One should always remember that a dissatisfied customer is more likely to make a review than a satisfied customer. They see hundreds if not thousands of people every single day with no problem. I personally always come during the night shift due to my sleep schedule. The staff has always been an excellent at preparing my meals even though I request special preparation for each of the things that I ordered. My custom orders always take much longer to prepair but the staff has always done a very good job at fulfilling my request. They do an excellent job handling the Oddball characters that come in at this time of night. Remember, these people are human beings. Treat them like one and they will treat you like one. Respect is a two-way street and just because they work at McDonald’s doesn’t mean they deserve any less respect. Sincerely, a longtime satisfied customer.

This isn’t the only McDonald’s I got to but this one always has a line 10 vehicle’s deep and 13 to 32 minutes for food waiting but I know these kid’s try there best but when you don’t have enough staff or care to even pay these kid’s more than 8.00 and hour to multitask plus hustle your product and McDonald’s has the nerve to want your change please I m going to BURGERKING

This mcdonalds I have finally sworn off. I have been coming here almost ten years but last time ticked me off so badly I don’t even want to look at the place. They are a corporate not a franchise so why the hell are things so screwed up. Every time you go there they have a problem. Things like«sorry we are serving drinks and pre packaged food only» or «it’s on our menu but we don’t have it «. And then the«we are taking cash only» omg so many things wrong. I ordered something was charged for it then told they don’t make it after 11. Um so y charge me then?

My neighborhood McDonald’s. I am not about to go on an on about a McDonalds, but for the most part they do things well here. I have had a couple times where they’ve messed up my order, but they made it right so I don’t hold any grudges. Until next time…

For the first time in weeks, I went through the drive-thru. Purchased three sodas. Yep, they screwed up. They were unable to tell me which was which. I handed the three back to them, which they dumped, and made me three new sodas. This place is ridiculous.

It’s somewhat an elegant setting for a McDonald’s with its dim lighting and comfy seats. Also, the staff is cordial upon entrance… or it could be that corporate was there sitting in every corner.

This particular Mickey D’s is SO up and down its ridiculous. They must get new managers like every month because the quality of the food goes from bad to good then back to bad ALLTHETIME! Its the one I usually stop at though since its closest to home and generally I only get one thing a cheeseburger. So its good for that. ummm. another bad thing is that its always crowded. One last thing its open 24 hours but anytime after 11:00 your seriously not going to get a hot ANYTHING and its almost like there pissed they have to work the night shift(who wouldnt be) so they purposly make the food cold with as many finger imprints they can get on em. uggghhhhhh
