I called to make a pick up order and had the delight of talking to De’Jah! Upon taking my order I didn’t felt rushed, on the contrary, this was one of the best phone call orders I’ve ever made. All my questions were answered and everything just felt professional. Once I got there the atmosphere was also very friendly. Overall I would definitely come back again because of the great employees, especially De’Jah.

Placed a large phone order mid-day for an evening delivery. Order was delivered late without advanced notice. Work crew had a set lunch schedule that could not be modified. Bad service = unhappy workers. Next time, it’s Domino’s!

Worst customer service ever!!! They don’t even deserve a star! Walked in and saw two employees laughing and talking and when I said excuse me they told me to wait! Wait for there conversation to be over! So I told them where’s my pizza! Turns out the lady that told me to wait was the manager!!! I will not be coming to this location anymore let alone Pizza Hut! I’ll take my money else where! Pizza Hut hires idiots! If you don’t want to deal with stupid people avoid coming here!

Man these guys are horrible. I have given them three chances now to get it right and each time the order has been wrong. This last time I called and told them and they offered me a $ 2 credit– REALLY?! That’s it? You should refund my forty bucks– YOUDIDN’T DELIVERWHAT I ASKEDFOR, why should I pay for something I didn’t want? Get it together… I want to like you guys and get some stuffed crust! But I can’t order from you when you mess up EVERYTIME!

Very disappointed food was WARM I ordered a separate order of cheese bread sticks didn’t get them. There was no reason for it to be warm the place I ordered it from was not that far from my house, I could have picked it up but I was for friends who came over. I wasn’t offered packets of pepper or extra stinky cheese. I won’t order from this Pizza Hut delivery in the future.

The quality is just like any other Pizza Hut, but the customer service here is great. I was babysitting three girls in the area, and they were craving pizza. They have earned free personal pizza coupons from their school and wanted to use it. I have very bad experiences with restaurants not wanting to honor a coupon, let alone 3 of them. So I was a little worried about letting them down. I called ahead and asked if they would take the coupons. There was no fuss about using them, and I picked up the personal pizzas 20 min later with no struggle at the cash register. The girls were just excited to see that their reading awards were honored so thank you to the staff at this Pizza Hut. They were very sweet about it!

Today I called and place an order for my coworkers. The ordering process was great she nicely told me that my order was gonna take 30 – 45 minutes which was completely fine. So an hour and 15 minutes pass and still no food. I called back and asked what was taking so long and she said that the driver should be there any second. Well I didn’t know seconds could turn into 10 minutes so my coworkers just said cancel the order and I did so. I work in customer service and communication skills to me a important and today they did not no type of communication skills nor try to compensate me for the problem at hand.

I’m going to start writing this novel while I sit waiting for a small pan pizza that said was supposed to be ready over 20 minutes ago. The young girl(says Concepcion on the receipt) — all she has been doing is complain about how she has been doing everything the past week. Oh by the way, she took my money, and used those bare hands to start cuttin’ and decoratin’ pizza in the back. Disgusting. At least wash your hands. The phone keeps ringing, but no one comes to the front. Instead, they keep complaining about distribution of their tasks in the back. Seriously? The loud ringing is making me feel unpleasant. If it weren’t for another customer making me laugh, I would have gone crazy. Now, a customer comes in and two employees are at one register, trying to handle cash together. Those hands go right back to the pizzas. Wanna know why my pizza took so long? Because they were chatting away in the front when I walked in five minutes before it was supposed to be ready, THEN went to the back and made the pizza. Worst service I have ever experienced. Unilocal needs a Zero.

I will NEVER order from this Pizza Hut ever again. Every time I place a delivery order the driver or someone at the restaurant forgets something. The first incident occurred when they forget to deliver my 2 Liter, then the second time they forget marinara sauce with my cheese sticks, and the third, final straw was from the past week & they forgot my ranch dipping sauce for my wings. I feel like these incidents are carless on their part & they need to work on their customer service.

Something has changed with the pizza crust. I grew up on PH but now I would say they need to go back to the ol school or step up their game or they will really find themselves out of the pizza biz. Too many other places now with good pizza to choose from.

Ordered some pizza for the kids for my sons birthday yesterday… Convenient and ordered online to pickup in 15 minutes. When I opened the boxes. They had forgotten to cut the mozzarella bread sticks and cinnamon sticks in my dinner box. The are much better pizza establishments better than this establishment.

I love pizza, I love pizza, I loooooove pizza and I love this Pizza Hut. It is very unfortunate that fast food has such high employee turover because it means that the company may have gotten rid of a bad employee whom you hate or lost a great employee to a promotion, but the good or bad Unilocal review sticks around long after they are gone. With that said, I love this location the food is always good, the shop is always clean, they always make feel welcomed with a great smile and a warm greeting. The pan pizza is great and their wings and sauces are flavorfull and delicious. Their toppings always taste fresh and are bright in color, they arent stingy with the cheese(I hate«bald spots» on my pizza) and I have never had a bland or mushy pie. I recommend this location and hope that the franchise owner keeps up the high quality employees ive had the pleasure of dealing with and doesnt make a liar of me.
So why the 4 stars? Because every other pizza chain or hole in the wall joint gives you at least one free dipping sauce for your wings. Its the principle maaaan, 50 cents on every wing order won’t make or break ya.
