Ordered a couple of pizzas with pan crust during Christmas break last year and they were pretty good. Super Bowl 50 on TV so hubby and I decided to order two pizzas with hand tossed crust. Worst. Pizza. Ever.

Worst pizza ever! I ordered a garlic knot pizza. They called me to let me know they were out. Ok fine. They brought a stuffed crust with pepperoni. This is sooo soggy and limp its ridiculous! Spoke with the shift leader, we agreed she would sent me a new one. Exactly the same soggy trash. Bye local Pizza Hut I will save my 20 $ and go somewhere else. Also the Marinara sauce is ATLEAST ½ water. Shame on you. Ive been a customer for at least 30 yrs.

Solid, affordable delivery pizza. Try a pan pizza with BBQ sauce base(light), artichoke hearts, green peppers and pineapple with Hut Favorite crust topping. Add some crushed red pepper to it if you want some spice. If you want meat, substitute the artichoke hearts for grilled chicken; if you want it less sweet, swap the pineapple for red onion.

Pizza Hut Pan Pizza is still as good as I remember — or perhaps even better now that they have toppings like spinach and artichoke. As advertised, I finish all the crispy crunchy edges with gusto, now that they have cheese on it. We picked this branch because it is the highest rated near us. However, it doesn’t deliver to our home, so we ordered an online deal to-go. The pizza guy was very amicable, and we were in and out with pizza in hand within minutes. These pizzas taste much better reheated. Here’s how we do it in an electric oven: 1) Adjust rack to the lowest setting 2) Set oven to broil 3) Place a slice of pizza directly on rack, over heating element 4) It is ready in minutes, so look closely because the bottom can burn fast. Cook until the crust is crispy and the pizza warmed through. They go soggy fast, so we preheat on demand. Yum!

People say that Pizza Hut pizza isn’t good, but I say it’s fine for the price. If you order online you can usually get a large pizza with toppings for 10 bucks. The flavor is good and it’s piping hot when you pick it up. It’s clearly not my favorite pizza, but come on, it’s not that bad! Tip: Definitely order online for the real deals. Even the mailers they send to your house are more expensive than what you get as a special online.

Customer service is terrible. Employees are totally apathetic and lack basic skills in speaking to customers. Kitchen is a mess with several employees not wearing gloves and toppings all over the floor. Online order was an hour later than the estimate from the email. Waiting over an hour at the store to pickup a mediocre pizza was enough to choose to boycott Pizza Hut for the foreseeable future. Apparently they«lost» several orders in addition to an oven breaking down in the morning. Why was there no warning to customers on the website or a call back from the store?!

I love Pizza Hut. The pizza is good. Many options and cheap. My boyfriend thinks the bottom is too greasy but I didn’t care because I got the pizza free. I recommend to order online because we always do that. The place has lots of seats but not many people. I went to have my pizza at the park because it was a beautiful Saturday and the place is kinda gloomy and dark.

Hit or miss for the most part. I will say that I like how they reconstructed the interior of this place since it used to look dark and gloomy. The pizza isn’t as rich and greasy as it used to be so this place and Pizza Hut in general is improving. I still would rather visit another pizza franchise and have a better experience but at least Pizza Hut has improved from what is was 15 years ago.

The order was supposed to be around 15 minutes and it turned out to be 45! The manager said the order was mixed up and sorry and that was it. I have used the place a few times and now I know I am going elsewhere for pizza.

One of the worst and poor Pizza Hut. Dine in was so pathetic. Normally they delayed 40 minutes. I will never come here again.

This place… where do I start? I’ve been ordering pizza from here since I moved into my old house 2 years ago. The delivery is not so bad. That’s the only reason I gave them any stars! Do not go in here to eat… I swear it was like 100 degrees and the sun was beating down on us through the giant windows. Ive heard about these pizza joint managers being real sticklers about turning on the AC but come on! I feel bad for the employees here. Not only that but we bought a bunch of pizza and got charged for every single dipping cup. I don’t know about you but I believe you should at least get 1 for free with every pizza. Side note: one time I ordered a pizza and I had my girlfriend pick it up. She’s a good looking girl so of course she caught someone’s attention. Next thing I know, I’m getting creepy texts from the workers at this Pizza Hut. Come on dude. He’s lucky I didn’t report him. As soon as I told him he wasn’t texting the same girl he got reaaal quiet. Overall, the pizza is super greasy, the customer service is lacking at best, and they obviously don’t care about the comfort of their employees or customers.

