New owner! This location is now much better which is awesome because I love which wich. Better than subway and less carbs than jersey mikes. My kids love it too.

I decided to give this location another chance as it’s so close to where I work and I really would love to go here more. I’m glad I did. I went there yesterday and everything seemed to do a 180. Staff was great and fast. The speed is important to me for sure. My sandwich was made perfectly to my specifications. What gives? I came to find out they are under new ownership and obviously customer service is paramount to the new owner. Great news!
I look forward to eating here far more often and hope things stay as good as they were yesterday!

This location is awful! The sandwiches are whatever (and pricey) but the owner/​manager is the reason why I wish I could give the place 0 stars. She is such a bitter rude woman and is so cheap! Stay away from this location!!!

STAY AWAY!!! THE OWNER IS SO RUDE AND MEAN! SHE WASN’T HELPFUL AT ALL AND SEEMED REALLY UNHAPPY. It took FOREVER to get my sandwich which doesn’t make sense because there was 3 workers and one person waiting for their food. Their prices are way too much for nothing special. I don’t know what the owners problem is but I will NEVER go back because of HER!

The sandwiches or «wiches» are delicious here and the ordering method is creative and efficient.
It was our first time here but we figured it out. You choose the bag with the number that corresponds to the protein/​wich you want and then you are able to customize it to your liking. The same goes for their shakes.
I got their November thanksgiving special and my boyfriend got the ruben. The thanksgiving special was delicious and I hate to say it but it was even better than the thanksgiving sandwich at Earl of Sandwiches! My boyfriend loved his ruben especially with the sour kraut on there :)
The staff were all helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience

Love the Caprese on wheat sandwich. Warm toasted bread with melted cheese, tomatoes and pesto. Delicious!
4 stars only because unfortunately, the tables were not clean. Hard to understand when there was nobody leaving or present when we came in.

Suppose to be open until 9:00 so we drove all the way over there. When we got there and opened the door we were told, «Oh, we are closing at 8:00 tonight.» No other explanation. It was 8:06. Don’t post times on your website if you are just going to randomly open and close like a mom and pop operation.

This place is always one of my favorite sandwich spots. It has always been my go to when i lived in fullerton and when i moved down here to costa mesa i am still obsessed with it. I love that you can customize your own sandwiches and their ingredients are always fresh. I have never had a problem coming here and the service is always quick and the staff is super friendly.

Been here twice and, honestly, while the food is decent, the service is so slow. It took them 20 minutes to even start my sandwich and there were only 2 sandwiches ahead of mine. The sandwiches are delicious and the options are way better than Subway, but the food isn’t so good that it’s worth the wait. Or the price. Not sure I’ll be back soon.

The concept is nice, but in my case my sandwich wasn’t all over equally topped with my wanted goodies. That was the only bummer. They actually should do a 10% off Unilocal discount in order to gain more reviews.

As much as I love which wich… This location sucks because they close early. Either Unilocal messed up on the time, or which wich’s employees close way too early. Don’t come here after 8pm!

Was really excited to try this place. Unilocal states it’s open until 9:00pm so I showed up at 8:15 and it’s closed. Bummer. Went to Bruxie next door!

One of my favorite sandwich chains.
Not really being one to eat sandwiches while out, I came here for a late breakfast and had the green eggs and ham fully loaded with veggies.
The place is clean and well kept, service is nice but a bit slow.
Prices seem higher than other chains, but the portions here are bigger.
I had a small one and it almost filled the whole bag and was plenty to take half home for later.
Everything was fresh and tasty, I love the endless amount of options and toppings they have, wish they would open earlier though.
