I just went in to order two double whopper meals, and of course they gave me two chicken sandwich meals. They really deserve $ 15 an hour, how are you going to make more than other ppl that have certifications for their work and can’t double check to see if an order is right.

Just drove up to three cars in front of me who had already ordered. Waited at the speaker for a solid five minutes before someone came on to take my order.(There were maybe two people ordering inside, barely any cars in the lot.) Sat in line for another two minutes… This place is freaking SLOW. One of the cars drove off without their order, presumably because they didn’t want to wait any more. When the blonde lady at the window saw, she swore out the open window«are you kidding me?!? You fu***** heifer!» Saw me, closed her mouth, gave me my nasty cold chicken fries, and muttered«that stupid b****» as I drive off. I’m surprised this place doesn’t have lower ratings, definitely not going back. They ruin the point of a speedy drive through, have absolutely awful customer service, and cold Burger King is nasty Burger King. 0⁄10 would not recommend

This place is horrible. Mainly because of the current employees. Absolutely no ambition to serve the customer correctly, they simply don’t care. Do I really have to repeat my order twice at the speaker then again at the window? And they still get it wrong then they act like It’s my fault. Management should clean house. They currently remodeled but it does not matter if the staff still sucks. The worst drive up in Joliet hands down. THISREVIEWISFORTHESTORENEXTTOKMARTONSOUTHLARKIN. NOT1616 N LARKIN.

The person taking the drive thru order seemed rushed. I was trying to finish my order but she cut me off and gave me a total. Funny. I was the only person in the drive thru. Went to McDonald’s for my drink and fries.

In the words of Jerri Blank, «I’VEGOTSOMETHIN’ TOSAY!!!» This Burger King is truly a diamond in the rough. They are cooking the food fresh to order. The staff is incredibly pleasant. Clean, oh so fresh and so clean, clean. They offer starlight mints to show how much they appreciate my business? Aw shucks, you’re making a veg-head blush. Yes, I ordered their veggie burger and this is the only location that has served me one that wasn’t freezer burned. Sounds like a small stride but it means a lot considering other options in the area.

Got the usual welcome to burger king would you like to try a… greeting through the drive thru. Then I hear the toilet flushing. Why are you on the toilet with the headset on that you touch while you take orders, and fill them? I drove off grossed out

This BK is GREAT. I believe it is because of the manager. Believe me it wasn’t good for a long time so I stopped going. Went for a Whopper a couple months ago and been going back ever since. This food just tastes that much better when its steaming hot and it always is at this location. But yea the manager seems like he really cares. So yea go get you a Whopper you know you want one.
