Not that bad but really eating in your car wow I went there food was about a 5 – 10 and eating in your car sucks.

Aside from the occasional gimmicky promotions this place hosts from time to time, I’m consistently disappointed by both the quality of service and food here.
Everything is always lukewarm, like they microwaved it, but didn’t want to nuke it too long, for fear that I might notice. Service is always laggy, and everyone seems detached and aloof. It’s annoying, especially when you spill some soda on your lap and can’t get extra napkins.
Anyway, there are better options for drive ups in the area that are much more attentive and serve much better food than this joint. They do have good drinks though, I’ll give them that. Chocolate Coca-​Cola tastes like a tootsie roll. Y’all welcome!

Not impressed with the food or service. The ice cream has a weird taste to it. Not good at all. The best thing about this place are the hot dogs.

This place sucks and I’ll never go back! I don’t know who’s running the show over there, but it has to change. 20 minutes for 2 hotdogs is a joke! I would fire every one of those idiots!

They are constantly messing up my order. Not giving me the right order or not giving me the stuff I ask for! The food is okay usually not a problem but that’s if you receive the right order I guess.

Came here with a large group before an outing. The food came rather quickly (considering the size of our order) and was just okay.
The fact that they missed one of the girls’ orders is what gave them the 2 star rating. There was a couple who ordered after us and they received their food before the girl that they missed. Now she has to hurry and eat while everyone else is practically finished.
Probably wouldn’t come here again.

Honestly, everytime I go to this Sonic I immediately kick myself for doing so. The ½ price happy hour usually draws me in on my way home from work, but the time I spend waiting for it is never worth it.
The service here leaves much to be desired. Waiting for a drink should not take so long, especially when there is only one car in front of you and no one else around. Plus the staff usually seems baffled at what I ordered. At most other fast food places you order and when you pull up they give you your food. Not here. Every Time I pull up to the window at this one they either try and hand me food I haven’t ordered or ask me what I ordered.
And not in a rhetorical I’m-just-checking kind of way.
In a I-don’t-know-what-the-heck-you-ordered kind of way.
I could maybe overlook the service a bit if the food were out of this world, but for a fast food place, it’s nothing special. Aside from their slushies, nothing else really draws me to this place. (Ok maybe the jalapeño poppers, but half the time I get them they are lukewarm at best)
I’d like to say I’d never go back but I am pregnant and sometimes my cravings rule me. I just hope they work through their service issues, so that I can feel better about going there.
