It’s sad to see that service just keeps getting worse. If you tell me that my food will be done in 12 minutes, please be somewhat close to that time. If you really mean 25 minutes, then I would have either understood, or opted to eat elsewhere. It’s ridiculous. And also, 75% of the time I make a phone order, I’m given the wrong order, even though my receipt is on the bag and read off correctly, or items are missing and because I’m on a time crunch, I can’t check until I’ve already arrived at my next location. Get your act together

The décor is a little off putting, but it suits the idea… which I think is wings and sports. Ordering was made easy thanks to a pretty simple menu. Food: wings are great. They came out piping hot and crispy. I got the Hawaiian sauce which was a mistake. It was weirdly under flavored… mostly a gooey bland sauce. The parmesan wings were fantastic! Beer offerings were pretty standard. Service: guy who took our order was great and very friendly. I noticed the staff consistently washed their hands when they moved from front to back and vice versa. There are tv’s at every corner. The only issue I see with this is they show the same game on every screen. They also offer napkins on a single roll. That became a slightly gross issue with kids running up to put their hands everywhere.

If you tell me my food will be out by this time, at least have it out around that time. Or be truthful to how long it would take so that I can decide whether I’d be down to wait or think about going elsewhere. I walk in. No ones at the register. 5 minutes pass. I order. Guy said 10 minutes. I said sweet. 30 minutes pass. I ask what’s up with my order. Guy said they forgot my order and it was probably because they gave it to someone else on accident. I’m thinking, that doesn’t even make sense. So I opt to get a refund but he says it would just take 2 more minutes. In my head I’m like, I already waited half an hour, I can bear 2 more minutes. Turns out 2 minutes actually meant 15. I guess time functions differently when you’re in this specific wingstop. Service is extremely slow. I came in around 1:40 and didn’t get my food until 2:30. ONEFORTY to TWOTHIRTY!!! Do NOT come here if you’re on a time crunch. Cashier was also chatting it up with his friend at a point completely ignoring the line of customers waiting to order. C’mon mannnnnn! Not gonna lie, the workers are friendly and the food is still good, but if you can’t provide good, let alone quality, service then booooooooo!

Excellent service and wings were bomb. Francisco the manager is a hard worker and extremely hospitable. It was so clean in there. Check it out.

I am all set with this Wingstop. We come here because it’s convenient, but they just cannot get it right. We’ve given then countless chances. We like our wings WELLDONE x 100,000. Last time we were there we even had to send the wings back. When we say extra, extra, extra, extra crispy/well done, we mean it. I don’t want soft, rubbery skin. Fry the crap out of them. We gave them one last shot today and once again, the wings are soft and rubbery. Not only that, we ordered a 30 piece family pack and only got 28 wings. It was also supposed to come with a large order of fries and the order we received was NOT a large. This order was to go so unfortunately we are home now and have no intention of driving back there, but we are all done with this location. Staff is nice, but nice doesn’t cut it. Food needs to be as-ordered, too. Here we come Hollenbeck and Kiely!

My favorite wings place, ever. The wings here are absolutely delicious, in my opinion much better than other wings chains like Buffalo Wild Wings, although there is less variety. I personally am a huge fan of the Lemon Pepper and Barbecue flavors. Be careful, the Lemon Pepper is a dry rub, but it is delicious. It is easy to mix and match flavors, and they continually introduce different new flavors that are fun to try out. The setup in the restaurant is nice and casual, where you go up to get your food and then find a table on your own. They provide an entire ream of paper towels, because, yeah, wings are messy. They also have one of the nifty Coca Cola Vending Machines that look like computers — so there are basically endless possibilities for beverages. Oh, and to top it all off, the fries that come with the meals are amazing all by their own! They are large steak fries with delicious seasoning — they go perfectly with the free dips that come with the meal. If you don’t like fries they even provide carrots and celery to use with the dip. Love coming here to hang out with some friends over a casual meal.

Don’t expect gourmet wings if you’re ordering from here as these wings are on the tinier side and a bit dry. If you’re ordering them for a game, they’re definitely cheaper than Smokeaters. More bang for your buck! We got the 30 piece wing combo for $ 27.99 which comes with you’re choice of 3 different types of wings, your choice of a side(we got fries), a tiny tray of carrots/celery, and your choice of 3 dipping sauces. Not bad at all. Definitely more than enough wings for 2 people. We got the original hot wings and the garlic parmesan. The original hot wings are probably my favorite as the garlic parmesan ones were a little bland to me. Dunked it in ketchup and it was pretty tasty. The fries were extremely soggy and just not very good. Would definitely recommend a different side. All in all, this is a good place to get wings for a good price. Not the greatest quality, but they’ll satisfy your wings craving.

Slow(!!!), bad service. Ordered two flavors of wings(a friend and i ordered together so that we could split) only to find that the majority of the wings were in one flavor! It’s obvious that they should have been split evenly. When i asked for the amount i should have gotten, they were thrown in front of me. Discrimination that my friend was a guy, and bigger than me? Either way, never coming back!

