Lisa’s Pane Di Casa

Lisa’s is AMAZING! Great baked goods (especially the scones) and the soups are to die for.

Lisa’s Pane di Casa is a hidden gem in the otherwise lackluster city of Cortland. Lisa’s bakes fresh delicacies daily, and everything I’ve ever had from her bakery has been delicious.
Lisa’s menu includes an array of fresh breads, scones, cinnamon rolls, cookies, cupcakes, soups, salads, and sandwiches. She also accepts special orders for cakes and for specialty Italian cookies.
There is nothing better to have on a Saturday morning than a cup of coffee and a cinnamon roll from Lisa’s. In fact, I once had a woman adamantly challenge me and state that a nearby coffeehouse had the best cinnamon rolls… it turns out that Lisa provides the rolls for that coffeehouse!
Lisa’s does not offer a lot of seating (four tables), but the cheerful staff are more than happy to wrap up an order to go. Our favorite employee, Keira, always has a smile on her face. Stop in if you’re craving something sweet, and tell them that the BLT couple sent you!
Note: Lisa’s is not open on Sundays or Mondays, but I do believe she still takes orders that can be picked up on Sundays.
