Ok first and last time here. Brought my four year old grandson because we were out at lunchtime and he desperatly wanted pancakes for lunch. Pancakes were fine (he devoured the entire plate full) the lady taking the order was pleasant. I got chicken — more on that in a minute. Little man cleaned his plate, that earns playtime in the PlayPlace. Except we didn’t feel welcome. Some stuffed shirt types were apparently having a business meeting there and seemed upset that a child was being noisy. Excuse me its the Play Place have your meeting elsewhere. My grandson felt uncomfortable because that man was «looking mean at him «.
So quick trip to the restroom and I mean quick. It smelled like a privy in full summer that needs to be redug. And it looked nasty. Now back to the chicken, an hour after eating it and I am vomiting and ill. So two stars is generous but the lady was nice and they did have pancakes at lunch.

Merchant # 16 084 502 is the lady that took our order today, and i can honestly say i have never had so many complications ordering food in my life! First of all she looked like she hated life and she definitely hated me for just walking into mcdonalds. I order a kids cheeseburger with cheese and ketup only… she looked at me as if i was speaking a different language, after a few seconds she asked me what i did not want on the cheeseburger, um i dont know what comes on a kids cheese burger i just know i want cheese and ketchup only… you are the one that works here, shouldn’t you know what else to not put on the burger? After ordering my portion of the meal i stepped back and realized i did not get any cups, i went back up to ask for my cups and she had the nerve to roll her eyes at me, and told me they came out with the meal… look lady i do not come here on a daily basis so i would not know your rutine on how the meals come out. But you didn’t have to be so rude when you told me! Ugh this is why i never come here! Also one of the employees children were running around wild squirting water all over the floors!

This is one of the worst McDonald’s franchises in the area. Customer service is absolutely horrendous. Cashiers often do not even know what they are doing. I just want an ice cream cone and they can’t even do that correctly.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Complete idiots running the place. Saturday morning, I decided to go inside because I wasn’t in a hurry. 10 people in line, one cashier. As I stood there waiting for the woman in front of me I looked at the other cashier that was just standing there looking into space. Three minutes later he looked at me and said oh can I help you? I looked at him and said do you think I’m just standing here for my health? Of course you can help me I would like a large coffee. 15 minutes later I got my coffee without the cream and sugar I asked for and then was given a hard time when I asked for cream and sugar to go. Total idiots. I can’t believe I keep coming back here.

If I could review this place with zero stars, or even a negative star, I would. Terrible service, 30 minute wait time (for” fast” food) & no apologies for all stated. Will never visit again.

My husband and I just visited this location and the visit was so bad it was almost comical. The signs hadn’t been turned to the lunch menu so the lady taking our order stopped listening to our order so that she could get someone to change the signs. She then took a full ten minutes to try to focus and get our order right. We then pull up to pay and the young man taking the money starts quoting random prices to us and arguing about the price. We then pull up to get our food and the man there says «I don’t know which drink is dr. Pepper and which is coke. Sorry.» The manager here needs to train his workers in professionalism and teach them how to talk to the public.

The coffee here gives me the worst runs ever. It’s like they put laxative in it or something.
I do like the french fries as if you are ever stopped up, they help you return to regular pretty quick.
I am not please with the happy meal selection. My son wanted a car and instead he got a penguin.
The restroom needs some attention.

I normally don’t take the time come out and review a fast-​food place, cause most of the time they suck. I mean lets face the facts. they’re garbage food to fill our need for crap, run by idiots and adolescents who don’t give a crap. Back in the day, i wouldn’t care, but I’m a dad now. and as we all know, time is key with kids, this place is ridiculous.
I seriously need to record every time I go here at the drive through and watch the epic fail on their end when I order, clearly voice «Jalapeño Burger» and they come back with «Ok. Fish-​Filet and a chocolate shake?» Uh…
Anyways, the reason I give this place, run by incompetent neurons is because, I was excited that our area (Bridgelands, Cyrpess Lakes) had a easy spot for morning coffee, breakfast… but to be so inefficient and consistently missing crap, it’s just ridiculous.
I mean, without fail, EVERY single time I go there, I’m seriously not exaggerating, and we go maybe once or twice a month, so not very often. But EVERY single time, things are missing. And not just sauce packet, i mean seriously goofy obvious things.
My kids seem to always miss a juice box in their happy meal and go-​gurt, and when I say always, i mean, literally ALWAYS. I’ve had drinks missing, the dude at the drive through looking at me with dead-​eyes, and I’m looking back. like «dude, I have a mocha frappé, that’s kind of obvious wouldn’t it be?»
Anyways I digress… all in all, this place sucks, but you can’t expect much when it’s run by a bunch of goofball kids that don’t care, and a staff that are either foreign immigrants or self-​entitled know it alls.
But ya, from now I’ll make the extra trip to Whataburger. they never let me down, hah!

I have not had the same bad luck as other Unilocalers here. The drive thru is quick and the people kids working the windows always specifically say «We appreciate your business.» Doesn’t feel as smug as a Chikfila worker when they say it.
They offer two order lines in the drive thru and additional waiting areas for people with large orders. Keeps the traffic moving.
Pretty easy to get in and out, and an efficient drive thru is about all you can ask from a McDonald’s.

After reading the other reviews, I realized my case was not isolated. Burgers and fries were only warm. Would have taken them back was too hungry. Tables and floors were dirty. Usually, you can always count on McDonalds for a clean restaurant and consistent quality food. This one needs a reorganization from the top down.

Check your order before you drive off. Always missing something or messed up order. French fries are always Luke warm and old. One of the only location that serves you old fries when you specifically ask for FRESH fries. Shame on them.
