Joanne was awesome — she made the selling process fun — and we felt educated and smart about our decision to go Tempurpedic. She made us feel very welcome. Delivery was on time and excellent. Joanne rushed a substitute bottom box for us to cover the Thanksgiving holiday for our family, while the cal king size was backordered. The swap out was painless and timely.

We had a great experience with JoAnne, who I think was the manager of the store. We had the whole place to ourselves on a Sunday afternoon, and she took over 45 min to let us try each different model and walk through all the features. The price was right where we expected for our Tempurpedic, and the mattress was delivered right on time and installed for us with no problem. They even took our old mattress away for us.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I ordered two mattresses and received the worst most unprofessional customer service I have had in a long while. Wrong mattresses delivered, awkward and unprofessional delivery people, waited over two hours for both delivery days past the window that I was given. No phone call as a courtesy letting me know they would be late. People on the phone who, when I was asking whether I was even going to receive my mattress, saying «sorry I have no power over this I am just the messenger.» Worst customer service, paid for things I did not receive, and was finally told by Alexis in «customer service» «tough luck, i have four more calls waiting, I hope your mattress arrives.»
