Salads never the same every time. I think I will just give up on this Boudin’s. Today, the Cobb Salad had slabs of chicken instead of strips and they were laden with fat or chicken meat that had gone soft. I had to throw all the chicken away. Dressing only came half filled. There are so many better salads around here for just a little bit more than this $ 10 price.

Good clean restaurant with comfortable seating and a nice outdoor seating option. Stop there occasionally for lunch while at the Corte Madera mall.

SOOOOODISAPPOINTED!!! I have been eating at this location for years when I used to work at that mall and was super excited to eat my favorite sandwich. When I picked it up and sat down to eat the Artisan Ham and Brie, it was the worst sandwich I have ever had. They changed the bread to a foccacia roll the just falls apart and instead of used dried cranberries use a cranberry jelly spread which you can definitely taste the difference. So sad, and probably not going to eat here anymore because this isn’t the first menu item that has been changed for the worst.

Pretty good. I can’t complain at all. The staff was polite and checked up on us frequently. Everyone I was eating with ordered a half tuna sandwhich with a clam chowder. It of course is delicious. Food came to our table pretty fast. Would like to try ething different on my next visit

I’ve been to this spot countless times over the years and it’s always a safe bet for some quick food. Summary: The food is generally consistent, and the sourdough bread is good(although sometimes a little tough). It’s a good place to go for a quick bite while shopping. Highlights: The soup in a bread bowl is great, particularly Saturday’s Roasted Garlic Tomato soup-of-the-day. The club sandwich and the chicken pesto sandwich are good(but the chicken is strangely cold usually). Combos are perfect for trying different things(such as soup and salad, or half sandwich and soup) Unfortunately, the salad options are lacking in both choices and flavor. Atmosphere: This is where the restaurant lacks the most. The interior is commercial looking and like it’s been mass produced. It’s definitely not a place to go and meet someone for lunch, it’s more of a stop-by or takeout place.

This place has ok food. It’s not that great but it’s also not terrible. The food just seems like it is very mass produced and not all that fresh. I ordered a halt sandwich and soup. The tomato soup was very good and the half sandwich was also pretty good. My friend ordered the bacon grilled cheese with a side salad and was less pleased. She got only one slice of bacon on the whole sandwich and the salad hardly had any dressing on it. It didn’t seem like they put a lot of effort into that meal. I would probably not recommend this place because there are so many other great places to go that are right near it.

Family and friends had a quick bite. Service was friendly and quick. The kids said cheese sandwich better than Panera’s. The Hot club sandwich was fresh and delicious.

I have been here numerous times with my wife and have never had a bad experience. It is never too crowded where you have to wait to be seated. Food is always quite delicious. She always opt for the clam chowder in a bread bowl where I go with something different each time. Prices are moderate. Under $ 10 per person. For a chain restaurant that mainly only serves soups, salads, and sandwiches, you really cant ask for anything else. Sometimes I even come in simply to get a bag of their fresh chocolate chip cookies. Delicious! I highly recommend Boudin’s! It is a staple to the San Francisco Bay Area with their famous baked fresh daily sourdough breads! Yum.

OMG the best absolute service ever! I want to tell the whole story but it would take too long. Basically some things got messed up for a work lunch order(I found out this is partially my fault). Anyways Boudin came thru in the biggest way! I wish I could remember the girls name but she blew our minds! Excellent customer service. The type of customer service you see in commercials. Bravo Corte Madera Boudin! And thank you so much!!!

Been eating at this Boudin location for the past 4 years. I like their rustic tomato soup with a grilled cheese sandwich, the Waldorf salad and their breakfast sandwiches. Recently, I saw they had a new seasonal salad called a chicken banh mi salad which contains mixed greens, diced chicken, soba noodles, cilantro, cucumber, red bell pepper, pickled carrots, red onion, and jalapeño peppers tossed in a sesame ginger vinaigrette. The salad was okay but what really annoys me is why boudin’s decided to call this salad a banh mi salad! There’s nothing banh mi about it except for the cilantro and cucumbers! Call it what it is boudin’s, it’s a freakin chicken soba noodle salad!!! Ok rant over

It’s a nice place for a quick eat if you’re busy shopping. I love the soup in a bread bowl its always hot and steamy as it comes out and the bread is freshly made that day! Also they are very quick and have friendly staff. They have a great price for the quality of food they have.

