World Wide Wireless

The owner, Michael, is great! He delivers great customer service and is very knowledgeable about the phones. He is also very honest. He will not sell you a phone that he thinks is garbage just to make a sale.
This store is also a service center. When I broke my phone he was able to fix it in a matter of minutes. He has a great rapport with his customers and many are willing to travel a distance just to have Michael take care of them.
I will definitely be visiting this store again as the need arrises.

The location has always been World Wide Wireless, but there have been multiple owners in recent years. I have never had a problem until now under the current ownership. I upgraded our phones to smartphones and updated my service plan for my wife and I. My bill came out to be over $ 1100!
I experienced problems with my new Nextel 8350i and another phone was ordered as a replacement by World Wide Wireless at my request. I was charged over $ 500 for it on top of the original charges. I also incurred erroneous other charges that I should not have been charged since I’ve been a customer of Nextel for over 8 years according to the current owner. A credit was issued on my next months statement, but not for even half of the incorrect charges.
I have upgraded phones multiple times over the years and have never had a problem or seen a bill this extreme. I personally delivered and reviewed my bills with the current owner weeks ago and there is still no resolution. I would certainly think twice before visiting this location.
