Not impressed at all.
First complaint, on the exam side, this feels less like going to see a doctor and more like getting your oil changed at Jiffy Lube. Extra tests, recommendations for things you never asked for – all with hidden up-​charges that your insurance probably won’t cover.
Second, on the store side, they refuse to sell you any brand of contacts that aren’t the same brand that your Jiffy Lube doctor has recommended. Is your new brand of contacts more expensive and less comfortable? You betcha!
Having poor eyesight is uncomfortable enough without being screwed with and conned out of your money. Won’t be coming back.

Loved the doctor! Visited as a emergency when we were on vacation and she accommodated us in her schedule and answered all our questions. My son was having trouble with his new contacts. She gave him a thorough exam and spent time with us making sure we were comfortable. Definitely visiting next time we are in town! Thanks!
