They make their own baguettes, and I especially like the toppings — carrots, cucumber and cilantro balance out the spices quite nicely. Lemongrass beef is good but grilled chicken is the my favorite. Very good, very friendly and extremely cost effective.

I love to get the salad rolls with shrimp or tofu. Sandwiches are excellent as well, very good bread. Kind, prompt service. One of our favorite lunch spots.

The food here is amazing and the low prices make this an exceptional choice for a quick meal. I have been to other baguette shops and have always been disappointed when compared to the quality of this small family owned baguette shop in downtown Corvallis. This restaurant is family owned and it shows with the great customer service given even when there is a crazy lunch rush. I’ve now tried nearly everything on the menu and I have never been disappointed! If you want something fast, fresh, and very tasty pick up the chicken teriyaki then come back to try all the other great options!

I love the curry tofu here! I always crave it and end up getting it whenever I go. Thai tea is also pretty good. Summer rolls are decent. red bean bao(sweet red bean bun) was decent. I also tried this fake meat vegetarian sandwich from there which was not good. I just learned to always stick with the curry tofu.

I love this place. It’s one of the best places in Corvallis to get reasonably priced, really great tasting food. Their sandwich size is good, the ingredients fresh and tasty. My favorites are their«meat loaf»(why they call it that is odd, it’s more like an Asian meatball) and the Lemongrass Beef. But, I’ve ordered pretty much all their sandwiches and all are great. BTW, contrary to another reviewers opinion, they are not at all«pricey». Their most expensive sandwich is $ 6.00. How anyone can call that«pricey» in Corvallis is beyond me.

Best place to eat a sandwich on the West Coast of the United States– not just Corvallis. WOW

I stopped in at Baguette while running an errand, and I’m so glad I did! It’s situated at the main level of a large building in the center of the hustle and bustle in Corvallis, nothing that grabs your attention. Once you step through the door, it all changes! The scent of the delicious food meets you there. I ordered the lemongrass beef based on the recommendation of other Unilocalers, and it was a fantastic choice. I’m surprised I haven’t found a review for the best morsel I bought today: the coconut bao! The little dessert dumpling is light and airy on the outside combined with a balanced sweetness in the filling. For the stellar food and kind customer service, I highly recommend paying Baguette a visit.

Great sandwich with good flavor and fresh carrots and parsley. The bread feels fresh and good… I ordered one of the veggie options, number 10 I believe! It was good, and pretty cheap 5.75. But honestly for a sandwich it was missing some contrast in flavor and a sauce. Overall good!

Another great place that picked one thing, and kills it! From the service to the last bite it was outstanding. The owners work the counter and register, they were super friendly. We hadn’t been here before so they gave advice and it was right on. We had the Lemongrass Beef, Chicken, BBQ pork sandwiches. The Lemongrass Beef was really good. Lots of saucy flavor. The sandwiches have lots of fresh veggies, cilantro, and mayo. They are put together on a crusty, chewy bread, just like it should be. The chicken and cold BBQ pork were pretty good too. we all loved the lemongrass beef the best. Had a red bean Bao for dessert, it was tasty too.

This place is a polished gem, hidden in a college town! Best sandwich I have tasted in Corvallis! I am hard to please. My husband is a chef, and I have had delicious. This supersedes what is expected. Bread that would be a whole review in itself. Soft, pleasant sweet flavor. The meat was robust, juicy, and flavorful. The veggies were fresh, and added a delightful crunch. Impressed with the friendly owner, who helped me decide on what best fit my tastes. Clean, simple setting. Priced very fairly. I will heed the tastebuds, and return!

Absolutely delicious! Best sandwich I have had in town. The bread had a crispy texture on the outside with a nice fluffy bread inside. What impressed me more was the four layers of meat. The original was amazing! I love all the unique garnishes like carrots and cilantro. Well done! I’ll definitely be back again and tell all my friends. This place deserves business. They are super friendly!

I was introduced to this place by my coworkers and I’m glad I was. It’s a simple menu, but you can’t go wrong with any of the choices. I tried the Lemongrass Beef sandwich on my first visit, and the soya vegetarian sandwich on my second. Both were fantastic. The pork buns are good too. A good, solid choice for lunch.

Solid choice for lunch. A little pricy, but the sandwich is well worth it. Fresh tasting, fills you up well. The staff are extremely kind and welcoming there as well. I always love supporting a small/local business and I hope they’re here to stay. Wouldn’t recommend their pork buns. Not enough meat in them in my opinion.

I’ve been enjoying these sandwiches for years. The location now is MUCH nicer than the old one. My best advice is to wait for the whole wheat rolls if you arrive early for lunch.

This is a great little lunch spot! Great veggie options. I love the salad rolls and they make a mean Thai iced tea too, along with banh mi style sandwiches. Food is quick and fresh and delicious and prepared by friendly, lovely people.

When we moved to Corvallis, we found the food options to be rather limited. We kept waiting to find that one place that was truly unique and memorable. After having several very forgettable meals we decided to try Baguette out. This place is the real deal. The sandwiches are amazing. Whenever we have visitors we always take them to this place, as it is our favorite place in corvallis. Our favorite is the beef sandwich, but all of them out great.

Today, Baguette taught me a handy lesson: just because something’s cheap doesn’t mean it’s good. It’s a lesson I often forget, but, as I bit into my sandwich and it just tasted… off…like…weird meat, weird spread, no pickle on the veggies. Even the wheat bun tasted off. I’m a lover of the banh mi. Like, I freakin LOVE those sammies and have eaten a lot of them and this was the bottom of my bahn mi barrel. As in: it tasted like they may have found it at the bottom of some backroom barrel. The staff is SOSONICE, though. I feel like I have to say that. They’re gems. Too bad their food isn’t.

I have to admit, I was just in the mood for a good sandwich and saw the name«Baguette» with great reviews and made assumptions. One of those was NOT that this would be a Vietnamese sandwich joint! But definitely a pleasant surprise! I had a great tofu curry sandwich. The carrot/cilantro slaw on top was delicious. My friend had the shrimp spring rolls, which she said were also delicious. We showed up just a few minutes before closing time, but the woman at the counter didn’t make us feel rushed at all. A good find!

Must have the coconut steam bun. Lightly sweetened, moist, served hot and unfortunately it did not last long enough for the photo. The lemongrass steak sandwich with jalapeños is tender, abundant flavor and there is a whole wheat option. Shrimp salad roll with peanut dipping sauce. It’s fresh crunchy and just right. All the beverage options are too sugary so opted for water. All of this for a total of $ 12.00. Great deal. Will probably buy one more coconut steam bun
