Vans Shoes

I received a pair of pants for Christmas. I am a big guy and these pants don’t fit my legs. I looked at bigger sizes and no luck. The employees here suck. No customer service no experience and not helpful. I called corporate and they never answer. I don’t recommend vans store if you are taller than 6’2 and weight over 150 pounds. These people only sale clothes for fitted people. People stay away from vans stores!!‘n

David is the rudest employee ever! He told me «I should’ve shopped earlier for back to school shopping AND that he hoped I didn’t have anything else planned, because I would be waiting for a while». After waiting about 30 min. he brought the wrong size and gave the eye roll when I brought it to his attention. Kyle on the other hand was very sympathetic with us. So that you KYLE, YOU ROCK!

Not so happy with the selection this time but Omar was very helpful and exhibits great customer service.

Went there to do a size exchange. They were pretty chill about it, and since it happened to be on sale, they even gave a few bucks back. Honest managers and chill staff at the vans shop

Well stocked with selection and always looking to help, staff is nice and friendly and the mangers are supportive of what you need and always looking to help every customer who walks through the doors. Props to the store and staff.

The customer service at this location were extremely friendly and helpful. At other stores I usually wait a little bit for an employee to approach me and ask if I need a shoe size, but not here. The service was quick and easy. In and out in about 20 minutes. Now that’s service!

Ladele is an amazing sales man. He helped us with shoe selection and they replaced my shoes even though I lost my receipt!

Wonderful customer service! While my friend and I were in the store, we were approached by three different employees asking if we needed any assistance.
I was browsing as my friend took one of the employees up on his offer to help. The store was extremely well organized. A bit crowed in my opinion, but most Vans stores are. My friend got the exact pair of shoes he wanted within five minutes. The guy who was helping him offered to lace up the shoes for him, but my friend declined. The cashier rang us up and we were out of there in less than ten minutes.
That is the quick kind of mall shopping I like!

Didn’t buy anything today, but I have to give this staff props for running a clean, tight store. We were asked by 4 employees if we needed any help with sizes, etc. in a cordial, friendly, and professional manner. The styles of shoes carried in this location are more classic — less trendy than the Vans in PacSun, Zumiez, etc. which I (sorry) think are super ugly. You’re also going to find better sales and honest pricing when you buy from Vans directly.
I love not being badgered to buy something — it makes me 100% more likely to return here in the future when I need a new pair of shoes. They also had a lot of great apparel, all very well organized with clean, streamlined racks and an easy-​to-​navigate layout.
Nicely done, guys. Easily the best store I’ve been to in Sunvalley.

Like to convey a special appreciation to JESS. If you happen to be her manager, you sure need to congratulate this lady for the professional manner in which she deals with her customers.
Jess made our shoe shopping very pleasant:
a. She took us through the various variants after understanding our needs (light weight, comfortable shoes).
b. Demonstrated utmost patience though we tried multiple multiple trials for shoes before we arrived at a final selection.
c. Gave us the right details of the recently released light weight shoes.
d. Supportive and very friendly

While the sales girl was very helpful and friendly, the person a manning the register was extremely S L O W. Let me give you a specific, once I made my selection and got in line, behind two other people, it took the clerk twenty-​five minutes to ring up my purchase. No exaggeration, twenty-​five minutes. If your job is to separate me from my Yankee dollar; you need to be a bit more efficient, bucko. Three more minutes and you would have lost my business.

I must admit that I’m more obsessed with shoes for my son than I am myself. I think that most shoes for toddlers, that are available, are hideous.
Usually I buy Nikes. But I saw online that there’s such a thing as Yo Gabba Gabba Vans. How could my child not walk this earth with Broby on his shoes? If you don’t know what I’m talking about, Google it.
We came in and were approached for help soon after picking the shoe we wanted. I thought I had my size for my son right but Nike sizes don’t cross over to Vans sizes.
I could tell the guy helping us was slightly irritated at mt lack of Vans size knowledge.
My husband also wears Vans. We didn’t find any for him this trip. The shoes for my son are great quality and durable for little toddlers who seem to run everything they own into the ground.

We had great customer service at this location. Great selection of shoes. We left happy.

Super friendly and fast service! I am not a frequent shoe buyer but the previous times I have been to Vans had been just as great as today.
I was hoping to find a pair of their black Prison Issue #23 and after 6 – 7 minutes, finally decided on the perfect size. Unfortunately, they only had one shoe with my size because the store lost the other one somewhere… But the Sales Associates quickly directed me to the cashier assuring me that my shoes will arrive within 2 – 3 days from LA. Within 3 minutes, they had ordered the shoes for me and I got a confirmation e-​mail 30 seconds after I left the store. Free shipping and all that jazz.
Easy peasy and I can’t wait to receive them!
