Primo Pizza

Pizza is actually pretty good. But the service is TERRIBLE!!! The cashier was smoking outside when we arrived. Which is business 101. Don’t smoke outside your place of business. And wash your hands afterwards! Even if you’re just the cashier. We waited over 20min for two slices of pizza, and when we finally asked for our pizza the cashier goes «oh, here you go». Turns out our pizza had been ready for a while and was just sitting there waiting for us. AND my pizza was wrong. But at that point I didn’t have the time or the need to deal with such a rude and unhelpful person. He just looked like he didn’t want to be there and didn’t give a damn about the customers. If you’re willing to be treated poorly by the staff, especially the cashier, then the pizza is pretty good.

I’d give these crooks no stars, I order a pizza for me and my friends and the guy seemed friendly and he gives me a the pizza and the soda and I don’t suspect a thing until I’m eating this pizza and I get thirsty, I proceed to get some soda noticing that the soda was open so I pour some in my cup and took a sip and to my surprise he gave me water! I think that’s complete bullshit and ridiculous! You shouldn’t even step foot in this pizza shop!

I’ve been waiting an hour and my pizza is still not ready. I’m for sure never coming back here.

I ordered on a Tuesday night/​Wednesday morning. I called at 12:22am and placed an order for delivery. I got a call back at 12:34am asking for my order again. Pizza arrived at 1:19am.
Delivery was less than an hour.
Even tho we went over my order twice (original call and the call back), my order was still wrong. I ordered a small sausage, but I received a small sausage and pepperoni. I was only charged for sausage, so I’m not complaining.
Pizza was hot and really good. The small is way too much pizza for one person.
I would order from here again!

I have been a super loyal customer for primo pizza for years, recently they overcharged me for an order that was supposed to be fifty bucks but instead charged me for a hundred bucks!!! I am disappointed in the service that y’all given me… I hope next time you guys are more vigilant in charging your customers accurately.

They forgot the root beer for the root beer float and the dressing for the Cesar salad. Pizza was meh.

I was hungry when I was off from work so then I placed an order at 2AM. Food delivery usually takes an hour to your house or little bit longer isn’t a big deal for me but guess what, I received the order at 4AM. I expected my food would be arrived at 3AM as scheduled so that I could go to bed around 4AM. I had fell asleep while waiting around 3:40 and seriously I already lost my appetite afterward.
For the food: the buffalo wings were the only acceptable dish but everything else was not worth. Jalapeño poppers was very soggy and the garlic bread hardened as it cooled. Since I revived my order one hour later than expected, I didn’t really wanted to go sleep right after the food or it hurts your stomach.
What confused me is the restaurant closed at 3AM and the food arrived at 4AM… I tipped the delivery guy more than 20% of the order and it was 1.5 miles away from my place so I don’t think that was the reason for being late. Maybe I will just cook at home next time…

Clearly says Coke on my order. Regular Coke. Which i think goes so very well with pizza. Any pizza. From anywhere. Umm I got cherry coke. I mean… I guess you’re in a hurry to get out the door to deliver my order and picked up any «Coke» product… But still. Cherry? Flavor. Is. Just. Not. For. Me. And I actually questioned the delivery guy, «Cherry Coke?» He seemed as if he didn’t understand me… Or he was just playing dumb. Still… I ordered Coke.
Actually got my food under an hour. I’m closer to SSF so that was awesome. Partner was sadden by the Caesar salad as the coupon said «large». He got a small. The receipt also said small. You guys gotta change that. False advertising. He likes salad. He should get correct salad size.
Munching on the chicken gourmet pizza. I like it. It’s quite tasty and not heavy. And still quite warm. Thank you.
It’s late. It was a long work day. The Giants won opening day. The Warriors earned #1 seed. And I got late night food cause I was lazy too cook. Kind of happy I got Primo instead of the only other place that’s willing to deliver. That Chinese restaurant that’s always changing their name. They must have a really good discount on printing.
All in all not so bad of an experience.

The pizza here was great! We stumbled upon it as we were driving back from camping in the Marin area and it was the perfect stop. One star off because the service was slow and the cashier went and smoked a cigarette while we were the only people in the shop. It was thick and had a good amount of toppings, but be warned it’ll leave your hands shiny with grease. I would recommend it if you’re in the area, but it’s not worth going out of your way to. They said they deliver for free within the SFSU area, so that seems like a good draw if you’re local!

