Hungry Howies never disappoints! Been ordering here for years! Flavored crust and the Howie brownie are a must.

IIam a regular customer I havent been here in a while but today I made my order and told cashier I was going to sit down we waited a very long time and I stood up to ask what happened to my order the guy ask if I pay I said of coursemy food was in the warmer no one call me they didnot appologize for Ignoring me the chicken wings are a joke I think its pegeon wings my pizza dought was salty happy will not return.

Every single time I’m in the area I have to eat here. I love that I can pick my own crust flavor. Butter garlic crust is my go to flavor and it never disappoints. The employees are very friendly, and helpful. The place itself is a little hole in the wall with a funny smell, but that’s the least of my concern.

Best pizza around! Been eating hungry howies since 2007, love their flavored crusts! Pizza is always fresh, sauce is flavored right, they don’t skimp you out on toppings and the service has always been friendly. Highly recommend!

I bought a ten piece of boneless chicken wings… they were so tiny and dry… no flavor at all… doesn’t come with ranch because that’s extra… yet there was no indication during the order process.
Thirty dollars for a pizza and hot wings, in addition to the fifty minute wait time for delivery is definitely not worth it.
Never. Again.

This was my first time trying the pizza. I decided to stray from the usual place I order from and I’m so glad I did!
I placed my order with a friendly & helpful Gabby. She even suggested crust flavors.
I was told 45 minutes and usually I brace myself for a longer wait time since it’s a Friday night but I was pleasantly surprised that I didn’t have to wait forever! They even came before the 45 minutes :)
The pizza arrived hot and fresh! The crust was soft and full of flavor!!! I was a bit hesitant about flavored crust but it was AWESOME!!! The boneless chicken wings were just as delicious :)
The delivery guy was friendly, and polite! He asked me how my evening was going! I was pretty shocked how nice he was. I don’t usually get such pleasantries from delivery people. Hungry Howies for the win!!!
If you’re on the fence about trying this place I would like to urge you to just go for it! You can’t go wrong! :)

Hungry howies is one of my top favorites local pizza! Their garlic crust is a must with whatever topping you want! They always have great deals or coupons online so be sure to check out their website for deals! I’ve had their buffalo wings and it’s pretty good for a pizza place. It’s on the soggy side but still good.

I ordered online and well they are okay, they did take 50min, but the delivery girl was super sweet and outgoing! my coworker gave her a water, she looked so tired but happy ! shes awesome! forgot to ask for her name! the food was great! very plenty !

I love their pizza, I always come here to get pizza for my department and myself at the Park Inn. The flavored crust makes the pizza that much better, and is usually my first choice when craving pizza.

This place is crap went there for 2 calzones because they’re the only place in town that sells them now me and my girlfriend are sick with food poisoning

I ordered a pepperoni pizza simple as that. they bring me a veggie pizza then take it back bring me a cheese pizza bring it back then a meat lovers until finally they get it right

Best BBQ chicken pizza ever! Little extra sauce and well done, my favorite pizza.

Terrible. Ruined my night. Ordered a LARGE deep dish philly. I got a baby squared piece of JUNK. Had to re-​order another pizza from one of their competitors to not ruin the night (ball night)

Am I the only one who thinks this pizza is gross? It tastes like a level up from Little Cesar’s but still along those lines. Maybe its the oily, greasy garlic crust I don’t like? I know they have good prices here, but I don’t think I will be ordering again anytime soon.

$ 5 for small, 2 topping pizza… Great deal! We ordered 2 and wasn’t disappointed! I liked the butter garlic crust. I was a bit hesitant because the box was so oily! But for $ 10 it was a great deal.
Crust was chewy and flavorful. I’d definitely come back to fulfill a pizza craving.
Look online for coupons and you can place your order easily online and pick up within 20 minutes.

The pizza is very good. Hot and fresh. They have unique choices for their crust along with traditional style.
Service is also very good. All are friendly and helpful.

Ordered pizza from here as a last resort Since my family were craving something other than burgers. When I had called they were not only RUDE TO MY GIRLFRIEND AND I BUT WHEN I WAS DONE WITH MY ORDER THE GIRL Had hung up on me without taking my information to get it delivered. So had to call back and once again got attitude. They seriously need training in customer service or get a different job. Seriously… But all in all the pizza was good can’t complain. Only reason for low score is the horrible customer service
OK all is well… I must say I am the surprised. I had the owner of the restaurant give me a call and he had totally rectified the matter. I must say I never knew people like him made house calls. I wish more owners were like this man I spoke to. And in regards to the girl who took my order she was the one to deliver our food and made an apology for her actions… I must say this owner won we back and I will be going back and recommending this place to other friends…

I wanted to order a pizza just now and the guy on the phone was rude so I changed my mind.
I simply asked if they deliver to my city and he said «no this is Covina».
No shit Sherlock, I know where this location is, I checked before I called.
I work in customer service so I know a thing or 2 about it, go learn some qualities or get a job outside of customer service.
The pizza is delicious, but not worth getting treated like scum over.

anyways, i love this place! $ 5 for a something medium pizza? not sure if it was cheese or with one topping… but yeah. came a second time, got a $ 10 large, 2 topping pizza. shrooms and sausageee mmm… with a garlic herb crust. not bad! pretty good pizza for the price. they’re all nice in there, not that long of a wait and stuff. but yeah. give it a shot!

The main reason why I like this place (and I’m guessing a lot of other people do) is because of the amazingly delicious crust. I’m not a crust fan, in fact, I’m the person that doesn’t eat it and throws it away. But not this crust. I eat every last bit of it, and I just might happen to lick off the delicious onion-​garlic herb powder off my fingers.
This place can be pricey (depending on the pizza you get), but they do have a large 2 topping pick up special (order online) for $ 10. The cool thing too is you can pile on multiple flavors of crust and they don’t charge extra. Last time I thought the cheese puff sounded awesome with my usual garlic herb/​onion crust. Nope, I didn’t like it. The cheese puff crust had this weird slightly sweet flavor that I wasn’t a fan of.
I’ve never tried the other flavors, though cajun sounds interesting.
I recommend ordering online (they have tons of coupons) and picking up to save some cash.
