I just don’t like shopping at this target. Today made me dislike this target even more. I’m not sure what was happening but on my way out there was three securities arguing with a shopper and one of the securities, a young Asian girl, had the nerve to cuss at the shopper. I understand whatever situation that happened was serious but how unprofessional is it to yell at a shopper, «what the fuck do you do?» I know being a security is a serious job but just because you’re a security doesn’t mean you can YELL and CUSS in front of other shoppers. How disappointing and unprofessional.

If you’re trying to save time and do «Pick Up In Store,» don’t bother. You waste
more time waiting in the Guest Service line… Then they forget about you… Then you have to ask again… And finally… 40 mins later, you have your order. It easily would have been faster to look for parking, go get the item, and wait in the line 3x. Seriously, get your sh*t together Target Serramonte.

This store is unsafe. We witnesses a family with two dogs off leash allow their dogs to harass a man in a wheelchair and his companion dog. We asked them to out their dog on a leash and they proceeded to harass us, throw a shoe at us and threaten to beat us up outside. The security stepped in but didn’t even kick them out. What a joke.

Go to Colma target which few min away with way better service! People here are super unfriendly especially the manager.
I bought something last week but the dish soap spilled all over my bag so I call target corp they say it’s okay just go back and return! So I went back the young Asian male manager or supervisor at the guest service looked at me and spoke really loudly to his coworker about Me returning my product which I used coupon to purchase is consider as coupon fraud when I return? Wtf? Have u ever read TARGET Coupon policy? Aren’t you guys suppose to check on the product make sure no leakage before selling the product to your own customer?!
I am a couponer and they treat their coupon buyer like if we are robbing the shop! They are not even trained for how coupon works. Stupid! We buy things with coupon and target get money back from the manufacture.
I later had to purchase 8 other items and found the lines were long so might as well just purchase at the self checkout! Four of the items I will be applying my coupon! The lady stand behind me the whole time came up to me told me I couldn’t use my coupons because we can not use more than 2 coupons per transaction? AGAIN! Read your damn policy! Target policy statement no more than 4 like target coupon and allow to combine 1 target coupon with 1 manufacture coupon! How is it gonna be that I can’t use my coupons? I then took out my pre printed target coupon policy and showed her! She was giving me the hell of dirty look!
Again! Target of serramonte train your fellow staff about service service and service!

Save your time and go to the one across the freeway in Colma. The people here are rude. I’ve been in here several times and have asked for help, only to be met with attitude. Tonight, I walked up front with my purchase (two shirts and a book) and there were three lines. I went to one, the register light still on. Stood there for about three minutes before the woman turned her light off and told me that the people in front of me (with a full basket) would be her last customers. You shouldn’t be shutting down registers if there are lines. I left, came here to the one here in Colma. There’s more selection here in Colma anyways, and even though they get their fair share of lines, they work through them.
The only plus for the Daly City location is that it’s connected to the mall…

I am fairly disappointed with the Target Serramonte location for their lack of customer service. I have purchased a few items at Target Tanforan and forgot my gift cards at home so I had to pay in cash. I live by the Serramonte Target location and decided to run home, grab my gift cards and head to Serramonte Target in hopes for a return/​re-​purchase using my gift cards. I am a person who always reads return/​exchange policies and any policy really. I work for a business who have strict policies so I know how things work. When I’ve got to the counter, Maverick who was working the guest services on that day, gave me the WORST and un-​pleasurable Target experience I have ever had. He would not do my transaction because there were a few items that were marked cheaper than the computer price which their policy states on the register «if an item is advertised lower than the actual price, the lower price will be honored». He told me I would have to go back to Tanforan Target and do my transaction with them because they were the ones who did the price adjustment and he was not allowed too. Like I said, I read all policies and nowhere on the receipt did it say anything about me having to go to the same location that gave me the price adjustment to do the transaction. But the customer after me who purchased items online needed a price adjustment and he kindly used the intercom for a manager to do a price adjustment.
I also had a few presents that I needed to return such as baby essentials but did not have a gift receipt with it. My daughter just turned one and I had a family member buy her 3 cans of formula for her because she knew how expensive formula was for me. Maverick also refused to do that transaction for me stating that I have reached my limit of exchanges/​returns (which I believe I didn’t) and told me I’m only allowed to exchange for something in the same department such as «007» I chose a few things in the «007»

Price as the formula, he then tells me «Sorry, I meant 007 10, which means you basically need to get a different brand of formula». Ridiculous service!!!
IF that is the policy that if we want to do a return/​exchange and one of the items had a price adjustment that we would need to go back to the original store, I wish that policy was stated on their website or receipt as well as stating that if we don’t have a receipt we would need to exchange for the same exact item but different brand.
I am NEVER shopping at Serramonte Target location ever again after that made up policy their employee made up. He seriously needs to be spoken with or please change the policy on the website and receipt.

This Target always has everything I need and more! Even the bigger one at Colma sometimes doesn’t have what I’m looking for. Sure, the lines can get long but patience is always something we all need to work on, it’s not the employees fault sometimes – and with the self-​checkout now installed my quick target-​runs are a lot faster! Parking is always easy for me to find no matter the time of day, they don’t move a lot of things around so I always know where everything is, the service is always great, I’m always happy leaving the store and that’s really all I need.
I’m here almost everyday (though I never thought to check-​in before a few days ago) and I can’t ever complain. Target has officially become my happy place (:

Target creates such a bad habit for me every time I come here. I come in for one item and I always end up leaving with 6 or 7 more items than I actually came for!
Despite the awesome promotional deals, cheaper prices than most drugstores, and exceptional return policy, this location in itself at this Target store is not my all-​time favorite. Most of the time, the place is a mess and it doesn’t matter which department you are shopping in. However, it is understanding seeing that this location has such a high volume of customers since it is located in the mall compared to it’s neighbored Target stores.
Many of the items would be out of stock, or the packaging would be opened or ripped apart, or just not in the correct area. I use to work in the mall a few years ago and would come here to pick up some items for myself before my shift or during my lunch break, and this location usually do not restock their items as often as the other Target stores around the area (I have also worked at other locations that have a Target store in their shopping center).
All in all, this Target location will provide the simple necessities you are looking for (hopefully) and is awfully convenient when you are already shopping here at the mall. I would avoid coming here during the weekends, but shopping here during the weekday is not as hectic and busy as it is during the weekends.

Okay so I’ve been coming to this target for years now, ever since I first moved to SF over 5 years ago. And I’d say it’s pretty good.
It has everything that you need, home, outdoor, sport, clothes, shoes, and even a little bit of food. Although I never buy food from target. unless it’s popcorn
The staff here are pretty friendly, if you ask then a question, they’d be happy to answer for you and if they don’t know, they’ll help you out.
There are sale sections in every section of the store, just look on the inside ends of the aisles and you’ll find them.

Target is one of the most creative company that is doing good business, in all cross borders. They even offer a «Minority Vendor Program» that can lead you into branding your products, and will support you in every way. This location is SUPER BUSY! During peak time, it is «bumpa-​to-​bumpa» RED carts everywhere. If «Ru-​Paul» shopped here, «SHe» would say, «Lyp-​sync for your life!»
No need to worry, as busy as this location gets, you will have great service. In fact, during my last visit, a very nice team member introduced me to CARTWHEEL! She showed me where to download the app, and from there on… lots of savings opened up. She must have read my mind because my cousins were visiting from Manila, and I am sure you can relate especially if you are Filipino, you have to buy something!
