner. The owner is the one that I need to talk too. Who may be in sometimes Monday to Friday. Or I can leave a message.
I told her no, I am going to Unilocal about it.
I would like to thank Cold Stone for ruining my nephews 1st birthday.

When you go in to this location, pray you get Kevin to serve you! He made my whole experience as pleasant as possible, and made great recommendations with respect to the menu. Enjoy the ice cream and make sure to ask for Kevin!

This place is always slow. Terrible customer service. Today we go in and we order ice cream. We pay cash and the one person working says she can’t take our cash. She said they only are taking credit cards today because she doesn’t have any change in the register. Wow.

Honestly this place is terrible. I’ve come here 3 times this past week after the Warriors game before 9:30 and they always say we are closed. The first 2 times the door was locked… Understandable but tonight I made it well before 9:30. As you can see by my reading my post its before 9:30. the people there are so rude and lazy. Just because you want to clean up and go home doesn’t mean you should lie to your customers… Don’t ever go here!!!

Sorry to say but the two girls working could definitely use a few classes with a smile and customer service. Rudeness, being impatient to customers and smirks to each other are not nice to be around. We were the only people in there so they weren’t busy at all. We came in happy and left disappointed. Love Coldstone still… but not this one. And this post is all about service, I do not know these 2 girls.

No water, but it happens. Yelling from the back we will be right with you kinda funny, but not even a Hi welcome to Cold Stone just a «what do you want»…with extra attitude. Luckily my sister asked with what’s up with the attitude both the manage and employee thought that it was kinda funny but said nothing. thought so. We just want ice cream not your funky attitude keep that at home manager lady Shriece or however you spell it, lol.

Updating review from 1 star to 3. My first visit back in over a year do to crappie service. The girls today were very helpful and gave great customer service.
I ordered a gotta have it with birthday cake ice cream loaded with graham cracker crust. Awesome and under $ 6.
Will definitely be back. Thanks ladies, I missed the ice cream!

After the third horrible experience at this location I begged my daughter to not ask for ice cream from here ever again. Just like another reviewer stated it is unfortunate to have this location by my house. The worst service I have ever received in an establishment from different people each time. Went in once and the girl was alone and told me she couldn’t make a milkshake because she didn’t know how… What??? They say they’re out of something when really they refuse to refill it, they told the lady they were out of hot fudge then after she left went in the back and got more. They treat you like you are inconveniencing them, where is the manager, district manager, owner? Bottom line don’t waste your time!

I was recently here a couple of minutes ago. And the two employees at the store were extremely rude.
They were both debating about who was going to attend me… like literally rude and unprofessional. Then the one that did attend me didn’t even say «how can I help you» or even a «welcome to cold stone» Nothing.
I will not be coming here any longer. These two employee females are garbage they should quit there jobs if they don’t like it.

For a Cold Stone in a shopping center in a heavily populated area, I was surprised at a couple inconsistencies. The most important one, of course, was the quality of the final products — the employees were very friendly to our group of 6 even though we invaded their shop 10 minutes before closing on a Saturday night. I wasn’t impressed my order though — my Like It peppermint mocha with Oreos was about 98% ice cream. Other locations are a bit more generous with their mix-​ins for sure.
Another thing is this location doesn’t have the standard Cold Stone signage up front, so if you’re looking for that familiar beacon in this sprawled-​out center, your eyes will likely fly right over their boring white block letter sign. Does someone at corporate need to hook this store up? Branding branding branding, show your logo proud!
Overall a positive experience, but these is a lot of room for improvement at this location.

It’s a Cold Stone Creamery. I don’t expect minimum wage teenagers to be super-​excited about scooping ice cream. I haven’t had a negative experience here. I haven’t had a mind-​bending experience.
