While it’s a fun place for my child I just watched an employees kids lick a salad dressing spoon(the one used to pour dressing on your salad) multiple times and put it back in the salad dressing to share their germs with everyone! I told another employee who addressed it immediately, so for that employee I’m giving two stars.

Had a birthday party there, it was great! My party host was Ben Jamin and he made our party jamin indeed! If u want a great party atmosphere head to chuck e cheese and ask for Ben Jamin. And make sure to mention Michigan because he is from there

I may not be a regular to this place on Unilocal as of now, but I have been to this certain Chuck E Cheese’s a whole bunch of times. Between this one and the one in Brentwood, you can say that I live here. I know both places so well. Now why is this? I have a little brother, and he loves this place. He has a whole bunch of fun. But this isn’t his review. It’s mine. So this is what I think: Parking: It’s in Park n Shop. There’s a bunch of parking around the establishment. But if you don’t want to walk to far, there is about ten spaces up in front of the entrance. It’s easy to pull into and to get out of. The general parking lot hardly gets completely full so there shouldn’t be trouble parking. 5⁄5 Food: The go-to meal for my family and I when we are here is ordering a pepperoni pizza, chicken wings, access to the salad bar, and some cinnamon treats. Before their pizza used to be so bland, but now, they’ve improved it. The crust is a bit thicker, the cheese is better, and the pepperoni finally tastes like pepperoni. The salad bar doesn’t have too many things in it, but this place isn’t known for that. It serves it’s purpose of adding vegetables in an otherwise fast food environment. The chicken wings are small. Like this is so laughable. A whole plate isn’t filling at all. But they taste good. Now the cinnamon treats are good addition. Cinnabon is still better, but I approve of the sweetness of their own cinnamon concoction. 4⁄5 Cleanliness: It’s about when you come in. It shouldn’t be like that, but it is. When I come in the evenings, it tends to be dirtier. The bathroom is more of a mess with toilet paper on the floor, some toilets not being cleaned or flushed, and wetness on the floor. The grounds where the kids play: drinks are spilled and not cleaned, tables aren’t wiped or the food isn’t taken away, etc. But then on some afternoons, the place is spotless(probably because there isn’t as many people as there are at night). 3⁄5 Price: Honestly never paid attention to the menu and start off prices that they post. I just sign up for their rewards, look at the two-calendar deals they have for kids, and their online store coupons. I used a coupon that was for a medium 1 topping pizza, with two drinks, and 30 tokens for $ 23.99 plus tax. I also added from the fixed menu of 30 extra tokens for $ 10. 3.5÷5 Activities/Games: Now here’s where this location busts against Brentwoods and in other gaming and play places in general. They don’t have a lot of choices in games. They got some skeeballs, two different basketball games, a soccer game that last only a round, etc. Their story shooting game that involves bugs and stuff, our coins got stuck in it and we waited a while just to get help. Some of the games have broken steering wheels so the wheels had lives of their own. Some buttons didn’t work so the game was lost faster because of that. 2⁄5 The numbers added up to my brother’s enjoyment of the place. I’ll say that this place is worth going to. I just suggest coming in early and skip coming in the evening.

I want to like Chuck E Cheese because my son loves it so much, but the place is a mess. We only come for birthday parties on weekends — and this is why: — you enter in to find a salad bar that is a complete disaster. Half empty, with food spilled everywhere. Although I did not have a salad, it’s not a very welcoming sign — employees were even late to get the birthday boy’s parents started(signed in, give them the tokens for the party, etc), their staffing seemed very low — I swear half the machines were broken — either not printing photos or cards, eating coins, or just broken with a sign on them. I went and asked for a few coins to make up for what coins were eaten by machine, and they wanted to know EXACTLY which machines at the coins. I went at the end of our stay since they were so poorly staffed — finding someone right after having a problem with each machine would have been too time consuming. They were not so forgiving of a problem that is probably a very common problem here. — All but two ticket counter machines were working. At the end of the night, this leaves long lines of kids trying to insert tickets to claim their prize They have the upper hand since there are not many indoor spaces like this, but imagine how much better they could do if things were better maintained and managed(including proper staffing). We have been to the Dublin location on a weekday, and it’s fine. But weekends are frustrating at either location for parents!

