Awfully slow and I’m highly disappointed every time I go to the location. Starbucks just launched their after 3 pm drinks and this location could not make over half of the new drinks because they ran out of supplies. This is the last time I will go to that location it was a washed trip.

Nicest staff and good service! Tip– the drive thru is typically quicker then going in even with a long line.

This location is a hit or miss (but usually a miss).
It’s located on the corner of a strip mall, and has a very awkward drive thru.
I only come here for brownie cravings since I don’t know of any good bakeries close by.

Nice, evidently I called 45 minutes ahead for a coffee traveller for no reason. Ended up arriving to a clients office late because of this. Additionally I had to explain to the employees here what a coffee traveller was and then wait for them to make it.

The slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. If you are passing through, find another one. There are plenty in this area.

They have messed up my order a few times. The staff is mostly friendly aside from 2. The one that gave me the most negative experience (i dont know her name) is an older looking black lady with corn rows and has two stars on her hat, no nametag. Didnt decide to write about this particular starbucks until she took my order.

I have been an avid Starbucks fan and supporter since working there from 2006 – 2009. I really buy in to the fast, fresh and friendly model where employees go out of their way to make your experience an exceptional one. The experience makes the coffee worth every penny you will be shorting your children’s future college fund.
All kidding aside, this Starbucks operates like a bad McDonalds. Today, after waiting in the drive-​through line for over ten minutes, I asked if they were brewing my favorite seasonal black coffee. They weren’t but Starbucks offers a single cup brewed of whatever coffee you like. I ordered this pour-​over, and was promptly told it would take too long to make (average time 2 minutes) and if I wanted one I should go inside (this line is neglected at the expense of the drive-​through every time at this location) and wait in THAT line and try ordering again.
At this point, I said thank you, but no thank you and drove the extra five minutes to the location on loop 336 N, got my pour over in under 2 minutes along with some legendary customer service. Tipped 5 extra dollars for the experience.

This Starbucks is either very busy, or very poorly managed.
Every time I go, I either get the wrong beverage or mine is not made to order. I always get a grande ristretto americano. I always get a regular americano which by comparison, sucks!
On 2 occasions, I received a peppermint mocha instead.
I need to find a different Starbucks or a Minuti. My wife always has trouble here, too.

Worst Starbucks ever! Ordered a Venti eggnog latte with free pastry, was told that the promotion is no longer valid even though the billboard is set up as a temporary advertisement in front of their store. Ordered and paid for Venti eggnog latte and pastry, for here. They put the pastry in a bag rather them on a plate. Then told me that they were out of eggnog, I canceled my order. Then the guy said, «oops, it’s in the wrong place.» Stay away from this Starbucks.

Maybe my review will be better next time. The wait was just a little bit unacceptable with the amount of staff on hand. Manager had to fuss at her employees I front of everyone for standing around and chatting instead of working to get customers through the line.
I got a seasonal chestnut praline frappacino that was very good.
Clean facilities.

The location is dirty. There were boxes in the hallway, bathrooms were in need of cleaning, there were multiple flies buzzing about and there was a dead cockroach on the floor near the display case. The tables need cleaning and the employees were as welcoming as a brick wall. Hygiene was meh, and the espresso shots were expired and bitter.

I love this Starbucks! The employees are superb! They’re friendly, attentive and thorough. My husband and I have found our own twists on our favorite Starbucks drinks; the employees at this Starbucks never seam irritated with our special request and so far have always gotten it right! The personable and great service keeps us coming back! Kudos to the staff at this Starbucks! Keep up the great customer service!
The drive through looks a bit awkward and I’ve never gone through it but I’m more of a face to face person.

Free cold drink day. Buy a coffee in the morning and bring your receipt back in the afternoon for a $ 2.50 credit towards the cold drink of your choice

Great place! My boyfriend and I stop by at this location because it’s open till 11pm. The staff is awesome. The coffee is great! That’s all we really need.

As a Starbucks addict, I have to say how disappointed I am on a regular basis with this location especially given it’s proximity to my house. I will say that they certainly got the short end of the stick with the parking lot/​drive thru situation, but they have done absolutely nothing to help themselves in the way of directly traffic for their drive thru. I have witnessed grown men get into fist fights, people kick each other’s cars, and woman get into screaming matches all because someone has cut someone else off while trying to get in line for an orange mocha Frappachino. I hate to say, this is absolutely not an exaggeration. Most of the time I save myself the trouble and drive to the loop so I don’t get caught in the crossfire.

They are rude and if you order an extra shot there is never any sweet er. You ask for extra Carmel and there is never the regular amount given at other starbucks. Plus they never put the right amount of whip cream. The fraps are watered down at this location and always half melted when they give them to you. Go to any other location in conroe and you get great service.

Drive thru was awkward so we walked in. I’m not much of a Starbucks person so I asked my husband to help with this review. What the seating area lacked in ambiance was made up for with the trash that was overflowing from the receptacles. There was nothing wrong with our drinks, but our order didn’t come out together which I thought was odd.

Just OK. I feel like the quality of this Starbucks has gone down since the newer one opened down the street by WalMart on Loop 336. They sent all the more experienced employees there and kind of left this one out to dry. I used to love this particular one but now it is pretty slow, orders frequently wrong, etc.
Just prepare to wait (Seriously give yourself at least 20 minutes for even the simplest regular coffee) or go at a ridiculous time when no normal person would be drinking coffee (That’s what I do, lol). And CHECK your stuff before you drive off, half the time something will be wrong with it.
For now I’d have to recommend going to the (3 minutes away) newer, MUCH BETTER Starbucks on Loop 336 by Walmart. They have it together over there!

I don’t live in this area, so not sure if the wait is always as long as it was. It was early Saturday morning, so I was expecting a bit of a wait, but good grief.
My white choc. mocha was good. A lil skimpy on the whipp considering I asked for heavy whipp.
Service was friendly though. The 80yr old lady in line with me made the wait not so bad though… she was sooo cute & lively.
I’d only come back here if I was in the area & there aren’t any other locations close by.
