This pizza is horrible. I’d tried it thinking it has to be better than papa johns but it was not. It took forever to be delivered, and it was way over cooked. I don’t know how they managed to make the pizza salty.

Well first I wish I had a opinion to put zero starts because round table hired a rude big boned person who has no customers service skill. I felt more like a police station then the pizza shop. Go round table keep hiring dummies like her.

This review is just for the lunch buffet. Great deal for 8 bucks, from 11am to 2pm M-F. They have three different pizzas out at a time, plus Parmesan twists and cinnamon twists. I’m obsessed with their Parmesan twists, delicious dough with a buttery, garlic Parmesan cheesy goodness oozing from the center of each twisted crevice. The salad bar is decent, not expansive, but the potato salad was pretty yummy. The pizza slices are small but it’s a buffet so yeah. The pizza is good, especially when it’s fresh out of the oven and piping hot. It’s not as quality as places like Pasquale’s or Seniore’s but if you’re a glutton like me and you want to just gobble up as much cheesy goodness as possible the buffet is a lot of bang for your buck. I think I ate about 12 slices… they had a mushroom chicken Alfredo I hadn’t tried before and it was creamy and oh so flavorful, I could pour that white sauce on everything. Clean place, tables and booths. Unlimited refills on fountain drinks, an additional 2 bucks or so. Conveniently located next to the movie theater, free parking in the garage.

The worst customer service as far as delivery goes. I placed the first call and was greeted to what was basically bumbling and then was cut off. I called a second time and proceeded to place an order and the guy who answered was extremely rude as if I were bother to him. This is not the first time this has happened and I’m sure it won’t be the last. On several occasions when picking up I’m welcomed to the same service.

I mean, you know you’re walking into a round table, you know? I know you know. That’s the corporate branding way. You like a brand, and you can gain some trust in it. But, round tables do have some variance. Take the square root of variance and you have standard deviation. You ready for some statistics? Well, tough. I’m only one data point, or two if you consider that I also rated my friendly local round table as well as this daly city location. We like pizza. Well, I love pizza, and my wife is cool with pizza. The arithmetic mean of those interpolated pizza-liking ratings is that we both like pizza. We try all the best places. Pricey, super chi-chi pizza? We’ll eat it with the most judgemental of snooty critics, and talk about how their calabrian chiles weren’t calabrian enough. «Too tuscan,» we might snoot. I try everything. I’ll eat pizza when J isn’t around at places off the map, beneath abandoned gas stations, where a monocled 8 year old in a dirty wife beater will snarl at me through homemade wooden teeth that they don’t recommend any of their pizzas without pineapple. Where we live, I’m a regular at 5 different pizza places. 5?! I just counted, and that’s crazy! Of course we’ve tried 30 others in the east bay, and almost as many in SF. But, sometimes, when times are hard, when our diets are out the window, when we’re not going cheap and we’re just putting it on the card, when we know that we can be appetized to eat something that at least has some zucchini and artichoke hearts in it. As an aside, our regular is a large thin crust(we don’t finish the large, but the medium isn’t quite enough) gourmet veggie with no onions, tomatoes, or mushrooms, and red sauce instead of the creamy garlic sauce. That leaves artichoke hearts, basil, zucchini, spinach, fresh garlic, and italian seasonings, for a bit cheaper than ordering that as a build-your-own. Still not cheap, although sometimes corporate headquarters will kick down some decent coupons. So, we found ourselves hungry in Daly City, and were worried we were going to splurge on movie theater popcorn and soda, and walked passed this round table. We looked at each other, too broken and busted to talk, yet still communicated. We were asking each other for permission. In both of our eyes was the word, «Please.» We entered, the only customers at 2 pm on a wet sunday. The 4 foot tall, 8 year old lady took our order distractedly, but read it back, since it’s a weird-ass order. We sat, and blissfully zoned out to the flat screens showing the cross-fit championships. A different tv was showing nascar, and both of their volumes were up, making for some crazy, distracting, cross talk. J got up to wash her hands. I went upon her return. Upon my return, however, I was greated by our pizza. Super quick, super hot, my wife’s mouth super full. It made for a great afternoon.

We love expanding our waists and hitting up the Round Table Pizza lunch buffet! If you’re one of the first customers to get the lunch buffet at 11 am they let your kid(under 3) eat for free! This is great for our 2 year old :) You have a full salad bar with plenty of fresh veggies to choose from. They also have some really good potato salad. But don’t fill up! They have new pizzas coming out about once every 7 min. From pepperoni to veggie to bbq, it’s all hot and fresh and yummy! One time they didn’t have out the pizza I wanted so I simply just asked and 10 min later it was out and ready to eat! I thought that was awesome! The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because the buffet is supposed to start at 11 am and they usually don’t actually get the flow of pizzas out until about 11:20 am. Which, if you’re crunched on time that 20 min is pretty crucial! Overall, I love going to this buffet for my pizza fix!

