Marquis At Riverchase

DO NOT LIVE HEAR. turned off my water heater at 11pm. turned off the power to my garage so i could not use it. go into my garage without my permission. They give you two hours on m w and f to put out your trash. People work different hours and cannot do this. maintenance staff does NOT SPEAK ENGLISH WELL.

Great place to live the staff is super nice, it’s not far from the airport. Great neighborhood nice and quite. The apartments are nice and spacious big closet space. Highly recommended it

Marquis at Riverchase is a AWESOME community and there is no loud music, noise. The staff are very friendly and the maintance workers always get the job done in a very timely manner.

Totally outdated, CHEAP apartment amenities and appliances, other than the gym/​pool. Thank god we don’t actually pay rent here. it’s strictly temporary housing, fully furnished. They throw their trash ON the front lawn 3x a week?! Nasty. The management staff is barely out of high school; nice, but dumber than GED capacity. Not what I have experienced, nor expect, of a «luxury» apartment complex.

Nice complex, great location and proximity to golf course. Noise level is average and parking seems plentiful.

I highly recommend this apartment community to everyone. My family stayed there for a very short time this summer 2012 and we really liked it. First of all, the community ground keepers are easy to reach and response to us fast. I made service calls twice for minor fix and both time the service guy showed up within hours. Community is clean enough. I saw a guy cleaning the stairs and hallways. Swimming pool is as beautiful as a fountain. Very popular spot in summer. Gym is good. Lots of covered and uncovered parking spaces as well as garages. The office staff is friendly and nice. Nothing to complain about. Location is great. 10 minutes to Vista Ridge Mall area in Lewisville and 10 minutes to Vally Ranch.

So I am sitting here at work, bored, and have never been on Unilocal. So I decide to search places I go, know, and (obviously) live. I was so confused by the previous poster’s comments, but I guess everyone has their own opinon and I have mine as well… I have throughly enjoyed my experince living at The Marquis at Riverchase! My boyfriend moved in about 3 years ago into a 1 bedroom apartment and then after a 12 month lease we moved in together into a 2 bedroom at The Marquis! I have always been very impressed with the presentation of the units when I move in, as well as the community through out the year. Maintenance requests are always completed with 1 to 2 days and if for any reason it is going to take longer than that then they always keep us updated! I did notice another reviewer mentioned the gate issues. Well what I will tell you is that it’s true that there have been times where the gates haven’t functioned as planned, but I don’t blame the community for people hitting it with their cars. Plus, that gate is always working within a day or two and luckily they have 2 entrance gates and 2 exit gates… no biggie! And also, they have a gate code that they give their residents, so the gate remote is completely optional. they are not forcing you to pay $ 50 (lol). Lastly, I wanted to address the rent amounts, remember 2 things… one I, personally, have never renewed a lease anywhere and not recieved an increase, so if you are looking for a place to live for multiple years and never recieve an increase… good luck, I simply believe that just doesn’t exist anymore! My increses have never been crazy either (again my opinon) Also, there are maybe a total of 4 apartment complexs in Coppell? This is by far the nicest one and it should be expected that there are gonna be additional fees for living in such a desired location. Anywho. i like it… :-)

Worst place ever. Staff isn’t friendly after you’ve leased. Nothing works. Half the time its a struggle just to get out of the complex! The gates never work! For such a nice area they sure don’t care about the things that actually matter. The mailboxes are not lighted so as a woman I feel uneasy if I have to go at night. They never told me the codes to use any of facilities, and were rude when I asked. They have pass cards to open the gates, which don’t work, they gave me 5 and told me hopefully one will work. They put in a new system that uses key fobs, but you have to pay 50 dollars to get it. You would think with the rent, which keeps going up, and all the millions of fees that we pay we would have these things. Maintainance is terrible. They never make appointments and its rare if they actually fix the problem correctly. Poorly built, sound is awful, be hopeful for quiet neighbors. Even then you will probably hear everything. I was very disappointed with this place. You would think they would value their service in this type of area, but I guess not.

GREAT APARTMENT TO LIVE!!!
I lived there for 2 years and would have lived there for another 2 years if I didn’t have to relocate for my job. The staff is super friendly. They actually remembered my name (as well as my pet’s). The maintenance staff fix things in a timely manner and I completely trust them.
Highly recommend this complex!
