I’ve been to this location once before and didn’t have an issue. My boyfriend took me here for my birthday since I got a birthday coupon emailed to me. I tried a sample of the Gooey Butter Cake and while the flavor was good it was like a foamy melted consistency. Major turn off. So I went with my usual cotton candy with marshmallows and mini m&ms. The flavor was good and thankfully the marshmallows weren’t stale but the ice cream itself was somewhat crystallized; overly icey. I don’t know if it was over churned or under churned, but it definitely wasn’t creamy like they advertise on every sign in the store. I am just disappointed that my birthday treat was mediocre.

I appreciate reading Unilocal reviews but have never written one myself. My last trip to cold stone prompted me to figure out how to write one here. I absolutely love this place! I view ice cream as my reward for getting things done… clean the basement — go get some ice cream when it’s finished. So when I do get ice cream I’m very picky because I feel like I’ve earned it. Over the years Cold Stone has become my favorite and over the past year this location has been my particular favorite. So creamy and fresh and served by friendly people. My sweet cream with brownie bits is as good as ice cream gets.

Ugh, if I had the opportunity to eat here everyday, I would take it. And then make a bee-line to the next weight watchers meeting or Jenny Craig. Seriously, folks, the ice cream here is just that good. I went to a lecture at the local library and my friend and myself went to this place for ice cream afterwards. I got the«gotta have it» sized chocolate devotion, which had bits of brownies, chocolate chips and chocolate ice cream. It was a definite chocolate heaven in a cup. The prices are a bit expensive for a creamery though and I ended up paying almost $ 10 for the dessert. They even did not offer me a military discount.(Some places give at least 10 percent.) Still, its a place that I might visit on moderation and get a smaller sized cup.

I had a wonderful experience at this cold stone! Kaylee was our server and she did a fabulous job! The store was clean and well kept. She even sang when I gave her a tip! I will be coming back!

Bought an ice cream cake here for my husband’s birthday. It was delicious. Ordering online was easy, and the customer service was excellent. Will be coming back!

Ice cream is FANTASTIC. Love the peanut butter cup perfection. When did they raise their prices? Over 10 bucks for 2 cups of ice cream. Ouch! Good ice cream, but just damn, I’ve got 2 kids to feed.

I’m updating with a downgrade to 1 star. Just a really bad overall and corporate has made it a point to just ignore complaints. Will not be darkening their doors anytime soon.

New owners have done wonders for this place! Great service with warm greetings and new staff, clean store and great ice cream!!! Try again if old owners put you off.

I came here recently with four other people on a warm night — possibly a mistake? I give the staff a lot of credit for being able to hustle through such a long and never-ending line! They were quick, efficient, and polite. I opted out of ice-cream, and their smoothie blender happened to be broken that night! Kind of a bummer. I tried bites of everyone else’s. Holy indulgence, so rich and good. Right now, they have a limited time Shark Week flavor — blue sweet cream ice cream with graham cracker crumbles and gummy sharks — love that! Like other reviewers, I also noticed the inside was a little ice-cream-drippy-sticky, but what do you expect? People let their kids run around the place like little lunatics. Coldstone is a great indulgence… every once in a while.

I come here once every other week or so. The ice cream is very good and the staff is always friendly. It is not uncommon to have a 10 – 15 minute wait when you come on a friday or saturday night. Also be careful about coming here before they close as they run out of ice cream flavors on a regular basis.

I love, love, love their ice cream. Cookie Doughn’t You Want Some?! Why yes, yes I do! I so prefer the thick creamy, full of fatty milky goodness ice cream over a frozen yogurt any day. If you go on a warm evening be prepared for a line. They are usually fairly prepared for the crowd but that doesn’t help when you have an entire line full of people who wait until they get to the counter to decide what to order(side note: seriously, people?! You just sat in line for ten minutes in front of three different menus and you don’t know what you want?!) Since the workers are usually kept busy with the line, the place itself can get pretty. sticky. during the rush. Ice cream melts, it happens! I prefer sitting outside anyway.

is this location closed? we went today, 4÷14÷13, to use up a birthday coupon, and there was a sign on the front door stating that they were closed for today. however, the store hours on the front glass were scraped off, and it just looked fairly derelict. Updating review: seems to be back In business. Adequate service and ice cream(although expensive, but it’s the Mrs. favorite chain)

Always like cold stones but we went on Saturday night and they only had one worker who had to close ad then be there early next day. I think it’s unfair esp for a Saturday. Store light on the outside was off we thought they were closed. But still good stuff.

Okay. The ice cream is not for me. I love sweats. But the ice cream is too sweet. Its a blast of sugar in your mouth and no deep flavor to go with it. This store front is absolutely filthy. You can see behind the counter and it was gross. The glass is nasty, the doors to the little fridges has smears and drips all down the fronts and handles. There was a gooey sticky mess under the microwave and the counter top was covered in waffle cone, syrup and yuck. There was grime and dust on top of every picture and surface. The only employee working was passive aggressive. She made some ice cream on the cold stone then asked our order. I asked her to clean it first and she said we always do. I reminded her that ice cream was still all over it from the last guest. She said okay and scraped over it with a metal tool… no cloth, disinfectant –nothing.GROSS!!! We won’t be back.

two words: FUNNELCAKE! YES oh yes! Limited time items and one of them is funnel cake with ice cream and strawberry topping. So I decided I’m all for the funnel cake minus the strawberry showers. So I opted for Cinnamon Bun ice cream(holy Unilocal-tastic!). with a drizzle of caramel sauce… silence…that’s me eating! Only turn off, this places was trashed. tables dirty, floor had spots of dripped ice cream. I think it could be a bit cleaner inside.

Four Words: Cake. Batter. Ice. Cream. I know that Cake Batter Ice Cream is now«yesterday’s news» but the first time I had it was at a Cold Stone and now I’m totally hooked. So much so that I’ve never ordered anything different. Actually, that’s not true. The last time I was there I ordered it and the guy behind the counter said«I’m sorry, we’re out.» My exact words in response were«You’ve got to be shitting me.» I don’t make it a habit to talk this way to complete strangers(especially those serving me delicious frozen treats), but fortunately, he wasn’t too caught of guard and introduced me to the only thing better than Cake Batter Ice Cream — GOOEYBUTTERCAKEBATTERICECREAM. OMNOMNOMNOMNOM…COMA. Portion control here is ridiculous so don’t go here on a diet and watch what you order, but seriously, ENJOY. It’s amazing.
