Do NOT go to kfc on 529 and fry. If I could do a negative star I would!!! We were Told 45 minutes for food during dinner hours. Only regular chicken, no extra crispy. We got home there was 1⁄3 of the cup with gravy. The chicken tasted like cardboard(being generous). Gravy was cold. And they shorted us a piece! When asked for the regional manager phone number we got told they didn’t know it. We took it back demanded a refund. Went to the location on hwy 6 and 529. Got MUCHBETTER service! Will never go here again This is a franchise store. The owners should not be allowed to have a restaurant. Or better yet should be subjected to eating their own food!

Slow service, every table had crumbs and grease on it(I had to ask to have my tables wiped down), even the counters were discusting, half of the drinks on the machine were out, the other half were flat, ice machine broke so we got about 5 cubes in our cup, took 23MINUTES for food to come to the table, cooks are back there with headphones on. It’s also pouring outside and the roof is leaking. People in line have been standing there for 10 minutes to order. I ordered the $ 5 box and I got my food on some flimsy styrofoam plate??? They were out of wedges, crispy chicken, barbecue sauce, or mashed potatoes on a Saturday afternoon. There seems to be a booth broken as well. A man has walked in and we warned him about the wait. He asked to talk to the manager and she had this horrid attitude on her face. Last but not least, there is a sign that says«Now Hiring» and a young man came in and asked for an app– they said they didn’t have any. It seems this KFC location doesn’t understand the meaning of *fast* food.

This place sucks!!! I will never be back here!!! Decided to give this place a second chance! That was a huge mistake! Staff is rude, argumentative, and really could careless if your order is right or cooked properly. They don’t have some of the items on the menu, such as certain soft drinks and side items. This place is obviously going to close. There was no one in the drive thru or parked outside. Should have been my indicator it was going to be horrible experience. I’m only rating one star because I’m forced to give it something.

I gave this place another try and today it was exceptional drive-through service and he even went the extra mile to give me a cup of ice when I asked for extra ice in my pop. I wish I would’ve saw his name so I can add it in this review.

This one star is lower then a one star if it could be. Yes it’s a fast food place but it is no way fast. Food was nasty. Maybe need to clean the grease or something. Also soda was flat and there was no ice And to top it off. I’m not feeling well anymore. Stomach in knots. O joy

Do not go. Let’s start off with that the my took one order at a time(10mins). The cashier was rude over the mic but face to face she wasn’t. The owner needs a reality check and needs to train his workers. They stop taking orders and just let customers drive off. I made it home to find out that the chicken was old. I drove back and the manager on call refunded my money. I will never go back to this KFC again. I took my money back and went some where else. Terrible experience! I just can’t believe they are acting like this. I wonder how much longer they will stay open. Looking over the previous reviews not long if they don’t make some changes fast.

This has to be one of the worst restaurants in the area. They are always severely understaffed and lack supply of popular menu items. They had me waiting for 20 min at the order intercom just to let me know that they didn’t have anymore popcorn chicken for their famous bowl. Absolutely terrible service and I will never return there again.

The cashier was friendly and professional. She took our order promptly and the food was ready with in minutes. Chicken was cooked throughly and the sides were good. The only two things that were awful was the sticky and dirty floors, your shoes would stick to the floor and the temperature in side was horrible it was hot !!!

I wanted a KFC bowl and they had a sign for it for 3.33. I ordered it and when I got to the window they told me it would be 5.60. I asked about the sign they said they don’t have that. I just ordered it. I paid for it and got my food and drove back around to look at the sign and it said 3.33. I took a picture of it and went in to show them. The girl rolled her eyes at me asked what do you want me to do about it. I walked out. I called the corporate office the next day to report it. I have not heard back from them about this issue. Will not eat at KFC again.

I don’t live very far away and this is really the only decent place to eat if you’re headed from 529 to 99 to Houston and need to get something quick. I’ve been here atleast 4 – 6 times total, each time it is something new last time was the last straw, they tell me the don’t have any cheese when I order my kfc bowl, then they tell me they don’t have any gravy, I guess thinking I’m going to leave and not order anything… So I order 2 chicken littles and a side of baked beans, and a doublicious sandwich and they forgot one of my chicken littles then filled my baked beans was like ½ way full. Then before I leave they gotta make a big deal how I can only get 2 honey mustards… Store needs new management! It seems they always are out of stuff… They are half long John silvers and every time I try and order something like hush puppies guess what… THEYDONTHAVEIT.

The absolute WORSTKFC I’ve ever been to in my life. Always out of stock of items, systems down, inattentive staff with a general attitude of indifference. I live in walking distance and I’d rather drive to a further location than even attempt to give them my business. I’ve been there several times, and each time was a fail. Never again.

So today I ordered a mashed potato bowl and when I got home it was just mashed potatoes with chicken on top, no corn or cheese. They could have at least told me they were out of something. I could’ve ordered something else. And I’m surprised that I got home in like 10 minutes because every time I come here I’m in the drive-thru FOREVER! One time I even got out of the line cause the wait was so long! Definitely wasn’t like this when I worked at this location about 5 years ago: P

I was apprehensive after reading all the negative reviews but decided to try this place as it’s very close to my house. The food was fresh and delicious and service was great. The young man at the register was courteous and pleasant and had a good sense of humor too. I will definitely be back!

As others stated, 1 star is too much. Drive thru 07÷09÷15. Extremely slow service. Just under $ 25. At home(5 minute drive), all the sodas were flat with zero ice added. Only 1 of 3 condiments were present, even though being assured they were in the bag. Hush puppies were old, chicken and fish were decent. Mac and cheese was decent. The coleslaw was SPOILED. All 3 containers were spoiled. Everything into the trash and in contact with corporate. Harris County health department also being contacted. Avoid at all costs.

As others have mentioned, one star is simply too high for this disaster of a «quick-service» KFC/LJS restaurant. Most recent, and last-ever, experience is that I place my order, present a coupon for said order, and the snarling drive-thru worker(and I use the term«worker» loosely) informs me that she will«do me a favor» and accept the coupon this time, but will not in the future because they don’t take«printed» coupons. This, despite the fact that the coupon was obtained from the corporate Web site and has«Online Coupon» printed at the top of it. She says that she doesn’t care. I ask to speak to the manager, to which she informs me that she –is– the manager(should have seen that one coming), so I ask for district manager’s/owner’s contact information, which she refuses to provide and then says she is refusing me service! You simply have to wonder how retail establishments that are this poorly run mange to stay in business.
