Starbucks

This is the Starbucks closest to my house. It’s in a shopping mall, so expect shopping mall parking. It’s a big parking lot, you’ll never NOT be able to find parking.
They did not receive 5 stars from me because every time I ordered in, instead of ordering on my phone, something went wrong. They were either SUPER slow making my drink (obviously excluding busy times from this), or they completely messed up my drink. Not a big deal, Starbucks employees are always nice, but if it’s taking you a long time to make my drink because YOU won’t stop talking, I’m not gunna be too happy.
Order thru the app, problem solved!

The baristas are absolutely lovely. This rating is solely based on the Manager Cindy that nobody seems to like, be it customers or staff. The former Manager Linda Nelson was absolutely delightful and always ran a friendly and clean store. The current manager rarely smiles or interacts with the customers. The only thing I’ve ever seen her do is put away boxes of inventory and spend time in the back room. I’ve heard if she doesn’t like an employee or she finds out the employee doesn’t like her that she will cut their hours just to be spiteful. As a shareholder, I can’t believe she is allowed to be a manager let alone a Starbucks employee.

They say they’re open until 10pm but they take away the chairs outside at about 8:30 pm and tell you to go into the parking lot to finish your coffee. Super rude. Not trying to please their customers at all

This Starbucks is located off Kirker Pass and Clayton or where Ynacio Valley turns into Kirker Pass. It is somewhat busy even though the shopping area that it’s in is a bit older. The drinks are standard for Starbucks. I particularly like the peppermint mocha.

Ahhhhhhh… The silver lining to needing to drop my son off at Clayton Valley Charter HS on a Sat. am at the ungodly hour of 7:45 is a slight detour to this wonderful Starbucks location!
It’s my second visit for the ‘SAT Run’, but I have been here a number of times. It is consistent:
— Baristas are friendly, professional, and efficient! Today Shawna took my order and was wonderful. Just heard her ask for patience as she announced the register was down briefly. Not a single groan from any of the TEN people in line. (Including 3 kids and a lady with a baby.) Not an optimal situation at 8:30, but she is keeping customers informed!
— It’s clean! Tables, (indoor and out), chairs, and the bathroom have always looked nice. Bathroom was out of TP once. I told a barista and she went in immediately. No «I’ll get it in a minute.» «Thanks! I will take care of it.» She walked in and handled it.
— Friendly customers! I had a ‘comfy chair’ as it was offered to me by a gentleman who was leaving. (I was sitting on a wooden chair.) Met a father/​son and their dog outside and we talked ‘pets’ for 10 min. There are now 15 people in line and no one looks stressed or disgruntled. Some are chatting with each other. Baristas are working like crazy and people keep coming in the door!
— Only downside~ it is consistently busy (at least at this hour on a Saturday morning) AND it is too far from my home to visit on a daily basis! (I live nearly 10 miles away.)
But any chance I get, I will be here…
at the consistently friendly, clean, homey Clayton Station Starbucks!

This is by far the best Starbucks I have ever been to! The staff is professional, friendly, and welcoming. I come here regularly in the morning and it’s always fun seeing everyone so cheerful. They provide the best customer service here. The baristas are all great as well! My drinks always come out so good! Chai tea latte with soy and 1 pump of pumpkin is my go-​to! Thanks everyone for making my avid Starbucks runs such a great experience! If I could give them a 10 star I would!

The only issue I wish the outside front of the place was cleaner. And wish they had more comfortable chairs to sit on. Other than that nice Starbucks.

I go to many different Starbucks throughout my weeks, but I wanted to leave a review for this one because I think they have the best staff! They also spelled my name correctly on my water cup. Which wasn’t really even necessary… but as easy as my name is, you’d be surprised at how often the spelling is butchered.
There is plenty of seating indoor and a few outdoor tables.

The people here truly know the meaning of customer service. You guys are gr8. Thank you!

Awesome service, there’s quite a bit of seating here, and the drinks are good!
Parking is crazy & can be a challenge to get a good spot in the shade, but people come & go fairly quickly, so you have some kind of a chance!

Friendly staff, great service and fun environment. My personalized espresso came out perfect!

This Starbucks was very nice. It was very clean even though it was late in the afternoon. My drinks were made quick and they even added some extra chocolate sauce on top of them. They were also having a sale on some very cute mugs. The employees were very patient while I chose a few cups to take home. This is a great Starbucks and I will definitely be coming back.

This location has made a complete turnaround since Linda came to manage it. Before Linda, I would go to Peets or drive down a ways to the Starbucks Linda used to manage because the staff was not friendly at this one. Now, it is my go-​to Starbucks. I love her and her staff. Mitch is fabulous and always makes the visit a happy one for me and my family. Super friendly staff, quick service, and great location. Love!

If you want oatmeal, be sure to tell them whether or not you want water added to it before they get it for you. I ordered it for the first time today thinking they gave it to you dry and honestly not knowing any better. You would think I had ruined her day when I said I wasn’t aware they put water in it and I would drive extra careful. She said she would replace it but took the one full of hot water and locked it at the garbage can like it was a damn softball. Do you think I would’ve ruined her morning by the way I am completely put her out.

Haven’t been here in over a month. Came back and Julia knew me by name and got my exact order by memory. Everyone here is professional and it looks like a great working and social environment. Best Starbucks I’ve been to!

Great Coffee, fast, and friendly service, what more could you want. I was impressed on how fast the Barista was pushing out the Latte’s, Mocha’s, and Americano’s.

I’ve had a few business meetings inside this Starbucks. It’s one of my favorite locations. It’s well-​lit, spacious and open, and has large tables available. It’s very comfortable with friendly service. Plus, my drinks always come out fresh and delicious.
I most recently had their shaken black iced tea. It was good, plus it’s one of the cheapest things on the menu, and not very filling. I used one of the big tables for sitting down and working. It was clean and convenient. Great location!

Everyone needs to learn the rules of Starbucks regarding the syrups they ring you up for. I’ve been getting the same drink for over 3 years and one of the workers always wants to charge me for just ONE pump of peppermint. Whenever I go anywhere no charges me for one pump. Ridiculous.

Bought coffee today and the lady who served me has a flat affect. No greeting or whatsoever friendly customer service. I was very dissatisfied!‘n
