The food is very good and the restaurant is nice and quiet. Owners are very nice. Definitely try the spicy chicken! It’s very good

Have been going here for years and nothing has been below average. The rolls are amazing and full. Husband and wife own which are the only ones who work there. You can see them making everything fresh which makes a big difference in taste!

Me and my bf used to have a different place for our regular sushi nights but then when it closed down we decided to try this place instead and we were not disappointed! We ordered 3 different sushi rolls to share, unfortunately there was a quite a wait but to compensate for this we were given miso soup and soy beans to snack on while we waited. This shows what great service they have and how they care for their customers! Not only are the prices great but we truly enjoyed the quality AND quantity of the rolls. My bf usually eats a lot and is always let down by the portions but these rolls are the perfect size! This is without a doubt our new place to go for our sushi nights!

Me bro and I wanted some«I Love Teryaki». This had its own twist to it. When you ordered a chicken bowl or plate you go two pieces of sushi, miss soup, and some pea pods. It was decent… as for the chicken plates I would recommend stay away from the noodles(over seasoned). But the chicken and rice was pretty good. All in all not the best not the worst. Wouldn’t mind going again.

The food portions in this place are huge! I got a spicy beef for $ 8.50. They served me a plate full of beef and a separate plate for the rice and noodles. Wow. I’ll definitely come back here again!

It’s pretty easy to satisfy my crave for food, but I can be very critical. I searched this place on Unilocal hoping to find udon noodle soup and I got more than I thought I would. The place is a complete hole in the wall sushi spot that I need to come back for for sushi. I had asked for a chicken udon soup and for it to be spicy. One of the best udons I’d had in awhile. Perfect amount of spicy and my meal came with steamed rice, 2 California rolls and edamame(MYFAVORITE) The people working had to be the owners, and they were incredibly polite and created a warm atmosphere. Once I had some of my food, the gentleman asked if it was okay, and I told him it was perfect. Maybe it’s just my mood, or maybe this will become my new go-to spot when I’m in town. Definitely coming back with my boyfriend soon!

Diamond in the rough! This place is great! They have teriyaki lunch boxes that are very generous ! I like getting there teriyaki chicken and their vegetable tempura. They have two tvs that are always playing sports which is great. Owners are a sweet couple from Asia, go check this place out!

Great food. Fast for to go orders. Excellent variety of Japanese and Korean food. Small intimate place but I like that I can order at the counter and sit and eat or get it to go. Food and sushi is good and reasonable. There are always people here eating or picking up to go. I’ve tried multiple items over a number of visits prior to posting a review. Good for dining alone as well.

Ok I was kind of skeptical when I came in maybe because it was literally dead silence, the people that work there were very nice and attentive so that made me feel a little better. Over all the food we ordered was pretty good. My husband and I ordered two rolls of sushi, the volcanoe and be mine. Man oh man it was delicious best part is that I live down the street and now I have a new sushi spot.

Wanted to switch it up and try a new weekly place instead of Sushi Monumoya across the street. This place was alright, nothing as good as(literally across the road) for sushi. First, it’s fast casual(you order at the counter and pay before service, seating yourself, get your own chopsticks, water, Ect) The rolls just weren’t the same quality for the same price as the area. We ordered 4 rolls and only liked 1. I usually love the Lion King Roll, but it was weird here with a peppery, breakfast sauce? We didn’t finish two or take them to go :/the only roll I would order again is the $ 6 Crunchy CA roll, it was decent and cheap. The raw fish and fillings just weren’t as tasty as I’m used to. The miso soup was super watered down and nasty. The salad came with American ranch instead of the usually sweet, sushi salad dressing. Seemed like everyone here was ordering the teryaki chicken or beef plate… That looked way better than the sushi– if I come back I’ll stay on that side of the menu. It came with rice and noodles, I wish I would have gotten that instead of the sushi. They had a nice charbroiled grill in house… so that earns some stars. Atmosphere definitely left something to be desired– the whole place felt worn down and a little«fast food». Overall, stray away from the sushi– unless you’re going for a basic CA roll, along with your teriyaki plate. Left disappointed. Went to Best Burger next door afterwords because we were still hungry!

Good place to get an affordable meal. I’m a big fan of their chicken bowl, no vegetables, with noodles and white rice. Mix it all up, delicious!

So this place is a tiny hole in the wall but I expected that & the couples that owns the joint are very friendly. I’ve ordered take out a few times now after my Costco trips. The teriyaki is not my favorite so I wouldn’t order that. The best thing so far are the beef short ribs. They are pretty tasty & you get a great portion for the price. I think 2 orders with tax came to $ 23& change. Comes with rice, clear noodles &2 pcs Cal roll & miso soup. That’s pretty good. Again, friendly, food is prepared in decent time cooked on the grill and fairly inexpensive.

Teriyaki Plus has cheap and affordable lunch prices, but don’t expect amazing quality! I ordered the teriyaki chicken bento box — it comes with miso soup, edamame, and two California Rolls for starters, and in the actual bento: a mountain of teriyaki chicken, rice, salad, jap chae, and tempura! A lot of food for $ 7.99…it is hard to complain about quality when you have loads of food on your plate for such an affordable price. I think my favorite part of the meal was the tempura. It was fried to perfection, but the sauce wasn’t pleasant. The California Rolls tasted off as well… I can’t seem to put my finger on why. Great for your wallet, minimize your expectations.

I went here once. It wasn’t bad or anything. Lots of food for the price don’t get me wrong. It was just kinda boring.

When my wife gave birth to my daughter 2 years ago, we ate take out a lot because new babies need round the clock care and we just didn’t have a lot of time to cook. We probably ordered food from here at least a couple times a week for 3 months, and it’s always consistently good and cheap. We’ve had the teriyaki beef/chicken, tonkatsu, chicken katsu, kalbi, and spicy pork. It’s all good and the servings are generous. We don’t order food from here nearly as often now, but when we do, it’s still as good as I remember it.

For the service and quantity of food for the price is respectable, I had the special which for the budget I was on very filling. Quality wise it was okay, California rolls were a little sad and the miso soup was alittle off TLDR: Would I come back again if I am in the area and on a budget? Yes I would !
