Matt really tried to help when Verizon Corp messed up with my phone and account. I’m still dealing with the mess he said all along would not work. Verizon should thank him, because he’s one of the few reasons I’m still with Verizon.

The only reason I give one star is because there is no option for ZERO. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Son & father mishap. The dad pawned us off to his son who had no idea what to do with us. Son is nice but does not know how to speak to clients whatsoever; and he did not know HOW he could help us besides take the battery out, put it back in, blow on the phone, turn it off and on… Obviously I tried that stuff already! Could not fix my phone, the owner barely tried to fix it, and gave no other options besides«buying a used phone on craigslist». Then the owner went off to help another client without resolving my issue. Basically a waste of 45 minutes of watching a kid stare at the broken phone. DON’T GOTHERE!

No active 4G phones to play with. You can tell this is not a Verizon corporate store, as the staff are not as knowledgeable.