Went there today at 1 pm for a party the place was packed! Trash cans over loaded tables were never cleared off! They were good about if the machine kept your token they would give you another one. I usually enjoy taking the kids but not this time!

Thanks to a previous review by another party goer, I called into a manager to make sure our reservations were all set for the 23rd. And they also called a few days before the party to check in with regarding our guest count. So that was definitely reassuring. We got there a little before 10 am and after a few minutes of waiting, we were introduced to our party host, Mariela. Very pleasant from the beginning, she went over our everything that was included in the package we requested. Guests started to trickle in & everything was smooth sailing. Mariela checked in with us from time to time, even though the place started to get really busy & a little chaotic(what do you expect on a weekend… duh). But she was the best & if you’re lucky to get her, you’re in for a less stressful party. One thing I would want to mention is the time spent in our rental area. I felt like 2 hrs was too short. Maybe the xtra half hour to an hour to grab everyone’s coats, the gifts, xtra pizza & cake to set aside to an outside booth area would help so we wouldn’t feel so rushed to get the steppin’. Good thing there were xtra booths considering how crazy busy it was by noon. Other than that tiny snag, the place was bigger and cleaner than other Chuck E. Cheese’s we’ve been to. And it was just nice not to have to worry about too much, unlike when planning/hosting a party at home. Our birthday girl and her fam & friends totally enjoyed themselves. Even the adults were reminded how fun it was to be a «kid» again. Hope to be back soon to redeem tickets, since we decided to skip doing that. All the more reason to return for some more fun! Thank you Mariela & staff.

So so so busy you have to wait to use a game. Probably should look at an expansion. Also hard to find a table as half are reserved. Pizza is decent but what do you expect. I remember it being more fun when I was little lol.

January 10th2016, My wife put a $ 50 dollar deposit down on December 27th for a chuck e cheese birthday party(for our 3 year old daughter), they got her name and info from their computer and told her that every thing would be taken care of for the day we needed(Jan 10th) We get to the chuck e cheese, with a total of 33 people coming and they didn’t have any thing set up, in fact they didn’t have anything even in their system for our party in which money was taken to secure the party spot. My wife starts freaking out, so I jump in and start talking to the managers. Manager 1 was trying very hard to see what happened… Manager 2(who was a «manager in training») was a complete idiot. Confrontational, rude, wouldn’t listen to anything me or my wife told her, and then stormed off with major attitude and even in such a loud environment, I could still hear her complaining under her«breath» she has absolutely no business being a «manager in training» in fact who ever thought that was a good idea, I highly question their manager skills as well. No customer should ever be talked to they this«training manager» talked to me and my wife. Manager 1 finally admitted to seeing that they had the money for the party put couldn’t do anything cause they already had a booked up section. Needless to say, we called round table while still there and got a room for all 33 people and they were the best. Chuck e cheese sucked it while my daughter was crying, wondering why she couldn’t play and have«her party» manager 1 gave us back our deposit, but it was the most terrible service I’ve ever encountered in any kinda retail/food service environment. WEWILLNEVERSETFOOTINTHATCHUCK E CHEESEAGAIN. Don’t book your parties there. The round table on treat and oak grove is always a better option. Especially in a pinch, and they knocked it out of the part with phenomenal service and an experience. Sincerely «Pissed off party parent» **Corporate will be hearing about this situation also. ** I wish I could give less than 1 star.

Came here for a birthday party. I remember Chuck E Cheese pizza being just horrible. The pizza I had here was significantly better than what I’ve had at other Chuck E Cheeses.(It’s probably been 10 years since my last visit to a CEC.). The atmosphere was just right for a place like this. I like that the birthday coordinator kept things in order and was always checking up on the group.

I’ve been to many of Chuck E. Cheese’s but this by far has to be my least favorite and I will not be going back. The workers were refilling the dirty salad bar. They got my pizza order wrong and then conveniently forgot about my replacement. Nasty nasty nasty.

