Good Chinese food when you want decent takeout close to home. Pros: The Governors chicken and Szechuan beef are really good. My boyfriend likes the orange chicken but I prefer the governors. Very similar either way. Hot and sour soup is delicious. Friendly service too. Cons: I don’t think they’ve ever had our food ready in the estimated time they told us. However I believe it’s because they are understaffed. Usually there is only one waitress who is serving in the dining room, handling take out and helping in the kitchen. I always feel so bad for them because you can see other customers get impatient and mad but it’s clear they’re working their hardest. Another downside, in the summer it was so warm in the dining room. They clearly did not want to run the AC as they had several small fans running around the room. It was humid and uncomfortable. Part of me feels like they are cutting back on some key areas that could be driving some customers away. Perhaps hiring additional staff and putting forth more effort in the overall customer experience would result positively for the business. 3 stars for management. I would give their staff 5.

The food is good and they’re quick. My only complaint is the price. It’s just a little too high.

We love Chinese food, but this is the first Chinese Restaurant that actually made my family sick… Most Chinese restaurants advertise that they don’t use MSG… This one doesn’t and I have family members who are allergic to MSG… Sorry never eating there again…

Chicken lo mien was hot and fresh. I loved the flavor very much. Egg rolls are great. First time here defiantly coming back for more!

Ok place for Chinese take-out. Service was decent. Price on the high side for a takeout place. Too spicy and too much MSG. Gave me a dry mouth afterward.

My girlfriend and I have ordered from this place several times, each time they have delivered in a timely manner as they estimated when we placed the order. Sesame shrimp is great along with the chicken stick and egg drop soup, we have had several different dishes here none of which were a bad experience.

The power of good customer service!!! I came in because they now have bubble tea. I ordered a Thai Tea w/boba and mentioned how close the place was to my house. My server(the owner’s child) mentioned they delivered, and gave me a to go menu. Well, I asked for a sample of egg drop soup, and my server provided one! Even though I had just eaten, it was so delicious, I ordered some egg drop soup and an egg roll!!! And next time I want delivery, I know who I’m calling…

I ordered delivery the Vietnamese Spring Rolls and lunch sesame chicken, the lunch special comes with rice and a fried spring roll. The lady who took my order spoke English very well gave me my total and estimated time(coming from NY it was always a rushed phone call, they never understand what I’m saying and sometimes resulted in the wrong order being delivered, they also never give you a time or total, these things make a difference) it was my first time ordering from this place I special requested it to be extra spicy and add white meat. It is very good the portions are perfect and the taste is above satisfactory compared to other Asian cuisine restaurants tend to all taste the same, this was better. Although it is a little more than what I would like to spend, my total was $ 20. Delivery was accurate with the time I was given over the phone. Over all I 4 stars because it is pricey, but I will be eating here again and I would recommend it to others. :)

This place is pretty solid for fast food chinese food. I have ordered from Wu’s a few times. They always meet my expectations.

Very quaint little place with great décor and friendly staff. The sesame chicken and wonderful shrimp were great. A little heavy on the breading for the shrimp and it could have used a little more kick. Vegetable lo mein was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Overpriced undervalued food. The General Tso’s chicken came with three small pieces of brocoli and the large balls of batter(couldn’t find the chicken in it).

Excellent chinese food and great owner. I love the spicy beef and the fried rice. One of the best Chinese places around. Only thing is its a little pricey but worth it for the quality.

hands down, the best shrimp fried rice ever! there are SO many shrimp in the rice! A lot of Asian restaurants will also short you on the meat — i.e. order beef and broccoli and receive more broccoli than beef. Wu’s does NOT do that with their meals. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because a couple times our order has been off. Count your(very delicious) egg rolls before you let the delivery person leave!

So delicious! I’ve dined for lunch and dinner several times and they never disappoint. I’ve had about 7 of their dishes and the variety is great. Their pepper steak is my favorite, so savory and tender! The staff is very nice and efficient too. I’m moving 20mi away but I’ll be sure to stop by every time I’m in town. So worth it!

I mean… I guess it’s pretty good. I did take out one day and ordered the shrimp teriyaki. The rice it came with was drowned in the sauce and made the rice mushy. If I would have known they were going to put the rice with the dish I would have requested it on the side. My shrimp were really good though and fresh. It came with an egg roll and the dinner total was about 10 bucks. So not too bad for a Chinese dinner. But I have definitely had better. I would say this spot is pretty good if you’re in the Coppell area but definitely not the best in DFW.

I have been a customer of this amazing restaurant since 2001. And when they changed owners in 2006, it just got better and better. My favorite dishes are their wonton soup, the chicken with mushrooms and my latest favorite is their beef lo mein!!! I cannot get enough of the beef lo mein ;) The entire staff is amazing! The ambiance in the restaurant is spectacular! I am a regular diner on the weekday lunches. I love coming into this restaurant and am just able to distress from my demanding full time job. This foodie loves loves loves Wu’s Asian Bistro. I am a DFW area commuter and this place by far surpasses other competitors for Asian cuisine hands down!!! So if you want out of this world Asian dishes in the Coppell //Carrollton //Valley Ranch //Las Colinas //Irving //Farmers Branch area here in the Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas metroplex… This is the place to be.

The governor’s chicken was good the fried rice is nasty. I wouldn’t say it’s the best place I’ve had way better found the service was sub par. I didn’t like the fact that for $ 13.00 you get a nice portion of meat o.k. amount of rice but no egg roll the server advised you only get an egg roll with carry out what kind of sense does that make? The waiter and some man were arguing over how to apply the birthday discount needless to say wouldn’t come again nor would I recommend. This place is over priced not impressed so they get a star.

Not too thrilled with the Americanized chinese food we ordered here recently. The string beans were soggy; the pineapple shrimp was just mediocre, the walnut shrimp had too heavy a batter, and the hot garlic beef was unremarkable. When you order 4 dishes in one visit, you’d think you could find a favorite? Not this time. The only positive I could share is that they are willing to customize their dishes, but to be honest, I’d rather order at Panacean across the street. Wu, I’d like to see you revamp your menu and offer something a little more authentic.

We order take-out from these guys regularly. I really like their moo goo gai pan… I don’t think it’s on the menu. Always fast service. Good egg rolls!

This is my go to place for local asian food. It’s pretty darn yummy I recommend you go inside and eat, because everything is prepared when you order and fresh! i talked a lady there, she prides herself saying that they do not use food warmers like buffets and its all chopped and cooked after you order. Take out is good too! but again it tastes sooooooo much better if you eat inside. It’s nice a clean inside :)
