One of the worst store, I dealt with their store manager Christian and in my personal opinion are a bunch of kids that are destroying the name in this area, I won’t buy from this store ever, just buy them online or from Nordstrom.

I love Diesel jeans. I’ve bought them in Miami, San Francisco, Orlando, Las Vegas, DC and NYC. This is my first trip to the Dallas store. I had a pleasant shopping trip to the North Park Mall. The man that helped me was very friendly and appeared right when I walked in to the store. He actually listened to what I was looking for instead of trying to upsell me on something that I didn’t want. I was looking for pair of Diesel Jeans without holes, that had the signature look where the color is faded down the legs. He found a pair in my size right away and the first pair I tried on fit perfectly(I am wearing them now). Yes Diesel is expensive, but I have about five pair in my closet from all over the country that are still intact several years after I shelled out a few hundred for each($ 400 in Miami). Now that I have this new pair from my local Dallas store, I am stoked. They only set me back $ 205 after tax, which is the usual price for the kind that I like. Props to this store for having exactly what I was looking for and for the extremely salesman. The prices here are better than Miami too by the way.

Meh… If you want to get the jeans you want in the size you want you may be forced to come here… Unfortunately the washes that other retailers have do not seem to be present here… Another bad thing is that the quality control issues and inconsistent fit that you would find at nordstrom rack or marshalls seem to be present here as well… They try to offer upscale service and the staff was actually nice and knowledgeable but tiny dressing rooms that arent air conditioned(lavaballs anyone?), have no seating and inadaquate hooks or places to hang things make it seem more like ROSS… this was my first time here… Disappointing!