This was honestly the worst pizza experience I have ever had. Went to one Pizza Hut across town which had eliminated its dine-in pizza then went to this one. Big mistake. The restaurant itself is horrible, just one big room too brightly lit with a row of booths dumped in it. No salad bar, no niceties. There is a carryout counter and a dine-in counter but we had to order at the carryout counter anyway. We looked at the menus for a minute but then the counter guy insisted on taking two carryout orders instead of us. He then asked if it was dine-in. Exasperated we asked isn’t that why you took them first? We finally got the order placed including paying for cups of marinara for dipping. Those didn’t come until well into the first slice. Meanwhile there were hyperactive teens screaming and jumping by the video games and falling on the floor. The stuffed crust pizza was super thin and average at best. Add to it the aforementioned kids, glaring fluorescent lights and nonstop looping Spanish ESPN soccer highlights(ugh). Zero for ambiance. Chuck E Cheese would not have been worse. Little Caesars either since at least we could’ve taken bad pizza to go. Most of the time we saw up to six employees, several of them doing nothing but standing around yakking. Go anywhere else. Seriously.

Sad Pizza Hut I tried Online ordering and coupons don’t work I called in — and service was horrible — I asked to speak to a manager and it wasn’t any better I’ve been into the location and it was a poorly kept store I recommend one tries an other Pizza location

Ordered carry out pizza online and picked it up in-store. Our order was ready in 15 minutes– considering we ordered around 11am(when the store opens). When we stepped inside the place, it was empty. I guess it was too early for customers(11:20am) plus the fact that it was the day after Christmas. Super pleased with the speed; our pizza was ready to go when we arrived. They heated it up real quick so it was warm when we got it. However, they messed up our order. We made our own pizza, half with Italian sausage and some veggies and half with pepperoni and veggies. One side of the pizza was as we ordered, but the other side didn’t have pepperoni. How do you forget the meat? The pizza itself was pretty good; the usual pizza you would expect from a Pizza Hut.

We literally waited 40 minutes for a simple small pizza and there was no line or any people waiting before us. We also encountered a woman who had called beforehand and was told her pizza would be ready at 12, but found out that they began making the pizzas at 12. NEVERCOMINGBACK.

The personal pizzas on the new menu are $ 4. which is not all that bad. My dad and I got two personal pizzas and two sodas for about $ 12, not a bad deal. But the service could really use some work. We attempted to order the pizzas and some breadsticks, but somehow the guy taking our order gave us a «crust flavor» in my dad’s pizza instead of the breadsticks we wanted. The«new menu» is actually pretty good, with a wide array of toppings and flavors. I had chicken, bacon, and tomatoes on my pizza. I’ve had those exact same toppings from Pizza Hut in the past, but they are better on the new menu that the old. If they improved their service I would consider them four stars.

I have been ordering delivery from this place for the past 6 – 7 years. This is probably a good example of how Pizza Hut manages their franchises. they forget about your drinks so often you start to think they did it on purpose. Their delivery time can sometimes takes over to 1.5 hours to make the delivery. and I was involuntarily signed up for some sort of deal program that charged me from my credit card every month. If anyone is willing to google«Complete Savings Scams» and you will know what I am talking about. the few good things about pizza hut are their nice delivery people and their semi decent food(i’m a big fan of stuff crust pizza). otherwise I honestly have no idea why a restaurant with such management is still open. There just isn’t a lot of choices here in the bay area. poor management.

I have been a regular to this store for last 2.5 years but last night was the last order from me. The review is mostly for their manager Dimitro. So this is what happened : I went with my family(including visiting parents) and ordered the pizza. Online it said any size any topping for $ 11. But the great Dimitro did not honor that and told me that only the in-store prices on the menu would be applicable. Nevermind. That would only cause a difference of 4 – 5 bucks. I placed the order but was not given a receipt. I waited for a few minutes and got my pizza but only pizza. No Pepsi, no garlic bread. The slices were not cut properly. No problems, I can manage that and asked the guy for my receipt as I wanted to verify what order was taken. He went back and disappeared. After a few minutes, I sent my 10 yrs old son to the counter to ask for the receipt. Told him to wait 6 minutes??? He came back. We got our Garlic Cheese bread. Half cooked and only one whereas I ordered 2. Now I badly needed to see my receipt. So I went to the counter and asked for the receipt. The Great Dimitro sent me to the other counter. I told the guy(don;t know his name) that I was asking for the receipt for the 3rd or 4th time. He told me to wait. Then I showed him the uncooked garlic bread. He takes it to the Great Dimitro who asks me what the problem was with the garlic bread. I told him that its not cooked. He instead of accepting the mistake argued with me. I had to tell him that I did not need it. He told me that the food was ready from their side and I don’t have to have it if I don’t want it. WTF??? I had to raise my voice to convey the message that the ‘food’ they served me is not good enough and that is what triggered me to even discuss about it and that I either need my money back or they make it again. Then he agreed to make it again. Ever since this Dimitro guy joined this store… its been going down the drain. THANKSFORALLYOURPIZZASBUTITSIT I GUESS. Oh BTW, forgot to mention that the Great Dimitro was also fighting in a loud voice with a delivery guy when he complained of unfair delivery schedules. I could hear their conversation loud and clear. Honestly, I felt bad for the delivery guy, none of my business though.