This place just lost their tips just because the lady«Felicia«, or whatever her name was, was being a dumb ass. I had this Groupon deal that expired back in August, but still had the $ 25 face value. She seemed to ignore me and made that rude whatever look. She asked me twice and still got the same look… five minutes later… She then tells me… Ohh but this expires in August… It’s people like her who always ruins the tip for everyone else…

Ordered 4:25pm. Estimated delivery arrival at 5:05. At 5:25 we called the store, they called the driver to see where he was at. They said it would take 20 more minutes. At 5:52 we called to get an update. They said it would now take up to two hours. You guys fail. Horribly.

This location sucks, but it’s the closest to my house so I can get delivery. Every time I order delivery they always get something wrong. The first time, it was the wrong pizza. The second time, they forgot my soda order. Every single time I ask them to give me a call rather than ring the doorbell, because of my dogs, but the doorbell is rung each time. Delivery also takes a while so the pizza is not as hot and fresh by the time it arrives.

SAD– PATHETIC– LAZYSTAFF. These guys shut their doors 30 min before closing time… All websites and even the sign on the front door said they were open till 11pm on Fridays. Tried to get food at 10:30 before my 11 movie and their doors were locked from the inside and I was not allowed inside. Stop lying about your business hours !

Ordered one pizza, for delivery, at 7:36 pm, estimated delivery time 45 – 60 minutes. At 9:30, just shy of 2 hours later, we check on why it hasn’t arrived. «It’s going out the door now, 20 minutes they’ll be there,» they tell us. 40 minutes after that, still no pizza, no explanation. We cancelled the order.

Terrible just terrible. The pizza that I have ordered was not even round! How can they call themselves round table pizza! It took so long to come out and we were one of the only customers there. I had better expectations for this place

Wow an hour and ten minutes for a pizza? The pizza was cold when I got it. Round table used to be my favorite pizza chain. Not any more. Lousy service, lousy pizza, round table.

Pros: none Cons: we waited 20 minutes for our small pizza and 6 chicken wings. When we got our pizza, they had taken several slices out of it! I thought round table pizza was supposed to be ROUND. All jokes aside, why would you take slices out of a whole pizza and then serve the leftover pizza? That’s ridiculous!

My family and I went for dinner buffet. The pizza was so cold and not fresh. We waited for a long time for fresh pizza and they never brought more. The salad bar is disgusting. The lettuce was FROZEN. The salad bar so dirty nobody went to cleaned up the pieces of vegetables people dropped when they were serving theirs salads. All tables were dirty, when new costumers got in, they needed to ask to be cleaned. I will never go back there for buffett.

Of all the fast food chained pizza places round table is still my absolute favorite. I grew up eating at a local round table and always get the same thing. Italian garlic supreme! Comes with cheese white sauce(I prefer white over red), tomatoes, sausage, green onions and mushroom. It’s perfect right out of the oven when the cheese is still melted as you’re pulling out a slice. I love how there no real crust so the entire slice is the actual pizza. Before century theaters banned outside food I love to order round table pizza to go and eat it while watching a movie at the theater next door. Tip; try their garlic twists!

This is the Round Table next to Century movie theater. I’ve been here a few times and they’ve been very consistent. I always get the King Arthur supreme but most recently discovered Maui Zaui which is absolutely heaven so I get half and half. Prices aren’t much to discuss since they’re the same everywhere. I’ve always had great service here with smiles and polite thank you’s. I don’t know why everyone else is complaining. But then again I don’t come here that often so maybe I luck out and get the good employees every time I come. Food is cooked to perfection and there’s really nothing to complain about. There are also two tvs in here that usually have whatever sports game you want to watch. The only negative thing I can think of is there are always kids in here so it can get pretty loud when you don’t really want a kid screaming in your ear.

I’m not really sure why I even bothered to order here the second time around for delivery. The first time I ordered here, it took an entire hour for the pizza delivery guy to come to my house. On top of that the pizza that I ordered tasted terrible. The second time I ordered was tonight. It has been 2.5 hours since I ordered pizza delivery. I don’t know what the business owner thinks of his/her customers, but I called them twice and told them, «Hey I called you around 6 p.m. I thought that you would deliver the pizza by now.» But then the person on the other line said, «You gave us the wrong number and the wrong address.» I was appalled! No apology; just attitude. Did they incorrectly write down my information or what? So i reiterated my information. After a minute, the person on the other line said, «Oh yeah we’ll deliver the pizza to you in 10 minutes.» Ten minutes passed by and no pizza. So I called them back and made a complaint. It has taken them so long to deliver one pizza and they have my number on their records so they might as well have just called me to tell me what was up. I don’t think I will ever call from this round table ever again. I’m just going to stick to either Pizza Hut or Domino’s because at least they deliver their pizza within 30 minutes and it tastes so much better than this piece of crap. Tl;dr — Round Table Pizza in Daly City offers poor customer service. Don’t even bother to order from them.

Ordered delivery. ½ Maui Zaui ½ King Arthur. First delivery, raw pizza dough! Delivery drivers came by with a new pizza and it returned the old one to show the person in charge. 2nd pizza. Raw pizza dough. Later that night, threw up about 12x. Food poisoning for 3 days. At least they gave us our money back! I told the delivery driver to give the pizza to the person in charge and wanted a call back. No call back.
