It’s a good Macy’s but the selection is really limited. It’s definitely one of the smaller Macy’s that I’ve been to. They often seem to have too few associate’s working here and at times it can be quite a challenge to find anyone to help you if you need help.
They have plenty of parking and it’s convenient that it’s at the mall even though it’s a small mall.

Retail manager must not have much of a payroll budget. Understaffed so it’s slow getting help. Good selection buto I’d rather shop the app than this store in person

This is not one of the better Macy’s locations… It’s not very well organized and there’s not much service. The mall itself is renovating and upclassing itself, so hopefully Macy’s will put some attention into this location.

Nice Macy’s but they no longer gift wrap. I’m sure this stopped somewhere down the line for one reason or another but to this gentleman purchasing gifts that has always been a selling factor to shop locally. Even Amazon will gift wrap for me :)

horrible customer service. I will never shop at this location again. it is worth the trip of going all the way to the Macy’s in Lewisville than having to deal with the associates at this Macy’s.

Maureen in bedding was so very helpful today. We were prepared to spend $ 360+ tax on a new gel mattress topper and she let us know that the on we picked out would go on sale for more than 50% off on Wednesday! We paid for it today and will pick it up on Wednesday. We paid $ 138 with tax for a $ 360 not including tax topper. Thank you Maureen!

This Macy’s is considerably smaller than most of the other Macy’s locations in DFW, but sometimes good things come in smaller packages. I’ve been here twice and have managed to find plenty of great deals both times. The associates are always very friendly and helpful. The store is always immaculate and well-​organized. Overall, a great location!
