I went for christmas eve and loved my lobster bisque, my porcini mushroom ninochi and desert but did not licked my lobster secondi so i was not surprised when i herd that my grandparents went there for lobster night because i did not like the lobster an they apparently did not like the lobster eather the reason why i did three stars is the first time i went it was 5 stars and the time my grandparents experience was 2 stars so three is fair. the outside garden is beautiful.

Our third time at Sundy did not disappoint. The food was truly excellent and we sat at one of the best garden locations. Try the swordfish it was superb. The only reason there is not a fifth star is that there was a wedding this night and we found the reception music a bit distracting. This is a very popular wedding location!

The service was great, but the food wasn’t. Portions are small, steak was undercooked. Overall too much money for what you get.

Amazing atmosphere. We loved how private all the tables outside are. Live music was really nice. Food was excellent but the menu isn’t kid friendly at all.

What a beautiful place! The garden was gorgeous. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre at best. I had the salad with chicken. The menu said black bean, avocado, chicken, corn and a vinaigrette. I’m thinking a flavorful salad. The salad had no taste. The chicken salad pulled chicken.(The chicken was from a can) The vinaigrette was just olive oil. Totally flavorless. I’m glad I ordered fries with my salad. They were good. Husband had the burger on a pretzel bun. The presentation was great, but he said it also had no flavor. He said the bacon tasted like it had been fried in very old grease. The service was good. The ambiance was great.

The garden is super cute and makes the place unique. That aside, the food is expensive and ok — not great. The vegetables seem mass cooked and over-steamed. The bar is quiet with few patrons but a relaxing little place with a live guitarist/singer that played Americana type music. I hear the brunch is a possibility so might try that some day…

Excellent food, atmosphere and service. Absolutely beautiful place to dine and away from all the idiots on the avenue. Expensive but worth the escape.

Enchanting! The food is great. The real seller is hands-down the gorgeous ambiance. Would absolutely love to make a trip back to Sundy next time I’m in town! Try the flatbread starter. It’s to die for!

Came in because of the Unilocal reviews, stayed for the GORGEOUS outside seating area and good brunch food. Seriously — you must sit outside and enjoy the amazing landscaping; it’s stunning.

This is the first time I have felt compelled to write a review. The brunch was fabulous! We tried making a reservation, but couldn’t get through. When we showed up at 11:30, we were told we had a 10 minute wait. We walked the garden and was so impressed! We wanted to sit outside. There are some tables that are very private. We were able to sit outside, but not in one of the more secluded areas. This was fine because we were dining with our sons. The brunch was delicious! There are two food rooms. In the first room I entered there were three stations. One station with oysters, smoked salmon, crab legs, and shrimp. The dessert station was in the same room: chocolate covered strawberries, bread pudding, chocolate mousse, rice pudding, carrot cake and more. The salad station was simple and beautifully displayed. I could have just dined on the food in this room alone. The second room was filled with hot food, carving station, waffles and omelets. My sons plates were filled with food from this room. Our waitress was attentive and overall it was a five star experience. I highly recommend this place!

Crazy crazy Good! It was fantastic and the only reason we went there was due to the Unilocal reviews and they were all spot on!!! Go try and you will love it!

Beautiful setting, with amazing grounds props to the landscaper. Very classy looking bar and the happy hour is a great deal; half price bar menu and all of the special martins are heavily discounted to 5 bucks a pop. Just be prepared to potentially be only one in the packed crowd under 70, buy hey everyone seemed to be having a great time.

The Sundy House hosts one of my favorite brunches I have ever been too! The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, the grounds are beautiful and the food is superb! My wife and I ventured down to Delray Sunday morning to attend brunch at The Sundy House. Upon entering, we passed by a twenty-plus foot table lined with homemade desserts and pastries… I knew it was going to be a great day. For $ 45, the brunch includes unlimited trips to the multiple rooms of buffet tables and made-to-order eggs as well as mimosas, bloody maries, champagne, juice and coffee. We were seated in a beautiful sun room indoors where we enjoyed our first few plates of food, savoring the crisp vegetables at the salad bar and the fresh fish and dip. We then went for a walk outside amidst the trees where we saw private tables for two scattered around the walkways, under trees and next to a little stream. I asked if we could move outside to enjoy the ambiance and we were courteously and quickly relocated to a beautiful table for two. We continued to enjoy the menu, ranging from eggs benedict and hog snapper to a carving station with beef, lamb, turkey and ham. They had bowls of the freshest fruit and fresh, real whipped cream as a topping. My favorite entrée was the sausage seasoned in peppers… it was so flavorful and spiced just right! We finished our dining experience by sampling just a few of the many desserts, like the key lime pie, chocolate-covered strawberries, apple strudels, chocolate-coconut bars and carrot cake. If you are going to go out for brunch, plan to make a morning of it. We brought our books and relaxed, eating a plate of food, reading a few chapters, talking and then eating some more. We were there for over two hours and absolutely enjoyed every minute!

Sit outside for lunch. The view is breathtaking and walk around the grounds after your meal. You feel like you walked into a secret garden! The food is amazing. I made the mistake of sitting outside for dinner once and was eaten up by mosquitos and i couldnt even see the nice view. The sunday brunch is insane! so much delicious food! i was in a food coma!

A delicious Sunday brunch is served in the historic 105 year old Nationally Registered Sundy House and gardens where you dine in a secluded little heated outdoor garden patio. Tasty and unique. There’s a huge tropical garden located in the center of the resort, a perfect setting for the many wedding receptions we observed while we were there.
