Every time I stop at this location(which isnt often) my drink is made incorrectly, and when I ask(politely) to have it fixed I always get attitude. Sorry, I dont spend $ 4 for a tea to have it made wrong. As a former Starbucks employee, this store is exactly what Starbucks is NOT about. Rude emoloyees, no standards of service or drink prep, and the condiment bar area is usually a messy wreck as well.

I usually go the location off of Barker Cypress, and no one really seems to be all that happy and cheerful. So imagine the surprise when I walked in(because the drive through was beyond busy) I was greeted with a smiling face and was told if I had any questions they would be glad to answer them. I got a simple caramel Frap and it was one of the best fraps I have ever had. Everything was blended and didn’t have any ice chunks. As a college student I venture to a Starbucks quite often, I was more than pleased with my service, and my drink. I wish I would’ve gotten the girls name that helped me because I most definitely appreciated her kindness.

Went in there for coffee to try then again and what do you know my coffee tasted like water. Uhhhh cant get it together at all

Slowest Starbucks in Cypress. DON’T GOHEREIFYOUAREIN A HURRY. Flies everywhere inside, workers chatting while line is around the corner. I expect more from a place with overpriced drinks. sheesh!

The guy who took my order was new, he said it was his second day, but the staff here seems friendly. It does seem to be slow though. The drive thru line was long so I opted to come inside but I’m not sure if that saved me any time.

I was in the area and stopped by for a frap. I was craving for something cool and decided to get the green tea frap through the drive thru. There were a few cars in front, but the line moved pretty fast. The employee was very friendly and very cheerful. My green tea frap came out a bit too sweet. This starbucks is not consistent. Sometimes the frap would come out perfectly and sometimes it’s too sweet. I’m always on the go so I don’t have time to go back and make them redo it. That is the whole point of a drive thru. you go in and out, but it’s just like any other starbucks location. no consistency.

The first thing you should know about this location is that it is a tiny stand-alone building, so during peak hours, I wouldn’t even attempt going here, let alone through the drive-thru. Also, if you’re coming 290 Southbound, I would highly suggest exiting prior to the Skinner exit, because that exit is a cluster. Secondly, the service is definitely far from spectacular, in fact it’s right about average for a «fast food» establishment, which is, at least in my opinion, below average for Starbucks. Anyway, I went through the drive-thru this morning and there were something like 6 or 7 cars in front of me. They weren’t super quick, but it wasn’t like I was sitting there for 20min either. Once I got to the intercom, I placed the order for my easier drink(tall, double, nonfat, white mocha, no whip) and that went smoothly. Then I asked the lady for another one just like that, only for this one I wanted half white mocha and half cinnamon dolce. Ok, call me a coffee/Starbuck’s snob if you want to, but if I’m paying $ 5 for a cup of coffee, it really needs to be the way I like it. Plus these guys are baristas, it’s what they do, so it really shouldn’t be an issue. Anyway, this apparently threw the first young lady for a loop as she asked me to hold on just a minute. Then another young lady(who sounded much friendlier, by the way) came over the intercom and asked me what my question was. I told her what I wanted and it didn’t even phase her. She asked me how many pumps I wanted of each syrup, I told her, and it was all good. When I pulled up to the window, the second lady(I could tell by her smile and friendly attitude) was there, she confirmed I had the 2 white mochas and I paid. Behind her though was clearly the first lady with the other headset and she looked like she couldn’t be more miserable to be at work this morning. After all was said and done, I got exactly what I ordered, but I’m only giving them three stars primarily because I feel like it’s a crap shoot on whether you’re gonna get good service or not and because it’s kind of in a bad spot.

I like coming to this Starbucks because it is closest to my home. I always order a Green Tea Frappuccino or Iced White Chocolate Mocha, and they make it good, perfect amount of sweetness. The line can get long in the drive thru, but I prefer to just go inside because it would be the fastest way.

I’m not a huge fan of Starbucks, but when I need a quick caffeine fix in Cypress’s non-existent coffee shop scene, this location’s got me covered. I’ve never had any trouble with my orders or unpleasant experience with the employees. However, the drive-thru can get wayyy too crowded. Even on days when it’s not too busy, it still takes forever to get through the line. Why??? Save yourself the trouble and just park and walk in. It’s much faster, trust me!

I was so excited this morning when the drive through line was moving at a reasonable speed. Then I got my drink at it was completely wrong :-/ Went in and they didn’t offer anything to make it up to me. Who trained these people?

Sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes!!! I would have left if there wouldn’t have been a line of cars behind me.

The drive thru lines can get long in peak hours, but that’s a good sign, right? The outdoor seating is fine if you don’t mind a strip mall view. The service is always very friendly and the coffee makes a day. I am thankful for all Starbucks and I have no complaints here.

I liked the layout of this Starbucks. In fact when I walked up to the front door two people were sitting In The comfy looking chairs watching the amazing sunset. The location is off a busy feeder road of 290, so watch for Best Buy. It is in that same parking lot.

I went to get an iced green tea and petite vanilla scone before shopping at a few of the stores in the area. I figured I’d go inside since the drive up line had a few cars and because it looked practically empty inside. I waited for 5 minutes before someone came from the back to take my order. There was no one in front of me at the time. Mind you there were 3 other girls behind the counter: one at the window hard at work, one making drinks, and one talking about who knows what with the girl making the drinks. There was also a girl filling all the products in the front display/cooler. This was between 4&5 pm. The guy who took my order gave me my scone while I sat to wait on my drink. I sat right by the counter where they hand you your drink. I waited and waited and started to count the people who drove by in their car and those who came after me in line. 12 people in total placed their orders after me and got them before I got up and asked if there was a problem with my drink. The girl said, «excuse me?» Again I repeated myself and they all looked at each other like who was supposed to be getting my drink. At first they couldn’t find it. Then I just asked for my money back because I was ticked off. Then they found my drink sitting on a random counter. I told them I still wanted my money back. Question of the day… how many Starbucks employees does it take to lose a customers business? 5 or maybe the world will never know.

I ordered a vanilla latte in the drive thru… It tasted like coffee flavored water and had no vanilla flavor so I drive back, go in, and the lady making my coffee over was rude, and once again I got coffee flavored water…

Once upon a time I wasted over thirty minutes of my life in your drive thru… and you were not even apologetic. If you do not have fast food resources/abilities, please stop being greedy and do away with the drive thurs Starbucks. Your quality is going down!

I really like how friendly the staff here are. I actually like striking up conversations with them when theres no one else in line. I haven’t had any problems with the staff messing up my order. I know that to be true because if they were to add whip cream by accident or forget to substitute with soymilk. I would be in terrible pain! LOL Some of the staff here agree that they would rather write on cups with Sharpies, but I think somewhere up the corporate ladder someone decided to use sticker labels. I’ve studied here before and the music isn’t obnoxious. if it is. don’t be passive-aggressive. I’m sure just asking them to fix the problem would do.

I love how easy it is to get in and out of this Starbuck’s location. I recently tried a pumpkin spiced frap here for the first time. It was pretty good, but a little too sweet for my liking. So, I’ll just switch back to the pumpkin spiced latte. But they can’t make an espresso if their business depended on it. The espresso isn’t hot enough because I like mine with a splash of half and half and a little sugar. So once you add the half and half, the espresso is practically cold! And a cold espresso is not even drinkable! They definitely need to work on that because this has happened to me more than once.
