If I could give negative stars I would. Bought a bra here for $ 80, THE UNDERWIRE POPPED OUT AFTER THE VERY FIRST WEAR AND HANDWASH. I’ll never buy anything from this store again, not only because of the horrible customer service but also because of the selection and quality of products. I can’t tell you how frustrating it is to have such limited resources for buying larger sized bras, only to shell out an arm and a leg for one that finally fits only to have it fall apart so quickly.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! I told Mel I needed a good bra for my job at Starbucks (i.e. hard wearing but dang, give me something cute to work with!). She asked what size I was wearing, asked where I was buying my super weird bra size, re-​measured me, and found me a couple FANTASTIC bras, which are both cute and functional. Cannot recommend this shop enough — I just wish it wasn’t so hidden in the mishegoss of retail that surrounds Legacy Place. If it was up to me, I’d install giant neon signs and spotlights so ladies everywhere could enjoy the glory of awesome bras and super cute undies!

The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help you find what you need.

I absolutely love this store! They have a great selection of bras, especially in larger sizes. This place is such a great deal. I often find bras that I’ve seen at other stores like Intimacy or Lady Grace for half the price. They have an excellent selection of Freya bras, including sports bras. They also have a great selection of bathing suits during the spring and summer. The girls at the counter are always very nice and happy to help. If you are looking for a bra, check here first before spending more money at other stores.

saying that I’m hard to fit is an understatement. after years of research, trial and error, etc, I discovered 2 brands (made by the same company) that fit me. Very rarely are they found in brick & mortar stores — and certainly no variety — so I started ordering online from English retailers, spending $$$$ on one bra. Cut to last year my ever resourceful mother-​in-​law stopped by with a bag that had 2 bras in it. They fit perfectly. she said $ 40 each. My jaw fell to the floor. I was used to paying $ 70 or more. they were beautiful, the right size, the right brand… when I asked where? she said Dedham.
I was all ??? What the What?! in a REAL store!!! yep.
I recently went to this magical place. The sales girls were FABULOUS. easy going, knowledgeable, no hard sell, no trying to convince you to buy something you know wont work. it’s a little tiny store off to the side in a Dedham strip mall. Clean and cute. with a variety of styles & colors. I even called an equally hard to fit friend and said «girl what’s your size I’m bring you a a brazier!» she was SO happy with what I got for her!
Yay!!!

tiny little gem of a store that also happens to be down the road from outdoor mall legacy place (on the same side but before it) so it’s totally worth checking out. the store is small but there’s a large selection of companies and sizes, availability obviously depending on your size and the timing. I tried on every bra they had in my size, must have been around 20 if not more. So a narrow selection for my size but I would totally go back again and see if they got more stuff in. Not sure what previous reviewer is saying about the salespeople, my salesgirl was nice and polite and not overly in my face, I didn’t need her to fit me as I had already been fitted at Intimacy (where I was actually told to come for better prices!)
Their return policy is exchange or store credit within 14 days. Also, now they’re running a promotion where bringing in gently used bras to donate gets you 10% off your purchase (Intimacy also had that when I was there) so a good thing to note before coming into these stores is calling them up and asking if they’re running it.
All in all, 5 stars for good service, amazing prices (we’re talking $ 29.99 for a specialty size, designer bra), and decent selection. Definitely a much bigger selection than the online sales at Hautelook and Ideeli that I stalk, and the added advantage of being able to try it on.

I went in to see what the store had to offer, I was the only person in the store at the time. The sales person never acknowledge me, never asked what I was looking for or how she could help me. The store is small so I know that she had to have seen me. When I did find something to purchase it seemed that I was putting her out by asking her to ring me out. There was another employee in the store I could hear her on the phone but I never saw her. It seems like they have a good selection at good prices but as far as feeling welcomed I would say NO!
