Fox’s Pizza Den

Not sure what changed. Used to be the best pizza in town and tonight it was really dissappointing. Just sub-​par pizza, very greasy.

I love this place. Thank you for making our dinner tonight. Food is always fresh and hot. I would highly recommended this establishment.

Has always been our go to place in cumming for pizza. Lately, they have been hiring waitresses thst flip their hair over our meal and table. It would be nice to see a more hygienic waitress so that I don’t have to worry about food in my pizza.

interior is nice, which was a nice surprise from the little strip, store front. it looked tiny from the outside. but it was nice size, nicely decorated with nice furniture, a couple TV’s with sports on, and 60’s rock –a-​billy music playing. which was interesting. apps — fried ravioli (cheese) were pretty good. a little soggy. the garlic cheese bread was fantastic. noticeable garlic flavor, cheese was just barely blistered, and the bread was crispy on the outside, and light and soft on the inside. The Pie — ordered a Meatball and Basil. received a Meatball and Spinach and Basil. to be fair, the server did let us know before it came out that they made a mistake. she offered «to fix it» by basically picking the spinach off, but i don’t want anyone fingering my pizza right before it goes in my mouth. so i just asked her to add the basil to the meatball and spinach. the Pie was really good. i was really impressed with the crust. light, airy, crispy, and just had a really good mouth feel. meatballs and cheese were solid. Sauce was perhaps a little skimp, could have been a little more of it, or better yet a little bolder flavor. but still very good. it was cooked perfect. Server was very attentive, a little akward/​shy. but my wife insists its because i am very intimidating (looking). whatever. a really nice experience overall. waaaaay better than a domin-​papa –hut special. would have gotten 4 stars had they not mixed up the order. harsh? maybe. but mistakes are mistakes. i will certainly give them another opportunity to earn the 4^th star, and possibly the 5^th.

Overall good pizza. A nice change from the big chain stores.
My wife had their wings, which are oven baked — and said they were the best wings she’s had in a long time. Way better than Toco Mac down the street.
Usually pretty empty for dinner, which makes for quick eats when other places are full. Will def go back.

My family and I loved this place when it first opened but then it occurred to me that I was just settling because I really liked the crust. For example, the white chicken pizza contained canned mushrooms and only about a tablespoon of frozen spinach. When I make my own pizza, I use a half bag of fresh spinach and plenty of fresh mushrooms. The last time I visited, the pizza was so greasy that it was just inedible. So I haven’t been back. Why go out and buy a substandard pizza when you can stay at home and make a delicious pizza, (all from scratch), at less than half the price? Lesson learned.

Amazingly great pizza! My family loves their Gluten Free pizza too! The manager is a great guy and he remembers us! Pizza made fresh and taste so perfect!
I would highly recommend this restaurant and we go there as often as we can! They are willing to deliver as well! The dining room is pretty small so my husband and I usually sit at the bar area while we eat to save room for families in the table area but it’s so worth waiting for

One star is for service, would give 3 stars for food. It appeared they only had one waitress and manager/​owner? Granted we came in at about the time 2 other tables came in but nobody approached our table for more than 10 minutes after seating ourselves. Although we told the waitress that we would need silverware, none was ever brought and when our order (2 pizzas and a meatball sandwich) was received we had to go get it out of the bin ourselves. The waitress messed up the order on one of our pizzas so half of us had finished before the correct pizza came out. While we are waiting for the second pizza the waitress slapped the check on the table. Whaaat? I asked her where the rest of our order was. You don’t give people their check before they get their food –you learn that in Waitress101! Second pizza came. I had the first slice in my mouth when she came asking for the check. I’m not sure where they got her from. Evidently there is no training of their staff. My son-​in-​law got tired of waiting for a refill of his sweet tea and went up to the fountain area to get it himself. Totally bizarre experience. Won’t be going back.

I never got a chance to try the food. My family and I were seated at a booth at just the right height to see into the kitchen through the little window where the food comes out. That is where I witnessed the chef pick his nose with his food prep gloves on. He dug and dug. He didn’t notice me looking at him. Then he proceeded to get a tissue and blow his nose with the food prep cloves on. That is when we got up and just left. I told two of the staff as we were leaving. Hopefully since then they have taught the chef better although I would think this would be common sense.

Overall very satisfied! My boyfriend and I had the garlic bread and buffalo chicken pizza. The crust really makes it. The service was a little slow as far as waitress checking on us, so the 5 stars is for the food :)

This place is tucked away and easy to miss with all the bustle of the big box stores behind it. But this little gem has some seriously good pizza. The crust is crunchy crispy and the toppings are piled so high they pour off the slice. This is probably the best pizza place we’ve found in the Cumming area. I can’t think of any better. Service was very good and they even gave us drinks for the road. Prices are reasonable and we have every intention of returning the next time we get hit by the pizza bug.

Excellent pizza tonight. The amount of toppings they put on the pizza is amazing. Delivery was prompt! Can’t get enough of this place.

Best garlic cheese bread ever! I don’t know why but I could eat it everyday if I could. Good service as well!

Very good pizza!!! Quality of food definitely a 5!!! Service was accurate and good but not superb. We will def be back!

It took over an hour to get our food to the table. When it arrived it was cold. I could see it coming through the pass, so it was left in the kitchen on the counter. Several other tables arrived after us, and were served before us. Nothing difficult was ordered and no substitutions. Just a pizza and spaghetti. On top of all that, they never even served us the salad we ordered. To make it right, the server said, well, we won’t charge you for a salad. Go to Sals next time you want good Italian and quick service.

I like Fox’s pizza. It’s a good, cheap meal. Good place for families. Not gourmet by any stretch, but pretty good for a chain. Garlic knots will land you on the couch the night you eat them.

I bought a coupon book from my sons school which listed only this location by address as a location the coupon could be used. Drove from Alpharetta and when I got there the manager did not recognize and said they did not honor corporate coupons. I showed him that it was not corporate and only listed 1 location that it could be used. Still refused to honor it so I left. I will let the school know not to head north.

The delivery pizza is no where near as good as in store and the cinnamon break sucks when delivered.

Got a great 9″ pizza and drink for under $ 8.00. The pizza arrived in under 10 minutes and the service was friendly and attentive. I will be back.

What part of «location, location, location» suggests hiding a restaurant in this center?
With that out of the way… I had a chance to stop by a few times for lunch. Pizza is good. Bud draft is $ 2, got to like that. Service is friendly, but the kitchen seems to always be little slow. Overall a nice, clean restaurant.
Maybe they are looking for a «hidden gem» review? Crazy? Crazy like a fox… crazy like a fox, my friend.
