Had a horrible experience today at this location ! Entire staff from cashier to bartista was rude ! Customer service was the worst ! The bartista literally was slamming down the drink orders and throwing food with warm food down on the counter ! We ordered two warm sandwiches both had food on the outside of bag had to ask repeatedly for a piece of cake we ordered also both mango ice teas had no sweetener Not a good look at all Starbucks won’t be back

This place is very dirty and boxes everywhere. Doesn’t reflect well at all on the Starbucks brand.

**Update: turns out she never validated the free coffee voucher so I couldn’t redeem it when I finally decided to give Starbucks another chance. If I could take the one star off, I would.** Confrontational, rude and unapologetic over forgetting my order of a blonde roast today! I ordered the blonde roast today at 5.54pm. I was told it would take 5 minutes to brew and I said that would be fine. I waited by the pickup counter the entire time and saw many other customers get served and receive their drinks. 20 minutes later one customer complained that she was still waiting for half and half and the barista apologized to her and rushed to give her the half and half. I thought it would be a good time to ask about my blonde roast — it was now 615pm. I let the barista know I ordered it 20 minutes ago. It turns out it was still sitting in a cup at the coffee machine behind him — he handed it to me luke warm with no apology for forgetting my order or for making me wait so long. I poured in a tiny bit of cream and my coffee was cold to drink. My sister complained on my behalf that it was served cold after 20 minutes of waiting with no apology and she asked that they at least offer an apology. No apology was given. I asked if they could at least re-heat my cold coffee. Instead of warming it up or making me another one, the barista who took my order approached me and said rather aggressively«well we brewed it when you ordered it but you left the Starbucks so that’s why it’s not hot anymore» but I had not left — I had been standing there at the pick-up counter the entire time. The coffee hadn’t even made it over to the pickup counter — that excuse was a blatant lie. I was taken aback by the attitude and corrected the barista stating«I have been standing here at the pickup counter this entire time. I didn’t leave». Where would I go anyway — the entire mall closed at 6pm today and only the Starbucks was still open. This barista herself had left the Starbucks to take out the trash and it’s clear she didn’t tell the other barista my coffee was brewing. When I told her I hadn’t left she realized she was wrong but just responded with an «oh» and handed me a free coffee card but still offered no apology. I said thank you but it is of little use to me as probably won’t be coming back after this experience. I just want the coffee re-heated. The baristas walked away from the counter without re-heating my coffee. I told them I would leave this Unilocal review. I left with a cold coffee in hand. I’m upset about this experience because this was their error — not mine, they forgot my order, they didn’t apologize, they didn’t refund me, they didn’t re-heat my coffee, they made false accusations that carry no weight, my coffee was served cold and they wasted my time. I left feeling very frustrated. I will not be returning.

Starbucks are alike, this one is a bit different, I remember coming here a few years back and they refused to accept gift cards saying they were privately owned(which seemed odd). This time it was okay, they get busy and the line was out the door. Overall not bad, go here for coffee… go, now.

Just about every time I come here the person making the drinks is sweeping/mopping. They NEVER wash their hands and start making drinks. I thought that they were isolated events, but it is not. Manager, PLEASE talk to your employees. It is so dirty. Sweeping and mopping, then making my drink is gross. Employees are very nice… shouldn’t they wear gloves?

I don’t understand what it is about this Starbucks but majority of the workers seem. Unpleasant. The customer service is not the greatest. They NEVER smile and don’t even greet you. I give it 2 stars for the ones who ATLEAST say«can I help you.»

Pretty standard Starbucks inside the nice outdoor shopping village. It’s definitely on the smaller side, so you’ll probably want to take your drink with you outside while you stroll around the shops.

Oh man. I do not count brown cold water to be a frappucino. No customer service, girls looked more angry then bored(no one else was in store but me) I walked out, had two sips & threw it away. I might have saved myself the trouble & just thrown my cash in the trash & saved the gas it took to drive here. Hey ! That ryhmes. Almost.

Stop by today and order a few drinks for my co-workers, the attitude of the supervisor was just wrong, one of my drinks was wrong and I asked to remake for me, she made it flavor less and ice was dripping off the cup, on top of that she was kind of arguing or giving an attitude to one of the employees there, if you have a problem with someone just pull then a side and let them know, other people don’t need to see this, very unprofessional, usually receive great service at this location don’t know what happened.

Beautiful Boutique Starbucks In The Corte Madera Village SITREP Wonderful stop in Marin County to catch a Blonde Roast or a Frappuccino. THESETUP Off of the Redwood Hwy in Marin County, it’s a sweet secluded spot in the mall. So it’s highly unlikely that I would come here JUST for coffee, but I certainly would grab it if in the vicinity of the Village. LEMENU Same standard menu of great offerings, from my favorite main item: The Blonde Roast(I actually hate Pike) to a nice Mocha Frappuccino lite, and also the delicious tasty pastries and vegetable tarts. REWARDS I love using my rewards on a full-on Turkey sandwich here — the Dijon mustard they use for this is quite good too. SIZE It is small and not a place you would come to WiFi, so there’s that diminishment. THELOWDOWN One of the sweetest Starbucks stops I’ve ever seen.

Inside The Village, next to Tesla studio and on the Nordstrom end. No tables or coffee bar here for chilling, but there are many tables outside for resting the glutes. Place is tiny; long wooden bench inside for waiting. Convenient location, with another in Town Center.

I love this Starbucks! Because I go there so frequently, my drink is always ready for me by the time I make it to the register. The friendly staff makes this Starbucks so fabulous. I drive out of my way to go there because the customer service is outstanding.

If I didn’t know better, I’d call this a hole in the wall instead of a Starbucks. Definitely very limited in what they offer and the physical local itself. The staff is pretty friendly, but the service was a little slow. The prices here seem reasonable, not like airport prices. It’s the same I pay in Terra Linda at that Starbucks.

They opened early for the 3 day group :) This Starbucks was nice enough to open up early for the Susan G Komen crowd, however they were a bit light on staffing for the large crowd. It would have been nice to see an expedited«just coffee» line like I have seen in other locations, but it was still nice that they were open. The coffee and other fare were standard for a Starbucks.

Been here 3 times and they NEVER seem to get my order right! Want an iced chai? You get a luke warm one with no ice.

Points for style. Definitely the coolest SB I’ve seen but the coffee I got wasn’t great, tasted a little bit like wood.

Starbucks at the Corte Madera mall with Peets down the ways and Nordstrom’s across the way. It’s a small Starbucks. The prices have gone up, $ 4 for a venti mocha. The coffee was good and hot and staff was nice. I was smiling at at 3 – 4 yr old girl with Ugg boots sipping her hot chocolate thru a coffee stirrer who turned away when she caught us looking at her. Yup, expensive coffee and toddlers in Uggs, so Marin.

A review on Starbucks? Yep. It’s all because of Vivian, the manager, and the morning staff. They remember my name. They remember my complicated drink. They are pleasant. They are never slammed. Foam quality could be improved. The pastries — like at all Starbucks — really do suck. Except the seasonal gingerbread macadamia biscotti. Keep me away from that crack.
