IHOP

Everytime we come here its never really busy but the service is slower than christmas. We got sat then someone after us but they got there food before us. I mean there was no one else in here. Terrible

How can you mess up pancakes? The server was good, but the food was cold, bad, and 40 minutes to get food. They did not even comp for the cold food. It was awful

What happen to this clean well managed Ihop??? Now the staff tries to avoid sitting in their section and leave tables dirty. Been in many Ihops and this is one of the worst, dirty run, including the floor we have visited. Shame on corporate for allowing.
Returned to IHOP and what a difference. Thanks to who «fixed» the problem. It’s back to what you would expect, clean and attentive help.

Great service and the cheese steak stacker was unbelievable! The prices are so reasonable considering the Delray Beach location. Will definitely return in the near future!

I come to this IHOP mainly because of the hours (I can be an early riser), and for the experience. It reminds me of a gas station where you can expect to see a broad range of characters. Several years ago I witnessed an altercation between a waitress and presumably the cook. Today there were two cops in there, which made me feel safe because at 4 am in the morning, in their deserted parking lot it can feel a little seedy. Seedy is one way you might describe this IHOP overall. It’s not that bad but it definitely is the kind of place that attracts recovering drug addicts.
There is one waitress that works early in the morning. She is nice, and has long conversations with customers that appear to be regulars whom she’s gotten to know. The poor food quality is why I only gave two stars. It has improved over the past couple years but it is still too oily and the flavor lack luster.
I will continue to go to this IHOP maybe the marginal food is part of the experience

One of the better late night diners I’ve desperately needed after brain obliterated, oblivian, Blamo. Waitress was very nice, thow I was re-​retareded. Thank you «Lucy» if that is your real name!

Been to this Ihop a view times late night and haven’t been disappointed. Service is average and haven’t had one thing to complain about. Service is always on point never have to wait for water or coffee.

I was very disappointed with this locations service and poor food I was excited to come eat here and to finally have a midnight place to eat again since Denny’s had closed down years back. They had one waitress that night and it was full so I can’t blame her for the bad service and when I got my food after waiting for ever it was cold and it was tasteless and not yummy my pancakes weren’t fluffy or warm

Wow, what a mistake. I really should have known better. It was late and I had a very long hard day of work in Delray Beach. On the way home I passed the IHOP and thought pancakes would be a nice end to my day. The waitstaff was very friendly. However their jokes were stale and the silverware was dirty.
But what really got me was the pancakes. I received what I thought was not very many so I ordered another three. When I received the bill I was in shock for one and a half stack with no sides and only drinking water my bill was $ 16.00.
They weren’t even good pancakes. I am so sorry I stopped and wasted my time. One really amazing thing that I witnessed was a waitress who had a table that only liked Thousand Island dressing on their salad. Apparently IHOP no longer Carrie’s it so she made it from scratch for them. That is true customer service.

Great service from Heather! Made the dinner an awesome experience! She made a ice coffee that was to die for. :)

Apparently everything past midnight seems to be go downhill.
2 waitresses. We got stuck with the one who wasn’t drinking 6 cans of red bull. She walked slow, talked slow, and disappears into the back. But she has a pretty good memory on our orders and at least she told us she was having trouble staying awake. We called her the «Zombie» lol.
Anyway, the french vanilla hot coffee was disgusting, wasn’t hot enough, & too sugary. I had the blueberry whole wheat crêpe with sour cream inside. They really should put the blueberries inside the crêpe, not on a separate side dish with blue sugared water.
I’ll stick to going here for breakfast or lunch when it’s busier and hopefully cooks are better, service is better, and food is better.

Bring a coupon from the newspaper! Food is cheap and mediocore. Original house of pancakes is a lot better.

I’m excited that this Ihop opened up near me. It’s cleaner and the open layout doesn’t make me feel so stuffy like the other location used to (now closed).
The kids love having breakfast for dinner and they are currently running the kids eat free from 4pm-​10pm promotion.
The only thing I have to complain about was that they didn’t tell me when I ordered the crêpe/​funnel cake meal (a special they’re running) that it doesn’t allow for the kids eat free even though it costs more than the meal my boyfriend ordered. I only found out when they brought out the check and noticed that they charged me for 1 of the kids meals. We complained and got it taken care of but it just doesn’t make any sense. As far as the food goes, it tastes like any other Ihop.
