Subway

I’m happy that the ladies here now are friendly and have really turned my attitude about this location around! They are open late which is nice and I come here about 3x a week now because of the attitude change! Keep it up!

I was in clayton for work and my co workers wanted subway so we stopped at this place. This place had horrible service and here is why. I remembered seeing a commercial that said their sandwiches were $ 2 but I wasnt sure so I asked the two ladies working there. Instead of telling it lady #1 said «its on the door,» in a very mean tone. How rude I thought but wait, it gets worst.
I then ordered my sandwich and instead of ringing me up she left it on the checkout counter and started working on my co worker’s order. Lady #2 then finished my other co worker’s ordered and checked him out before me so I thought she would rang me up afterward but she walked away?!
Then lady #1 came back to the checkout and said to lady #2 «you didn’t check him ((referring to me)) yet?» Then she laughed as if it was funny. So instead of ringing me up she rang up my co worker then me. Plus she never said sorry.
I have never had such rude service. I don’t ever want to go back to this place and strongly suggest everyone else avoid it too. If I could give them a negative star I would. Such horrible service!

So I walked into the store today in this crazy heat the city is having and *ahhh nice cold ac blowing. Already started off my visit with a smile on my face :)
Luckily we missed the crazy lunch rush so I was the only customer *awesomeness
And what was on my mind today??.
4 Footlongs please, the worker smiled and said sure thing! *A smile is what I adore :)
*Italian herbs and cheese footlong, cold cut with the works.
*Italian herbs and cheese footlong, meatball marinara, swiss cheese and slap everything on it.
*Italian herbs and cheese footlong, BMT, provolone cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce and jalepenos.
*Italian herbs and cheese footlong, sweet onion chicken teriyaki, cucumbers, lettuce, mayo and sweet onion sauce for me bc I need it simple.
***Toasted please bc I like my cheese melted and gooey.
*Private parking lot
A pleasant trip from beginning to end and YES I’ll probably be back tomorrow for lunch :)

My go-​to subway. Friendly staff!

They have new owners, yet its the same crap result. The veggies are not fresh. The lettuce was wilted and brown. The cucumbers looked soggy and nasty. The roastbeef was shiny and multicolored at the edges which shows it to be aged. The bread was dry and not very soft.
Middle eastern owners and employess not very friendly. Thats typical and these poeple love to buy subways.

The subway store does not even deserve one star I’m my opinion! I had the worst experience there today July 2 2011. They were extremely rude and scoffed when I tried to ask for improvements on my sub. I would highly recommend choosing a different subway, as they do not deserve to do business with the surrounding community!

Soda fountain broken for weeks.
I went in to grab a sandwich a month ago and was shocked to hear that the soda machine was not working. Not big deal, except the employee said that the owner didn’t want to fix it.
Not a big deal, I mean there aren’t any other subways to patronize I could go to. Oh that’s right, there are about 18 In concord.

The employees spoke English but the boss lady was yelling at the poor high school kids that were making my sandwich. Amazingly they managed to get my order right but the boss was so rude I probably won’t go back.

Clean and well «subways.» Parking is a scene.
Anyone else strike out on the subway diet?
