I have a mindblowing scoop for all Subway employees, present and future — wrap your brain around this if you can. Some people don’t want mustard or mayo on their sandwich. It doesn’t matter how many times you ask, or how much you scrunch up your face at my answer. It will not change. This does not make me a sandwich-ordering failure, or you a sandwich-making failure. Can we all accept this possibility, and attempt to move on together in peace and harmony? Also, when I say I want a 6 inch ham and turkey on wheat — that’s what I want. I know it’s on the menu as turkey and ham, but let’s just aim for listening comprehension. I said wheat bread. I also already said 6 inch. Here’s the vegetables I want. Ok I’ll say them again. Ok I’ll say them one at a time. I still don’t want mayo or mustard. Oh. My. God.

They need to fix their soda machine! At first there was no carbonation coming from it. But later on as my dad and I were eating we assumed that they fixed it as we told the workers about the problem. It still wasn’t working and the syrup coming out of the Coke looked like liquid coffee! Wtf?! Also they did not put a lot of ranch on my sandwich either. It seems like Subway is going downhill ever since the whole Jared scandal transpired. Do not go to this location!

I hate giving bad reviews but that is what we do on Unilocal.Give good reviews for those deserving and bad to warn people about turd holes. Well… this Subway is terrible! 1st off… terrible quality ham sandwich. Didn’t taste normal. Ham was dirty or something! 2nd and the main reason for this is the service was crap! I asked 2 times for the simple 6. That’s a 6″ with chips and soda. Simple 6! The idiot(not to be mean but really!!!). Asks me 6″ or foot long? I say… The simple 6. Do you want a drink with that, she asks? I say… The simple 6 comes with a drink! She then annoys me by asking if I want chips with that. Are you freaking serious here? Do you NOT know what you sell? I say…, the simple 6! It comes with the chips and the drink! Avoid this place! LISTENTOYOURCUSTOMERSPEOPLE!!!

Just avoid this subway. Menus falling off the wall, Windows and floor filthy, paint peeling off. Dust and mold on the ceiling, yummmy yum yum. They are only in business because they are attached to a mall. The employees clearly hate their jobs. Pick any other sandwich shop, this one is depressing.

Be prepared to ask for what you want multiple times. Didn’t offer cheese, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, drinks, or chips. Two people behind the counter were more interested in talking to each rather than listening to what we wanted on our sandwiches. Kind of just piled everything in the middle of the sandwiches.

I barely write any reviews. But this place was so HORRIBLE, I had to. 1. I asked for NOOLIVES or BELLPEPPERS and she completely disregarded that so I had to remind her as she put them on. 2. She asked if I wanted olive oil and vinegar. I said Yes. And she only puts VINEGAR. 3. Another customer asked for another piece of bread because his bread was hard. And as she was ringing me up, her and all her middle eastern friends behind the counter were bad mouthing him in their language and said«These Americans…» And shook their head. Terrible business conduct. Id have them shut down quick. If there was a zero star on here, theyd get JUSTTHAT.

Tried to charge me for water… It’s america, it’s a federal law to give free water. Horrible service, horrible food, they even wanted to charge me for an upgraded chipotle mayo instead of regular mayo. Never go to this place. Id rather not eat for 2 days then eat here.

I’ve never had worse customer service in my life. I haven’t had good experiences with Subway in the past, but this time made me scared to ever set foot in another one. Employees were extremely rude, and seemed to hate life. Couldn’t do more than one thing at once, had to repeat ingredients at least a dozen times. No napkins around the store; an employee, when asked, gave me a death stare and continued to stand around. Food was just like any other location, but dear lord please replace the employees.

The girl that took my order was so rude and could not understand most of my order. She put the ingredients on my sandwich with lots of sas. Unprofessional. The ice wasn’t coming out of the machine and there was no more honey iced tea. They 2 people there talk to each other(more like yell) while I am trying to enjoy my some what correctly put together sandwich. Their voices are gross and annoying! Go to the subway next to the seafood grocery market by dmv in concord(only 5 mins away).

