Go to the store on 4th St downtown, way less busy and much nicer store. New manager there is awesome!

My family and I drive here because of the service we get from Mindy and the others. They always make relevant suggestions and go the extra mile to insure we are taken care of. For them to finally get my wife to upgrade to a 6S Plus speaks volume’s!

Absolutely love this store! I have always had AT&T and the stores in Eugene I have never had good customer service at. So I make the trip up here just because their customer service is so great! Mindy is absolutely amazing and I highly suggest requesting her for whatever you may need. We just got two upgrades today and she was beyond helpful! Karsen also helped us and was amazing. Mindy also helped me with my last phone last January and was amazing. Making the trip to Corvallis for the great customer service is so worth it! I highly suggest coming to this store if you live in the Corvallis area you will not be disappointed!

The service at this AT&T location is very good. Customer service is on the ball and the staff is very personable. Here’s the problem: The AT&T service in my area. Is not usable without a AT&T microcell Opinion; if AT&T is going to sell service in areas where reception is poor or not usable without a MicroCell, then AT&T should provide the customer with a «free» microcell instead of the customer having to pay out-of-pocket for poor and or unusable service. I am seriously considering switching cell phone providers.

It’s usually busy and hard to get someone to help you right away. That said, these guys can take care of the problems and issues. The authorized ATnT store in town didn’t know how to do anything compared to these guys. Additionally, when I called the international support line, I couldn’t get any useful help after upwards of an hour on the phone. In the 9th street store, in 15 minutes, I got everything fixed up and am satisfied.

We’re long term customers. We just went in with a question about our bill that the phone customer service wasn’t explaining well. We stood around while the two employees helped two other customers. We then noticed the employee seemed to be friends with and not helping the person he was with. They continued talking, then the employee left to go look at the friend’s motorbike in the parking lot. All while we were standing there for upwards of ten minutes with no greeting or acknowledgement that we were there. We left with one of us saying«let’s just cancel since they don’t seem to want our business.» Nobody replied or even acknowledged we had spoken. The shop was empty apart from us, two workers, one customer, and one friend. Pending the response from the store manager, we will be switching phone companies.