Need to get more staff to keep up with orders! I waited close to to 2 hours to get a cold pizza.

Fast delivery, delicious dough, great pizza! The pricea are reasonable and the hours of operation are great. The dough is on the light and fluffy side which is yummy!

Just stumbled upon this place on Unilocal.My boyfriend said its the best pizza he ever had. This place is so good.

Giving one star because the pizza is good but only one star because every time I order from here late nights it takes forever to get here. It took more than the estimated time, which is an hour, to get my pizza delivered and this happened twice already.

The primo pizza was bomb. 3 stars only because they typed down my delivery address so WRONG and OFF. I was low key disappointed that they got this wrong especially when I inputted my address ONLINE!
I felt so bad for the driver, so I wasn’t too mad because he was apologizing the whole time and didn’t speak or understand English well.
At least the pizza was good.

What’s the deal with your late night staff? This is the second time I’ve gone in and seen people use unsafe sanitary practices. Your cashier (female) is dismissive of being called out on it. Oh, you can answer phone calls and handle money without washing your hands before touching peoples’ food and I’m unreasonable? There was a pizza maker in there tonight that looked drunk. I watched him wipe his nose with his hand, touch his clothes multiple times, fiddle with a cell phone on some kind of makeshift phone stand, and handle pizza dough WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS (glad he wasn’t making my pizza)! Joe or whoever is running this place really needs to get the house in order when it comes to sanitary food practices. This is how people get sick. I’m hitting up the health department on this one. Step your safe food-​handling game up.

#10 I came into this place one late night after watching a movie at Century because it was pretty much the only place left open. It was either this or fast food, so I chose the non-​fried option.
I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza for dine-​in and it came out fast and piping hot. When I opened the box, I was actually surprised at how good it looked. The crust was fluffy and the cornmeal on the bottom of the crust was a nice extra touch.
I asked the cashier for some ranch because I always gots ta have ranch with my pizza! I forgot to ask before I paid. She asked how many and I said two. Another person wanted ranch so I asked for another one and she said it’ll be $ 2. Oh hell no. You’re trying to sell me an overpriced single serving of ranch because it was your fault that you didn’t charge me the first time? I would’ve been fine paying the $ 0.50 it actually costs for one, but not for something that was already given out for free. That’s like coming in to get your free soda, but when you buy the pizza they’re gonna ring it out as a combo so you’re still paying for the soda. Like wtf. Do not get in the way of me having my pizza with ranch ’cause you best believe I’m gonna have a fit.

Wow, I’ve never reviewed this place out of all the times I’ve been here?! I’m kicking myself for that.
I love Primo! Whenever I’m craving pizza, this is my go-​to place because the portions are huge, the flavor is great, and the options are versatile. Theres something for everyone on this menu! I usually go with 2 out of 3 options in Large or Extra Large size. I love the Fog City Special, the Primo Special, or the Chicken Primo Special and I usually am able to combine two together.
I love the Fog City special because artichokes. Period.
The Primo Special is like a combination pizza from Costco on crack.
And the Chicken Primo is the best chicken pesto pizza i’ve ever had.
This place is munchie paradise, I kid you not. But if you’re tryna get your pizza delivered, good luck because that wait will take forever. However honestly, the wait is worth it. Just have patience & then the flavors will make everything better!

Pizza is really good… We got the Fog City Pizza… First time eating artichokes on my pizza and it was delicious. Chicken wings were also good… chef salad was also bueno. Got Free cheesy garlic bread which was also yummy. Great food, great service! This will be my new pizza joint!

These guys delivered me a rock hard pizza and a milkshake they had on the car between pizza boxes. It was pure liquid and warm when touching the cup.
Now, don’t get me wrong. The milkshake would have melted in the 2:45 minutes it took to get here (after eat24 reported a 1:10 delivery span). My milkshake has no chance, but putting it between the pizza boxes in the back seat guaranteed it was fucked even if he drove directly to me.
Novel idea– when you have FOUR bags in the back seat which hold multiple pizzas to go delivery in one run (this us why the pizza was hard) deliver the ice cream first, not last.
Inconsiderate and poor business. Never again.

The worst! First time I went was good, not anymore.
Most of the peeps who work there are rude and can’t be bothered, don’t ask any questions because they will act put off by that.
I won’t ever order from here again, beware