This is THEWORST Subway I have ever eaten at! I typically do not have high expectations when eating at a mall food court let alone at a Subway or fast food type of restaurant but I had to let people know about my experience here. I was waiting in line with a young guy ahead of me while the middle aged lady who is apparently the manager of the place sat and watched us for ten minutes, yes TEN minutes, while she talked on the phone. When I was turning to walk away she finally decided to get off the phone and help us. She started making the guy’s sandwich who was ahead of me and then she suddenly decided to make mine while he waited for her to ring him up. I told her that he was first so I didn’t mind waiting for her to finish his order and she told me «No» and asked me what kind of cheese I wanted. The guy was pretty shocked and stood there with his mouth wide open at how rude she was to both of us. When she finished making my sandwich she then rang him up. She rang my sandwich up and I went to find a table. ALL of the tables in this place were filthy as if they had not been wiped down and actually cleaned in a really long time. Gross. The seats were also filthy. After I took a hand sanitizing wipe out and wiped down my table, I realized that she didn’t even cut my sandwich in half. I went back up with my sandwich and she was on the phone again and completely ignored me. Another lady who was working there came over after I asked her to and I asked her to cut my sandwich in half. Here is the best part by the way… she tells me «No, you do it yourself because I don’t have any gloves on» and she hands me a dirty sharp knife. When I asked her if she was serious she then said«fine let me get my gloves on then» and she cut my sandwich. Then the angry manager lady comes barging over to ask me what was my problem and I told her the problem was her poor customer service skills and dirty store. Then I left. I ask you fellow Unilocalers, when have any of you ever been told by someone who made your sandwich to cut it yourself because they didn’t want to put their gloves on? I will NEVER come back to this Subway and would rather eat the crappy pizza at Sbarro next time.

I had the worst customer service here. I ordered 2 subs, 2 chips and 2 bottled drinks. They then charged me for 2 additional 21oz fountain drinks. I told the lady after I paid and she then said«yeah we do that.» What?! So they were charging people $ 1.95 for the bottled drink and an additional $ 1.30 for no reason. I complained and both employees were saying that’s how they charge people. I was getting furious saying to remove those drinks. She just kept saying that’s how we charge people. So, they were charging $ 3.25 for a bottle of tea. She was so rude I was getting more upset when she called her manager at home and surprise surprise I was right. I work in retail and the customer is always right. She gave me the money back but I’m never going here again. It was very insulting to have 2 employees tell me «yes, we overcharge and there’s nothing we will do» in a rude awful way.

Where the hell is the«zero» star button. I never give 1 star reviews but this spot pretty much begs for it. There were 2 ladies working, and a couple people sitting down and eating. Asked for chicken breast on honey oat, I told her to not put the chicken in the microwave and to just throw it in the toaster with the bread and cheese(my family never uses microwaves because it renders nutrients and protien useless), she rudely said NO and threw it in the microwave anyways –_– WHATBLASPHEMYISTHIS! They’re really stingy with toppings, and charged me $ 0.25 for a cup of tap water. Oh and by the way, I work at sun valley mall and EVERY food spot gives mall employees %10 off EXCEPT these guys. I asked why, one lady said the foods already discounted(BIGLOL) the other said something about they can’t afford it… damn it, %10 is just tax. Uff never eating here again.