This review is based solely on service. The two guys working tonight(Monday 3⁄23 at 8pm) were awesome! I came in to pick up an order and even though I was super early and the phone was ringing off the hook and there were a bunch of other people picking up orders, the guys here were working like crazy. The guy taking the orders and answering the phone popped back to help the guy cooking the wings when there was no one on the phone or in line. At other wingstops I’ve been to, the person taking orders usually just distracts the employee cooking to the point where parts of my order were wrong or forgotten.

Come here if you like your chicken wings the size of ur pinkie. Lemon pepper still the best though but seriously why their chicken taste so old and dry! Their fries and their soda machine are saving them from being a 2 star :)

I think the two star rating sums it up: Meh, I’ve experience better. If you really need wings for a decent price and can’t find somewhere better, this place will do it. Otherwise, you can do better.

This is NOT health food. But everyone should know that already, right? But when you have a hankering for greasy, breaded, salty, greasy(did I say that already?) fried chicken in a not really fast food setting, this isn’t too bad. In my mind, its better than the mystery poultry of KFC and a tick under the«quality» of Popeye’s. Note: Lots of teen boys with no control over their extremely LOUD voices seem to frequent this place during the weekdays. Since it takes about 15 minutes for your order to come up, one can’t help but hear these shouting conversations. Sample: Youngish male with poor hygiene and cracking voice«Yeah…she’s really hawt and I would DO her but I don’t want to waste my time.» lol

Food: 3 stars Service: 4 stars Cheap wings are great late night food. I usually order these when I’m hanging out with my friends late into the night. On this particular occasion, we were ordering togo at their Cupertino location. The cashiers were decent and did clarify some of the menu questions I had, made suggestions when I asked what they recommended. I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service from a chain wings store. They also said the wait would be 15 minutes and it did turn out to be 15 minutes, glad they’re also accurate with wait time. The wings we ordered: Mango Habanero(classic), BBQ(classic), and original hot(boneless) were alright. I would say that they add way too much sauce on both the BBQ and the Habanero wings. The original hot boneless wings had the right amount of sauce, but had the texture of chicken nuggets than actual wings. I definitely wouldn’t recommend boneless if that’s what the mouthfeel of the chicken will be like. I did enjoy the BBQ wings quite a bit but thought the mango Habanero were too hot. My friend who likes spicy foods enjoyed it though. Ultimately, it gets the job done, but don’t expect gourmet wings at all. It’ll likely be regular wings dunked in a ton of sauce so that all you taste is that sauce.

Extremely disappointed at this franchise. I love wingstop, don’t get me wrong… great wings for cheap; however, this joint specifically has the worse quality wings in all of the WS. The wings are tiny, meatless and no flavor, even with the rubs! If you want quality wings, rather just head to the one in milpitas… at least they give you decent amount of meat and size per wing.

Wingstop… more like wing keep going! Ordered the 10 pieces half lemon pepper and half garlic parmesan classic wings. Everything tasted so salty. Ugh. Never. again.

Friendly staff, average length of cooking time, wings were below average. I ordered Garlic Parmesan wings, Louisiana Rub wings, and fries. The food at this location is so salty for some reason. I haven’t tried any of the other wings with sauce already poured onto the wings, but I have to assume that the sauce helps mask the salty flavor. There’s a couple other local wing restaurants that I enjoy, so I don’t think I’ll be going back to Wingstop any time soon.

My favorite place to go for wings! Better then hooters and Buffalo Wild Wings. I like to order the individual boneless combo wings/meal. My favorite sauces are: Original hot BBQ Garlic Parmesan And they’re really cheap!

Wings took 30 minutes from the timestamp on my receipt to when they called my number. I kid you not. And it was 10pm. What was supposed to be a «grab a quick dinner» turned into a 45 minute affair. Onto the food. Wings = dry(probably were in the fryer for too long?). I got the lemon pepper sauce, which I liked. It was super buttery and had a subtle flavor to it. The fries sucked so bad! They were super undercooked and soggy.

Came here on a Tuesday night for 50 cent boneless wings!(Available Monday & Tuesday) — it’s a different pricing at different locations though. Got the Louisiana Rub & Garlic Parm flavors — yum! Arrived hot and tasty — definitely wouldn’t eat this all the time. There’s always a «puddle» of oil at the bottom of the paper food tray. Not big for big groups with the indoor seating, but you can always order take out!

I come here at least once a week when I am home… good for my taste buds, bad for my thighs. I get the 6 boneless wing combo with fries, original hot, with ranch. The food takes about 14 minutes to come out and the food is very fresh. The fries are sweet and salty and go PERFECTLY with the ranch dressing, especially when they’re steaming hot. And the original hot wings are always good no matter how many times I get it. They have one of those cool soda machines that have a lot of choices for drinks. I don’t really like their other wing flavors. Their lemon pepper is really oily and it tastes like you’re biting into chicken flavored butter. And I’m not a huge fan of BBQ. Original hot is the way to go! The price is a bit high for wings, so if you want to save some money, go on a Monday or Tuesday for their 50 cent wings. You won’t save a ton of money but it’s definitely more worth it.
