Should be ZERO stars. I just did carry out and it is wrong. Got one completely different pizza and another missing one ingredient so also possibly someone else’s. I called the store and they won’t deliver new ones. Said too busy. They deliver to Damascus so can stop on their way to another house. I’m not driving back for new pizzas due to their incompetence.

I would leave 0 stars if that were an option. I have never been so displeased with a restaurant. My girlfriend and I ordered online and we were given the approximate 1 hour delivery window, which we thought was rather long to begin with, but we waited it out. An hour passed and still no food. An hour and 25 minutes passed and we called to see where our food was and they told us it was just dispatched so it was going to take even longer. We asked if they were going to do anything to remedy the situation, and put us on the phone with ‘shift supervisor’ Quinn. What a horrible experience. As if the late pizza was not enough, Quinn was rude and disrespectful. Quinn spoke over my girlfriend until I intervened to which he told me «speaking over me is not going to resolve anything.» Funny how he was just doing the same thing. The conversation pretty much went«sucks to suck» regarding our late pizza followed by excuses of «high demand on the weekends.» I asked to speak to the manager and Quinn gave me the wrong number. Our pizza finally arrived and it was cold, no surprise there. I called the store and asked to speak with Quinn because he said if the pizza comes back cold he would make a new one. The person answering the phones was smart and put me on the phone with Amanda, the manger. Amanda was very polite and understanding of the situation. I told her I did not need a credit for a future order or a refund, I just wanted an apology from Quinn. Quinn got on the phone and delivered the most insincere apology you could imagine and proceeded to hang up on me. I am demanding answers from Pizza Hut.

This Pizza Hut closed early tonight because they didn’t want to deliver to me. Really disappointing. Literally called 3 pizza huts and got put on hold for a total of atleast 15 mins. Then this topped it off.

This Pizza Hut always gets my order right and is always ready for pick up within 15 minutes which is perfect for me because I live 10 minutes away! I often have to add things when I get there(like soda, or breadsticks) and they never complain and usually have it ready so I don’t even have to wait! The manager Sandi there is super polite and always sparks up a conversation. My go to pizza place.

I ordered two pizza tonight one spice it and one not, after almost two hours waiting both came spices, the rude lady refuse to gave us credit for the extra spice one that was actually for my children and they ended throwing up the pizza. When we call and asked for credit, the rude lady says she can’t not give us credit back. I won’t order for this store again the don’t show respect for customers.

Very disappointed in delivery service. It’s sporadic and they won’t offer a timeframe for delivery — it’s just whenever it makes sense for them to get to your house. Also, person answering the phone says they are short-handed on drivers because one went home throwing up blood. Do I need to know that?
