Pizza Hut

After I tried to order the $ 5.00 meal deal at the one on Placentia (they deliver to me) I called this location. Okay, so they do charge $ 7.00 for the pizza and wings, everything else was the $ 5.00 as advertised. It was worth my sanity to walk into this location instead of dealing with the yahoos at the one on Placentia.

So a few months ago I ordered a pizza from this location and it showed up missing 2 of the toppings that were paid for. I called back the store and they said we will deliver your next pizza for free for the inconvenience. I just called and tried to order this «free» pizza I was promised and was told by the manager that the «free pizza» has to be redeemed with in a month… wish I would have been told this and never again will I order pizza from Pizza Hut — it’s disgusting anyways!

Ordered online, came in on a Saturday afternoon, service was great and pizza was ready before pick-​up time! $ 6 for a 3-​topping medium pizza.
The girl behind the counter was friendly and conversive. Pizza was pretty good but a few too many fatty pieces of bacon and the slices weren’t evenly cut :(
*Tip: Unlike Dominos and Little Caesers, they still give you FREE parmesan cheese and pepper packets.

I went Tuesday around the time they opened and the woman working the counter was really sweet and helpful, a lot of the complaints I’ve read are due to slow delivery and rude phone service but going in in person was really easy and fast. Also a lot of the negative reviews are old so maybe give this spot another chance

Over 2 hours and still no pizza. And then When I call just get put on hold before I can say anything been on hold now 25 minutes. And this is why I eat dominos!

Stay away from this store, they have the worst service ever. First lets start with the guy who answered the phone, He start with Yeah! I was like sorry for calling you to place an order. Second after placing my order I wanted an hour and half and nothing yet. I called back they said my order is on the way. I waited again 3 hours and nothing yet, and I called them few times after that they just place me on hold no one answer me. That’s the worst store ever again STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY seroiusly …

I love Pizza Hut, but this location is TERRIBLE! It’s an embarrassment to the franchise. The guy who answers the phone always sounds like he’s extremely hung over or stoned, and the lack of customer service could easily prove either to be true. The last few times we’ve ordered for delivery, our pizzas have shown up over an hour later and stone cold. Lame! Next time I’m craving Pizza Hut I’ll drive myself to the one by the 73.

I thought I’d give them another try. After being put on hold three times they told me the delivery time would be an hour and a half. At 4:45 on a Monday afternoon? No thanks.

Wow! Ok so here it goes… guy answers the phone tonight with «yeah»? I’m sorry was I bugging you on your day off at work?! Then proceeds to tell me were 2 – 3 hrs out for delivery, mind you its not a holiday, busy weekend night nor peak hours. I then figure okay no biggie, maybe I’ll just use for work tomorrow and proceed to order. He then says… really, you sure, okay what do you want I guess!!! Who guesses?! Am I not the one ordering?! And okay with waiting? Although I feel like he says this nightly to stop late night orders and hold him over from going home right at 11pm so he can rush home to his basement, complain to his grandma about his «bad» day at work. Because its never these people that are the issue go figure! I can’t believe the manager oversaw the hiring of that guy. Time will tell and soon they will lose all customers to a nearby pizza staple. Wow!

I ordered a pizza online on a Tuesday night at 8:15 PM and I was told it would be here by 9:25 PM. No big deal, I’ve waited longer for a pizza before. I’m binge watching Netflix like no tomorrow, about 10 episodes deep on a new season of The Office. Episode 15 rolls around and I am wondering where the hell my pizza is. At this point I’m not even hungry anymore, I just wanted it for lunch tomorrow. I call the store a couple times and they say the guy is out for deliveries and will be there soon. 10:50 rolls around and FINALLY my pizza arrives. Cold and mundane as if this dude was driving around for hours after they made it. Needless to say I’m not happy about this and I am going to be calling the manager to get a free pie for next time. Oh and here’s the typical «Would give 0 stars if that was an option».

My family and I just moved here, we’ve ordered from many locations and in other states. THIS LOCATION SUCKS! Pizza was dry, don’t offer military discount, don’t ask if we want to know the specials, and don’t offer plates, peppers or cheeses. They are slacking so much in customer service.

Guess who believes they can charge more based on their location? THESE GUYS! They too will not honor the national promotion, because they are in Orange County!

The customer service here is very polite and courteous. The pizza itself is also very good. I definitely recommend dropping by here for lunch.

I love how pizza hut has different crust flavors now. I ordered a pizza online and it kept telling me my address was wrong, I finally got the order to go through. Pizza came in a reasonable time. I’m not sure why it says that the driver needs to see your credit card because they NEVER do! Not a good thing at all… I also ordered a Pepsi and received cherry Pepsi? Umm no I don’t like cherry!

This is my favorite Pizza Hut location. The team here is always so very nice and deliver a great product and customer service. My order is always done on time and is always done right.

Ordered my pizza for carry out online & it was ready right on time! Establishment was very clean and well kept. Highly recommended!
P. S. Their new premium crushed tomato sauce combined with the toasted Parmesan crust is OFF the CHAIN!

Ordered from here last night… I choose pizza hut when im craving delivery pizza. I always get a hand tossed pepperoni pizza and got that last night. First, i was quoted a 30 min wait time and the driver didnt show up til almost an hour after i ordered. Second, the pizza was much more greasy than normal and was lacking cheese. Finally, the crust was absolutley terrible. I liked the old hand tossed crust, but their new still is disgusting. I will never order from this pizza hut again… terrible.

I went to order a pizza here at 9:30 pm tonight and there was no one there. I didn’t think it was a big deal at first cause I didn’t know what I wanted yet, so I read the menu waiting for someone to come out. Once I knew what I wanted I yelled three times for someone to come and take my order and got no response. I usually don’t order pizza from here but lucky for me Dominos was across the street so I went and got pizza and breadsticks there. Dominos was great!
