My wife went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 Spicy breasts, 3 mild legs and 2 mild thighs. She specifically said «no wings». She was charged extra for the «custom» order. When she opened the order at home we found 3 Spicy breasts, 3 SPICY LEGS and 2 SPICY WINGS. No thighs. She called the store and asked for a refund of the custom order charge to her credit card, and was told that she would have to come back to the store to get any refund in a very disrespectful manner and to have a great day. This is not the first time we have had problems at this store so we will never go back again. There are too many great places to eat in The Woodlands to bother with a place that can’t get an order correct or be respectful to a customer.

The food is always good and the staff is friendly. They sometimes seem really confused about what’s happening but they seem to go the order correct 90% of the time. The Latina female manager is always on point and the shifts run well when she is there! Spicy chicken tenders are yummy.
