Rip off. $ 18 for four«shots». Overpriced for shitty alcohol. Go somewhere else. This place isn’t worth your money.

Driving home from Rochester and wanted to get off the interstate, have lunch, and stretch our legs a bit. This was a pretty good call and a pure Unilocal find. A true college bar and restaurant in a cute small college town. We sat at the bar instead of a table. The town was still sleepy on a warm February Sunday and the crowd was small. Small as in more staff than patrons. The husband had a Ceasars Salad which was ehh, and I an ehh BLT. Food may have been better next door but this was good enough before we continued our car ride home.

Dj on the second floor hit an active duty service man in the face. Where in turn the active duty complied and faced the repercussion of staying out in the cold on March 21st2016.

If you’re in Cortland and don’t go to the Dark Horse Tavern, does it really count? Early evening and later on are two completely different atmospheres but regardless what I went for I always had a good time.

The urinal in the bathroom is practically in the same stall as the toilet. Oh, and the stall doesn’t have a door. Oh, and the bathroom itself doesn’t have a door. Hope you don’t ever have to use the stall!

Great local color. And $ 7 for a pitcher of beer? How can you beat that?

The Dark Horse IS Cortland. I don’t know much about Cortland. but I know every college kid goes here at one point during the night. The Dark Horse offers two separate types of environments in one place… The downstairs is low key(peaceful) and the upstairs is a club(jungle). Whatever you’re into, you can find it here.
