These people that work here are obviously idiots. The sign on the door says 10pm closed. I’m standing at the locked door at 9:45 while the girl inside changing the trash liner is telling me closed. Hello! I guess they don’t want business here.

Ordered ice cream cake online, received confirmation email and went to pick it up. They had no record of it. The girl working seemed to have no clue as to what happened or how the online process even worked. Called someone and ended up getting approval to give us a replacement cake. However, this was for my wife’s birthday so the fact that it was replaced with a simple generic cake was not the best alternative. Anyway, I understand mistakes happen, left my name and number, asked for the manager to call me and 10 days later no response. Left a message on line and still no response. Replacement cake was great but customer service sucks.
