This place is top notch for the price point, particularly if you are looking to eat something healthy. I’ve literally gone here 1000+ times over the years, back to when it was called Bonzai. It’s a fast casual restaurant. You choose a bowl and have a choice of: size, rice, protein, vegetables and sauce. One of the best things they have is their sauce bar, which has a ton of things you can pick from. There are all kinds of healthy options here. As for sauces, you’ve got to check out the hiyashi: it’s at the sauce bar; just add your bowl with no sauce and then add it yourself. Staff is generally very good over the years.

This is my first time here. I got the multi-grain salad with flafel and wow, bigger and more food than expected(not a problem since it is healthy). Everything seems fresh and healthy. This is close to work and love all the vegetarian options. It is nice to find a restraunt seving a vegetarian salad that isnt just iceberg lettuce, tomatos, and shredded cheddar cheese. There were many options, so I will be back. It is close to my work. Some of my coworkers are not crazy about it(they are burger eating men) and say it doesnt have a lot of flavor, but me and the girls disagree and I think it is hearty and healthy which means I can visit more often and not feel guilty. Service was great too. since it was my first time, I had some questions and tracey my cashier was very helpful and patient.

I really like Crazy Bowls & Wraps. One of the better chains in my opinion. They have something for everyone, and very healthy options. I really haven’t ever ate inside this location, just gotten to-go orders, but from what I can tell, the inside is always kept fairly clean, and they have very friendly employees. I have had all different things from here such as the Caesar wrap, buffalo wrap, kale quinoa salad, power bowls, pesto noodle bowl, teriyaki bowl, but my favorite right now is the fajita bowl with quinoa instead of rice. Sometimes I get chicken, sometimes I just do veggie or tofu. All are good. Haven’t tried the steak or crispy chicken here though. Oh, but if you’re feeling indulgent, they have these lobster rangoons, and they are pretty tasty. Good spot for lunch.

For steamed vegetables, mine were practically raw. I ordered a spicy sauce that was nothing but bland, watered down teriyaki sauce, dry chicken. Not impressed or satisfied. The manager was treating the kitchen staff poorly, asking if they could read the bottom of the screen. Inappropriate in front of customers. All of this with a regular drink $ 10…not worth it.

I’m a big fan of the fresh, fast and healthy options and CB&W. Great lunch spot or even good for dinner if you are in a rush. This location is a bit too small and can get very busy at lunch, but they are fast and friendly. Other locations(like Clayton/Forsyth) are much bigger, but this one is good for a quick lunch. Consider going a bit early or late to avoid the lunch rush.

I have never been a fan of any Crazy Bowls and Wraps… never my first choice for restaurants. But I went to catch up with my friend and I ordered the Fajita Bowl and it was just okay. Towards the end of it, I looked at my avocado slice and noticed there were a few spots where the outside of the avocado was not peeled off, and there was MOLD! Now I will definitely not be coming back. Disgusting.

I’m so glad there is a place I can get tasty wraps quickly when I’m hungry. While making a regular habit of eating here can be a bit pricey, splurging for a healthy wrap is almost always justified in my mind. Love the spicy buffalo sauce at the saucing station!

I’m giving this one star because zero stars is not an option. The salmon was not even edible, the«steak» was flavorless and not able to be chewed with human teeth — which I have. I brought it home and it will take a month to get the smell out of my car. When I got home I tried giving it to the dogs but they would have no part of it and I have witnessed my shitzhu eat his own poo on more than one occasion so, enough said.

Pretty good place, fairly healthy and very reasonably priced. I really like the inside of this place it is very vibrant and colorful. The food portions are generous and the food taste pretty good for a fast casual restaurant. There is nothing special about this restaurant but it is a good alternative to a traditional chain restaurants. In the evenings this place is not busy so you can be in and out within 20 minutes if you are crunched on time.

I wanted to give it 5 stars but couldn’t, based on my rice wrap. Cashier was awesome! Super friendly. Saw me take a picture of my limeade and exclaimed«hashtag CBW!!» I had a good laugh. The concept is really great, I enjoy the options provided as it’s very healthy and different from ordering from Subway, Chipotle, or other fast food sandwich/burrito/salad places. I ordered a teriyaki wrap based on the Unilocal reviews and it was delicious. The only downside was that when I opened up my wrap, it was so soggy with teriyaki sauce that the waxed paper was stuck to the wrap and so soaked that it stuck to it. I had a hard time eating it because it was sopping wet in sauce and used maybe 495 napkins in between every bite. Limeade was great, I’m glad that they even have limeade as an option! Also bought a rice krispy treat and that was perfect — it had marshmallow chunks in it and it added a nice texture/chew. I will DEFINITELY be going back.

If your looking for something healthy and fast this is definitely the place to go. You can get a variety of wraps or bowls with salmon, chicken, salmon or tofu and pick a grain of white or brown rice or quinoa. They have some tasty salsas and hummus for adorning and flavoring your main dish, so make sure you check them out.(Some entrees come with tortilla chips for dipping) I have a favorite that is off the menu; the jalapeño cilantro wrap. The power bowl is also a nice healthy alternative if you want to be ON your diet. I like this place for lunch best and they get your food out to you quickly if you happen to be in a hurry to get back to the office. For those nice pleasant St. Louis days they offer outdoor seating with umbrellas to block to harsh rays of the sun. This little chain is a cult favorite amongst the health conscious and shouldn’t be missed if you want healthy options while dining out.

I never heard of a CBW until I moved here and was curious — -I was running some errands on lunch and saw this sign and decided it was going to be the day to put an end to my curiosity about this place. It reminded me of a Frehii upon walking in. I immediately don’t like when the order counter is directly close to the door and all the menu items are above the counter as I feel like the staff and on attack waiting for you to place an order. If you have never been to a place and not sure it is an intimidating feeling. I quickly decided to get a bowl with tofu and quinoa and teriyaki flavoring. It was wonderful… Big chunks of purple and green cabbage… edamame…broccoli…carrots…it was a nice sized portion and very filling. I was satisfied the rest of the day. I could easily eat here on a weekly basis and I am going to try a chicken dish next time because I did see some of the chicken and it looked pretty dang good… You can expect to pay between 7 – 10 dollars for a hearty sized lunch or dinner portion of food. You could probably share with another light eater and save room for something decadent since your making a healthy choice at this place…

I am a regular to Crazy Bowls and Wraps. I love the crispy chicken caeser wrap with brown rice, yummy and filling! My husband loves the salsa/dip bar. The employees have always been courteous, offering to provide containers for any salsa/dip that I want since I usually take my meal to go. The only reason I don’t give them five stars is they don’t send out any coupons or have an email sign up for coupons or deals. Even a frequent customer stamp card would be nice.

I’m a regular at this place. I like to get the chicken fajita bowl. The portions are large enough for two meals. I like it when avocado automatically comes with a dish so I don’t have to pay extra to have it. It’s so refreshing to have fast food with healthy options like brown rice and quinoa.

If you don’t care about atmosphere, friendliness, or sanitary conditions, you won’t mind this place. They had an old salad sitting on the counter as the«special» with a sloppily written«power bowl» sign next to it. The associate was one their cell phone when I walked in, the place was quiet and empty at 12 pm. The other associate had a ponytail of curly hair with no hair net. I could hear their personal conversation, and when I left I said, «Thanks, have a good day» with no response. The food is fine, but next time I’ll drive a little further to Noodles & Co.