I come here for lunch all the time. The half sandwich half soup combination is the best! I love getting the chicken salad sandwich with clam chowder. There is plenty of seating here and the employees are very efficient. If you work in the mall/that area you can easily get an employee’s discount. The place is nice and cool on a hot day and warm on a cold day. They are very good at temperature control. In addition, the service is excellent! You can take food togo or call in ahead of time and just pick it up! I absolutely love the convenience of this place.

Nothing fancy, its a quick in and out kinda place for a bite while you shop. There’s a distinct lack of places to eat at the Village side of Corte Madera. There’s basically this, a pizza place that just opened up and I think a hot dog stand in the center. As part of a chain of restaurants, this Boudins is fairly much in line with the others. Constantly good on the soup, salads and sandwiches. Its fairly nice to sit outside on a good sunny day, as you’ll still be in the shade. And you might get some friendly quacky visitors too! As we did! Though I have to say the last time we were here, I was boogled by Boudin’s new«Chicken Bahn-mi» salad. Nothing to do with this branch of Boudin, but why would you make a Bahn-Mi salad with SOBANOODLES!!! WHY!!! Wouldn’t it be more inline if you just made it with Rice Vermicelli? I honestly haven’t tasted the salad. I’m sure its probably delicious. But I’m totally flipping a switch on the Soba thing. Bottom line, this place is good, if not one of the only places for lunch here. But you probably won’t see me getting a Chicken Bahn-mi salad anytime soon.

Excellent place to eat lunch while shopping around the village! Great artisan breads to choose from and you can even take a loaf home! I get the roasted turkey sandwich when I go here for lunch and it’s just terrific. No lunch meat here! This is real turkey! The staff is always friendly and the only issue is that it’s so crowded it can be hard to find a seat. Otherwise excellent place for lunch and try the soups too!

I had a pretty good chicken salad sandwich here. This place is pretty uninteresting. Very chain-like. Reminds me of a mix between Panera Bread and Peets. but I’m not expecting much anyway. This is a corner restaurant inside a shopping mall after all. The place is clean and modern. Seating is comfortable. Service is quick. Food is decent. Makes for a great place to make a shopping pit stop. Fits its own niche nicely.

Review is for their catering of box lunches. My company uses Boudin frequently for lunch meetings, ranging from dozens of folks to over a hundred. They normally offer a nice cardboard box with a gourmet sandwich, small bag of Tim’s chips, and a cookie(BTW I think the chocolate chip is the only one worth having — they make it thick, chewy, and rich with lotsa morsels). Today, I tried their Fra Mani Rosemary Ham and Brie. Excellent sandwich with a fluffy sourdough bun, dried cranberries, watercress, Dijon mustard, and mayo. It was smaller than my usual sandwiches but packed with flavor. I get saltiness of ham, bitterness of watercress, and sweetness from the cranberries and Brie cheese. Will definitely custom order this one next time we do catering! Our default options(all excellent also are Classic Italian, Turkey Avocado, Turkey Cranberry, Chicken Pesto, and Roast Beef. For vegetarians they can make nice boxes salads too — for for example Waldorf and Asian Chicken Salad in addition to usual Caesar Salad.

Boudins… at first look you think of local chain that’s trying to diversify out of just Wharf area tourist trap. And you know what? They’ve done just that quite successfully. I first discovered their delicious sandos at the SFO location. And, I was hooked. They are priced reasonably, have delicious deli turkey, and the bread is amazing. Obviously, the bread is what’s kept this organization in business for so many decades. We eat Boudin every time we pass one. Get some sourdough rolls for dinner along with a class A sammich!