Love this place, it’s our go-to for play dates. My review is for the recent birthday party that we held here, on August 15th. I booked online for the 10:00 party(100 extra tokens) and received an additional 20 tokens for being the first to book! We had an awesome concierge named Deidra who made sure everything was in order. She carried away our plates and refilled our water pitchers, ordered additional foods and made sure our birthday boy felt very special! My son had the most awesome birthday there, and I’d HIGHLY recommend booking first thing in the morning to avoid the crowds. The sandwich tray was so-so, I’d stick with the pizza next time, but other than that, it was fantastic! Paid $ 50 deposit when we booked the party, and for 15 kids + tokens, we paid approximately $ 180 = $ 230 and of course, tipped our concierge for her awesome service(don’t forget to tip!).

Being a kid at heart(and mind), this place was pretty freakin’ awesome. One token for ANY game of your choice, even the roller coaster simulator for two or photo sketch machine! Made my $ 10 bucks stretch out for miles in games. Mad props to the friendly staff and clean establishment because from a grown-up’s POV, they make throwing birthday parties less hectic. My sister had my niece’s birthday bash here on a Tuesday around 11am so the place was super empty. Kind of creepy with the silence and moving animatronic but hey, no crowds right? Good amount of yummy pizza for the hungry tots and I totally LOVE the free refills. I also love how the staff announces when an event is happening, like the food coming or if the animatronic mouse is gonna start singing and dancing the robot… They even have a costumed Chuck E. Cheese come out to greet the kids when it’s time to bring out the cake. Totally takes the guesswork out of planning the party yourself or even keeping track of time while you’re busy chasing 10 energetic tots around. This is most especially useful considering you’re given only two short hours to party it up with food, so best save the hardcore gaming for after chowing down and getting selfies with the mouse. Despite the fact it felt like the venue was void of any workers other than the hostess and costumed performer, whenever a machine was broken or you wanted to retrieve a prize, an employee would magically appear and take care of everything promptly. So A+ to this location for hiring a bunch of genies. You totally deserve it.

I gotta give it some credit for the cleanliness and have pretty good games although don’t give as many tickets. I’m basing my review on my experience today, I brought my nephew who just LOVES dancing with chuck e. He was very excited to see him come out but the staff in the costume just looked like they did not want to be with the kids. Chuck E. walked around the game area and just left. Not sure how different cities do it but I know brentwood dances every hour and a half. My nephew just had the most sad look on his face, it was so disappointing. Not sure if it was just that day they didn’t do it but there were many kids waiting for him. Waited long just for him to walk around the game area.

What a nice treat for the kids! They had such a great time. The place is really clean. Considering there’s five million kids running around. And its nice you can let the kids take off and play. Chuck E himself came out and throw tickets everywhere. That was pretty neat. The food was good soda fountain good. The soda didn’t seem to run out. I hate going to get a drink and the soda starts freaking out because it’s running out… all I can say is that it was nice to enjoy the kids all around having fun… great place… love it… Thanks Chuck E and staff…

My nieces and nephew have had their birthday parties here several times. The hostess who have helped us each time have been great and very accomodating. They’d check up on us and make sure we were ok. The food is great also. The pizza’s, chicken wings, bread sticks and salad are good. The games are fun and the prizes are also great. The place is loud because there are tons of kids having a blast. If you are sensitive to loud noice or cannot tolerate children running around, this isn’t a place for you. All in all, this is a great place for kids to come and have fun. If you decide to hold a birthday party here, go for it! I’d totally recommend it.

This is pretty much kid heaven for my nieces and nephews. There is a good mix of games/activities for kids of all ages. However, spacing is smaller compared to other locations I’ve been too – there aren’t as many big, spacious tables for large parties. {GAMES} Best game to maximize tickets — WHACK-A-MOLE! I’ve gotten at least 10 tix/game and if you get enough points, you can unlock the bonus round. This basically gives you 3 opportunities to play for only 1 token. Score! {FOOD} I’m not sure if I’d eat here willingly… the salad looked sad and wilting and the bacon looked a bit suspicious. There are loads of other restaurants in the Park&Shop to eat at instead. {SERVICE} Cashiers had slow service but the greeter was very efficient – he ensured that all the kids/parents got stamped and used the black light on everyone when they exited the premises. {TIP} + Check in via Foursquare for 5 free tokens! *nudge, nudge Unilocal
