Starbucks

Busy, but fast without forgetting quality.
Business was fully stocked in inventory. Great place with great service. Sad that I have to drive 50 miles to get quality service. Pearland by scr Starbucks are complete opposite.

So I go to order my usual and I was running a Lil late totally my fault but 5 different people came to the window to talk to the driver in front of me for like 10 minutes… I hunk my horn and pointed to my wrist and the frog eyed guy looked like I can’t do nothing and continue to talked for another 3 min. So when the guy was done .I just drove off. …to keep from going off and. Making the situation worst. I can’t wait to see them at my store across the street so I can show them how real customer service works…

Glad to see this corner has become something.
Pros:
–Right off the freeway
–Easy to find
–No problems with drinks
–Ample parking
Cons:
–LOUD outside since right off freeway
–Drive through is awkward and if you are sitting outside on the patio every car drives by you with their exhaust and windows down and awkward
–Small space on the inside
–Employees can be slow and unfiriendly

I am only giving one star to this Starbucks location because it still has some people who provide customer service. I, however, have to say that this is not the first time but the third one where my drink is not even made the way I asked to be made and I was charged for it. Getting drinks through drive through should not be a difficult thing to do when you have four people working. But it seems like all these guys cannot multitask during the weekends. It is upsetting to pay for something and being stuck for about 15 minutes waiting and then get a drink that is either missing the right type of milk or it has an addition of something you do not want. I have been very specific when I ask for an ice latte made with soy and put in a blender. Simple isn’t it? Well not for these guys. I either get a blended ice coffee with regular milk or I get argued with of what I want. If I am asking for a latte and not a frappuchino is becauSe I don’t want a frappuchino so you adding frappuchino blend when I was specific is not consider good customer service. I hope the manager s of this location can speak to your baristas because they do not meet criteria for what is called good customer service. I am sorry for the people who have had this quality in this Starbucks but the rest of your baristas are horrible.

Love this Starbucks. I go out of my way to avoid the one on 105. Always make my drink right, and there’s never a long line.

Recently opened… Great fast service and friendly baristas!!! Management is as good as it gets!!!