THISSUBWAYIS A JOKE. I went yesterday on my Lunch break to take advantage of the Customer Appreciation Month sandwiches. I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to add in all the toppings(the other Subway limited it to 4 toppings of their choice), so there was no complaint there. It all went downhill, once the other woman(cashier) started giving me attitude when I rejected the meal offer and instead, asked how much was a drink. Out of no where, she raised her voice and repeated, «WHATDOYOUWANT?! A free sandwich?!» Wow, really? That’s how you react when someone doesn’t want it your way? This isn’t Burger King. Anyways, I opted for a cup of water, but quickly changed my mind after she told me I have to pay 25 cents. for tap water. Uhh, no. So, it’s a new day and I go again on my Lunch break today. As I enter, the same 2 women were eyeing me as I walked to the front to stand in line. Once it was my turn, the 2 women spoke in their language, before asking me what sandwich I wanted. I ask if I could get one of the Customer Appreciation sandwiches and the woman says, «No, we don’t have that.» Surprised at this reply, I reminded her that she made me one yesterday, then that bitter old [cashier] woman chimes in: «WECAN’T AFFORDTOMAKETHAT, SONO!» There are better and POLITE ways to inform your potential customers that the deal is no longer valid. From reading previous reviews, I don’t understand why this location hasn’t closed down or why these certain employees are still getting paid to give horrible service. Not that it matters to me anymore, I’m done with Subway. I rather be fat anyways.

My daughters and I came for a quick sandwich. I was kind of hesitant to come for a few reasons: 1. I am not a big fan of Subway to begin. It seems like for the price you pay, you don’t get much AND 2. I remember back in the day when this was a gross, dirty Taco Bell. I was pleasantly surprised. The ladies were nothing BUT polite to my girls and I. All were smiling and helpful. Sandwiches were great, by the way. The place was very clean and looked very presentable. I know that I will come back this Subway, at least.

This is a very quiet location, I think it is because there is another Subway on the other side of the mall. But sometimes it gets busy and wait is looong.

Came here because I was craving for something healthy and plus I was waiting for my friend to finish her business at Sprint. I ordered the foot long 9-grain honey oat w/the oven roasted chicken breast. They were kind of busy but I was surprised, this has happened to me only once, the lady put the chicken in the microwave. She didn’t ask me if I wanted to have the bread toasted, which I did. Then she asked me if I wanted it toasted and I said yes. Got it with no cheese. She didn’t toast it till the chicken was done in the microwave and THEN she toasted the chicken with the bread, umm.? Kinda pointless? Anyways, got the toppings and I’m pretty nice when they put just a little more than I want of the honey mustard, even though I say LIGHTHONEYMUSTARD. But this lady, oh my god, she went back and forth with the honey mustard. I felt like yelling STOPIT! But then she stopped after the 3rd swish around. So, I ended up with a pretty soggy sandwich with some dry oven roasted chicken. :(

First, people go to Subway for a cheap healthy meal(although healthy could be debatable, but you get the picture). I went in with my girlfriend to use her coupon to purchase a couple subway sandwiches. We had a coupon with EXPLICITDETAIL for $ 9.00 for 2 foot long subs, add $ 2.00 each if PREMIUMSUB! We ordered a regular spicy italian and a PREMIUM Big Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches. $ 9.00 + $ 2.00 = $ 11.00 right? Wrong, the 50 – 60 year old indian lady charged my girlfriend $ 12.00. I brought the receipt to her attention stating that this should be $ 11.00. She stated she correctly charged us the right amount. I insisted she was WRONG, and OVERcharging us. I repeated the steps stating«Nine plus two is eleven, our subtotal is twelve.» Gradually getting LOUDER and upset that this person could not understand or comprehend a CLEARCOUPON for the 3rd time in front of a line of folks, I told that stupid clerk a few choice words. I even explained the coupon to one of her co-workers who understood nine dollars plus two dollars is eleven dollars. After the 3rd time, she stated that the extra dollar charge was for toasting. .46 cents for each sub toasted??? That was absolutely an absurd claim. I’ve never in my life of 20+ subway sandwiches EVER been told that there is an extra fee for toasting. She lied to me. 1. She needs to be fired and/or suspended. 2. She needs to go to school to comprehend English or a COUPON. 3. She might need to go to school to get her green card. 4. This is America, we do not bargain the prices at a Subway. Needless to say, I was upset, and left the store after claiming that the clerk is a female dog and needs to learn to add, I also left a chair and a table tipped over. If any one from Subway reads this, you will not be receiving my business anymore, no matter how hungry I get with few healthy options to choose from.
